Majority of the movie entertainment loaded in the aircraft were quite old.
Crew is very attentive. Another new airbus 350-900 plane. Very modern.
Passengers were confused and freaking out coz the flight information wasn’t showing on the board that was running with all the departing flights. B9 gate was still showing Cathay Pacific bound for HK 15:50 was on until 22:07. STARLUX staff cameater but didn’t let the passengers go in to pre departure area until 22:45 for the 23:30 boarding time
The aircraft is fairly new. The screen is big and it's great to enjoy movies on a long haul flight. However, the food quality , and drink and snack selections, have room for improvement.
Preboarding food selection is an excellent idea. On the other end I did know the choice. People in my area know the choice. It ends with I got my meal till most of them are half way to finish their meal.
Overall it’s good . However the food quality can be improved .
My luggage was forced open and broke the zipper. I received it in a huge STARLUX plastic bag. Unfortunately, I have a round trip ticket but might be my first and last with this airline
I went to the gate that showed on the flight board but they changed gates at the last minute and I missed my flight. I had to buy new ticket from EVA air to Manila and take 3 hour bus ride back to my home. Will never fly Starlux again!
Starlux was great service and awesome food and drinks👍🏼 will take starlux again for my next vacation👍🏼
Loved the boarding process. All airlines should board from the back to the front. Very efficient. Food was excellent, crew were great, seats were spacious and comfortable and the entertainment screen was the best I have seen.
Very nice, I feel I got good value for the price.
The soft service on EVA was superb from the quick and attentive flight attendants, to the turn down service, and excellent food. This all made my 11 hour flight very comfortable and relaxing.
Amazing one of the best airlines i have ever traveled with. I live with medical issues called psoriatic arthritis and was in pain on the flight. The flight crew made sure I had fresh ice pack ever hour. Going above an beyond with service and care ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
Flight attendants were very helpful and nice. Would be nice to board on time.
Overall is good. But Asian movie selection was not great at all. And also more snack food to give out
Certain flight crew member were rude and short with me when I asked questions.
Excess baggage fees are outrageous ($250 per bag). Flight crew and planes are nice.

Seats. there's no way to go to the washroom when you’re seated in the middle without bothering the person beside you.
It was very long way flight but its good I like the food they serve in EVA air its really good!
There was no wifi available on this flight. And there were no screens, no onboard entertainment, no entertainment options at all. It was like travelling in the 1990s again, except without even a main screen for options. Seats, as usual, were tight and uncomfortable.
Good seat comfort ORF to ATL. Bad seat ATL to SEA (terrible lumbar support, hard, ouch)..
Because I was moved to an exit row, the snacks in economy comfort, the selection of snacks was better.
I upgraded to first. Quick and easy boarding. Comfortable seat with power and a nice IPA.
Probably not the fault of Delta but there was delay after delay after delay and I ended up getting home 4 hours later then I should have at 1:30 in the morning
Easiest airport experience ever in my life at MSP with Delta check-in and flight attendant gave us a bottle of champagne in celebration of our 10-year wedding anniversary, so overall amazing!
No in flight service, no explanation - FC got service, C+ did not, unsure about Economy. No turbulence to speak of, so I guess another way to cut cost, or promote health and well being of Delta employees? Also, boarding in MEM combined zones, and with overhead space already full on both flights after Zone 2/ Diamond, presents a huge challenge to find a space for a bag. Delta, other than point A to B, is no longer reasonable to fly - very poor experiences, not even taking into account the chastising at the gate and rude crews, across the board.
It would have been better if the flight wasn't delayed by 2.5 hours
Delta’s staff is unmatched. From the gate agents, to the pilots, to the flight attendants… all top of the industry.
Delta flight Delay for ,more that two hours i.e original flight was 6.30 PM and it starts at 8.45 PM, When we connect Delta team for meal vouchers as it is late arrival in designation,But we did not get it as per delta policy , which is not good for mid night arrival,
Sitting on the runway after we land for almost two hours! Not sure if we should blame United or Just Dumpy Vance.

United overall experience is great these days. Airport experience was very organized. Staff on flight were great. App and information as good as it gets.

Flight was good but there are way to many announcements for credit cards etc.
Crew seemed a bit cranky. No seatback screens. But boarding was efficient and on time and we arrived early.
See previous note about the passenger in Denver who threw my husband's bag out of the overhead bin in order to maker room for his own. And the flight attendant back up the new passenger.

Impressed with the service despite turbulence because of the weather. Both flights arrived before their scheduled times.
Great experience…left a bit behind schedule but made up fir that in the air and landed 10 minutes early 😁
