Cons: "The flight was delayed an hour due to traffic on the runway. I missed my flight and won't get to my destination until the next day. I paid extra for a short flight, and I end up waiting 5 hours with no compensation. I was charged for the drink I ordered and not offered a food voucher or money back. This happens every time I fly with Delta and I will not be a returning customer."

Cons: "LaGuardia Airport was the worst airport I have ever been in. It was so crowded that people were sitting on the floor! The gates are squished together with totally inadequate seating. It was extremely noisy."

Cons: "Delta scheduled us a connection with only 35 min of layover. We had to go from Concourse E to A and the plane was several min late.We barely made it before the gate closed 10 min before pushback."

Pros: "The flight was delayed 6 hours but the crew and captain were exceptionally accommodating, helpful, and informative on updates."

Pros: "I like the snacks they are not giving out on the flights. It seems that Delta is trying to make the flying experience nicer instead of more tedious and uncomfortable like many other airlines, which is appreciated."
Cons: "The flights were both operated by Delta but booked through WestJet, and the flights themselves were fine. The booking was through WestJet (found the flight on kayak which kicked me over to West Jet's site) and check in was a pain. Their code did not work for their site or Delta's, I had to FB message them both leaving and returning to ask for the correct one, and the first request took them hours to answer. I'll just book Delta next time and save myself the trouble."

Pros: "Within Europe KLM short flights are very good. They give you a snack and something to drink without charge."

Cons: "Agents at the ticketing countet were the rudest i have ever encountered in my years of flying. Had a problem and when i asked for their assistance was given the Delta 800 number and told to call and they walked off. When i called it was a 2 hour wait for an agent. Thank goodness for their app as i was able to.change my flight with the My Delta app. Also they had overbooked the flight and rather than giving assurance to people just told us to wait and "line up orderly"."

Cons: "I'm not sure if this staff is exhausted or just over there job, but they cow towed to a woman who made major complaints about the air conditioning and even gave her points to help her deal with the temperature. Strange. They were only gold stays and I'm only Platinum and didn't complain once. Oh well, that's delta, we all deal with their silence when we post anything that is unfair."

Cons: "Not enough lavatories, space is crazy small and the time should be changes. Arriving at 8am after spending half day awake is crazy. Unless you sleep the entire flight wI think no food no restroom."

Pros: "The crew was professional and efficient. This includes the ground personnel that had to cope with a grossly overbooked flight. I was upgraded to comfort+ at the gate."
Cons: "Fed up with the .4 oz pretzels. The arrival in LAX was chaotic. We had left on-time and were told that we would arrive approx. 20 minutes early. Ha! First landing attempt had to be aborted, the landing not being cleared by the control tower. Then we cruised, circling over the Ocean, and the lights of the city again. Finally we landed. Taxiing on the tarmac was interrupted many times, and took overall 30 minutes. The pilot kept informing us. I was probably not the only passenger that had and urgent need to reach a bathroom... Of course, Delta should not be blamed"

Pros: "The check in personnel was fantastic - very helpful and friendly with a very relevant story that made me feel more relaxed. Our not so good seats were somewhat compensated by the plane staff that gave us each a full beverage can, extra pretzels, and some cookies."
Cons: "Our seats that we'd picked out seemed to get changed when we checked in and we got out in the last row, which had no window, and smelled strongly of bathroom cleaner."
