Cons: "Well if my future father in law was on the flight it would have been wonderful, but he passed away July 7th, and I did get refunded, and we are mourning his loss and keep getting notifications about the flight and emails which makes it very difficult mentally. So it would be nice if Delta would get their process of refunds especially when it's a death to maybe not get notified. I was the one that purchased the tickets for him in April."

Pros: "At the airport things were quite, security was fast. Boarding was fast and smooth. I’ve flown with delta a lot and also a lot of others (cheaper ones) and I’m always happy when I get a delta flight things are always calmer and less crowded!"

Cons: "They were out of vegetarian meal options. Really poor for a six hour flight. Also, the family behind us was atrocious, but that’s not Delta’s fault."

Pros: "The crew members were so kind and friendly. I actually did feel more at ease and made my journey more enjoyable. Specifically, was were traveling with guitars and they gave us no hesitation to board early in order to Stowe our instruments safely. They were very pleasant during serving and with requests. The offerings of movies and TV were excellent and extensive."
Cons: "The meal really wasnt very good. But the snacks and beverages we're quite good. Not sure if it is related but the check in/luggage drop process was quite slow."

Cons: "Grumpy gate attendants at YUL! Could not hear the captain’s comments over the PA system. Shouldn’t the volume be checked every so often? We were offered only water or coffee, bad enough, then there was no milk or cream on board, so water or black coffee... not very impressive! And there was no entertainment so I’d rate that zero but the scale only goes as low as one star."

Pros: "Traveling with a 4 year old isn’t always easy. Delta’s flight attendants and the captains controlling the plane were excellent! Safe flight. And the entertainment that is provided for the customers is fun and relaxing. Makes a 4.5 hour flight go by quick. Thank you delta, I will be flying with you in the future"

Pros: "I travel as a professional musician. I fly with American (because many booking agencies use them) I achieved status after years of their cruel methods of forcing us to check our instruments, thinking “FINALLY, I can board without being hassled about my instrument coming onboard with me.” Nope!! They fight me every time, as if I’m some guy going on vacation and bringing my beater guitar to play on the beach. They holler every time, “SIR YOU’RE GONNA HAVE TO CHECK THAT” $6,000 worth of equipment to make space for someone’s socks. (?!?!) Today, I boarded TWO delta flights and was told, “see if it fits... if not, we can gate check it for you...” YES!!! That’s all I ask!!! Just let me TRY first! If it doesn’t fit, THEN I can’t complain! Anyway, sorry for the saga! I just want to say THANK YOU! I had peace of mind ALL day! Keep up the great work! Your staff is outstanding!!"

Pros: "There was nothing I liked about this flight."
Cons: "Everything from beginning to end was horrible. They messed up on our seats so I couldn't sit with my parents who are both elderly and need my assistance. The flight attendants were rude (no greeting, no smiles). My TV did not work and my tray for food was dirty."

Pros: "During some bad weather the pilots chose to go into a holding pattern to wait for a thunderstorm to leave the field. Thanks for considering our safety. The entire crew was awesome."
Cons: "Why do the airliine attendants make sure all of our seat belts are fastened before they give us a safety briefing to demonstrate how to buckle our seat belts?"

Cons: "No peanuts! Why can't they be an option? 4 hour flight and all we get is snacks? pretty cheap!"

Pros: "The fact that there was a screen for movie selections and a charging port for my phone and the flight attendants were super nice"

Cons: "Although my TSA Pre check number was on my flight coming into Atlanta, it wss not on my fight leaving Atlanta. That caused me to arrive at my gate 5 mins before boarding time and prevented me from having time to eat breakfast before my flight."

Pros: "I like the snacks they are not giving out on the flights. It seems that Delta is trying to make the flying experience nicer instead of more tedious and uncomfortable like many other airlines, which is appreciated."
Cons: "The flights were both operated by Delta but booked through WestJet, and the flights themselves were fine. The booking was through WestJet (found the flight on kayak which kicked me over to West Jet's site) and check in was a pain. Their code did not work for their site or Delta's, I had to FB message them both leaving and returning to ask for the correct one, and the first request took them hours to answer. I'll just book Delta next time and save myself the trouble."

Pros: "Quiet, friendly, fast and efficient. What you'd want for a flight at 6am"

Pros: "The comfort and attention on the part of the cabin crew of the flight was quite good."
Cons: "What I did not like was the process to go to the assigned air terminal in El Salvador, the process was slow and we took the flight at the end of the last one. The same was the process from Los Angeles to Seattle that was our scale. Process too long and go back through security, the boarding gate was almost closed. I think that for these cases they should leave more time for the stopovers that come from international flights. For my part I did not choose this option, since I was traveling with a person with mobility problems and separated the group for admission to the process of entering the USA."

Pros: "Flight was 3 hours late leaving due to frost on wings. De icing truck wouldn’t work so they waited until sunrise and parked the plane in the sun. Real hi tech solution."

Cons: "We purchased tickets together and our seats were not together when we checked in. We had one small roller bag for the two of us and we ended up having to gate check it along with 3 other people and then there was clearly enough room for it once we were boarded."

Cons: "As this was a smaller, regional jet, there weren't a lot of amenities. But that's fine, it's only a 40-minute flight!"

Cons: "Nothing to do with personnel but my seat was changed from when I booked. I wound up in the last row at the very back versus what I had booked. I think they changed the type of plane."

Cons: "When they called for passengers with infants and those who needed more time they also called for anyone who wanted to check their luggage. So of course people cut right in front of me as I was about to scan my pass. What is the point of asking us to come up if they are just going to let people jump in front of me."

Cons: "My seat wouldn't recline at all. I think it was broken. Not the end of the world, but a bit of a bummer as it was an overnight flight."

Cons: "I'm not sure if this staff is exhausted or just over there job, but they cow towed to a woman who made major complaints about the air conditioning and even gave her points to help her deal with the temperature. Strange. They were only gold stays and I'm only Platinum and didn't complain once. Oh well, that's delta, we all deal with their silence when we post anything that is unfair."

Pros: "Flights were on time and we were able to get on SN earlier connecting flight in Atlanta with no extra charges"
Cons: "I didn't like having to change planes"

Pros: "Just not enough room to accommodate that many people for such a long flight. And felt neglected and grouchy by the end of the trip."
