Cons: "The flight itself was fine, but connecting through Mexico City airport is troublesome and time consuming. Mexican authorities make everyone go through a long line at customs. Since we checked in through Delta in San Antonio, we did not have a boarding pass for the Lima portion. , We had to exit into the main concourse to get our boarding pass. At that point we were on standby for seats and barely made our connection."
Pros: "I really liked the Tv screen on the 737-800 Toronto to Mexico whoever i believe they should be adding 737 Max to this route as Toronto is a megacity and this plane is kind of old for serving this busy route"

Cons: "It was awful. My original flight was scheduled to depart March 30 at 11:55. Then Aeromexico changed it to 1:35am in March 31. They refused to let me change flights when this happened. I wanted to fly standby on an earlier flight, so I called everyday for 2 weeks to confirm how many seats were left. Everyone I talked to told me I could fly standby if it was he same day as my ticket. I got to the airport and the flight attendant at check in told me “standby doesn’t exist.” When I asked how much it would be to change my ticket, she just said “very expensive.” She told me she’d have to check me out of my current flight and risk me losing my seat on that flight, because it was overbooked just to see the price for the earlier flight. I told her I’d be willing to pay up to $200 to switch to the earlier flight and she told me it was very expensive and she wouldn’t do it. I came back later that night and took my scheduled flight. I carried on my bag from SFO to MEX. On my second flight from MEX to BOG, the attendant told an older woman she had to check her bag because the overhead was going to be too full. I volunteered to check my bag instead so she could keep her bag. Then Aeromexico lost my bag. When I got to BOG, they told me I couldn’t have a voucher because it was my fault for bringing a bag that was too big. Finally they gave me $100 because the next day was Easter and I had no clothes for church. I wasted over 2 hours of my vacation at the Bogota airport while Aeromexico searched for my bag. They said they’d call as soon as they found it. No one ever called. I called and they asked “what color is your bag?” I said “red” and the attendant said they had it. It was delivered several hours after this call despite the fact that the airport is less than 20 minutes from where we are staying. I didn’t think an airline could be worse han United, but Aeromexico steals the cake."

Cons: "My flight from Gainesville to Charlotte, we had to deplane down plane steps. I was told we would have jetway every flight. I have had hip replacement and steep steps very uncomfortable. Unable to deplane down them with both purse and small carryon. Someone always has to help me carry my carryon plus theirs as there is no provision for help from the airline. American seems to be only airline to do this, I will have to reconsider flying with you in the future."

Cons: "The onboard crew was rude and one guy actually grabbed me which to me is unprofessional. All because I had a poster tube that wasn't in my bag they wanted it in my bag. Then I asked for a seat change due to my size hard for ne to be in the middle and the lady was snooty about it."

My flight out to this location was also delayed by over three hours. At least they tried to make us feel better by telling us what was going on. The staff at the airport were rude and unhelpful and United airlines is unreliable."

Cons: "We were delayed in Detroit due to deicing the plane. We landed in Houston late. They let us and a few other couples off the plane first so we could make our connection. We sprinted off the plane and arrived to the gate two minutes after they closed the door; plane was still there and they would not let us on. United knew we were coming and they closed the door anyway. The next flight out to Liberia, Costa Rica wasn’t for two more days. They ended up rebooking us on a flight to Panama which had a connection to San Jose, Costa Rica. Much farther of a drive from that airport. Very disappointed in how United handled this situation, we were told if it was a bigger group they would have held the plane for us. I will never fly United again but I know it has nothing to do with Kayak. Kayak has always been great and is my go to for booking plane tickets."

Cons: "The first class flight attendant (male) was the worst. No interest in being on the plane, didn't bother to speak clearlybon the announcements. United should pull this person off of flight duty and deal with this person. The second is a terrible parent who let their kid cry the whole flight and afterwards in the jet way. This wasn't an infant had to be 4-5 years old and there was no parenting at all. The kid was old enough to be talked to. If you're kids can't handle flying, you don't get to fly."

My boys won't forget their flight to Houston because of the cool female and male pilots they met while traveling. Thank you!"

If I could change anything about my flight, I would change the age of children who need to purchase seats to four and up as most children under 4 want to sit with their mothers, so why should I pay for a seat they will not be using?"

Cons: "Flight crew was rude to passengers, and during the overnight flight had a three hour long very loud conversation about their personal lives. Any passenger that approached them was treated poorly. The airplane floor and seats were dirty upon arrival. As with any low budget airline, the seats were uncomfortable and there were no entertainment options. Check in was a nightmare with insane lines and passengers barely getting their bags and check-in figured out before rushing to the gate. Recommend arriving three hours early if you don't want to wonder if you're about to miss your flight through the checkin and bag drop process."

Cons: "The flight was delayed 2 hours for "weather" even though we were going from Las Vegas to Dallas TX and there was no weather problems preventing other airlines from departure... I had a connecting flight which my layover was originally set for Detroit but it was switched to Dallas last minute... the seats were dirty and filled with food and debris from previous passengers, I had to wipe off my seat before I sat down... I think of all the flight attendants on my first flight only one was pleasant and professional as a flight attendant is expected to be... the 2nd flight was a little smoother in the since that the flight attendants were warm and welcoming however After a long day of traveling and flight delays I wanted to rest and I immediately noticed the seats did not recline not even a little, and the tray tables were the size of an iPad mini... it was very hard to get even a little comfortable for the almost 5 hour flight.. it was very uncomfortable.... then there's the baggage fee. $57 for a carry on I would rather pay the extra $57 to fly with a better airline... and to get to the airport and be told that they only accept cards for baggage fee no cash... who doesn't accept cash?? Especially in a place like Vegas. It was unbelievable.. but they conveniently had atm like machines that can turn your cash to card for a $5 fee.... it seems like they advertise the airline to be less expensive than others but in reality they're not!! They nickel and dime you with all of these fees to the point that you eventually end up paying the same price it would cost for a better airline only difference is you pay the same price and still get crappy service... I would never Spirit again. That was my first and last time, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone else."

Cons: "Having to pay for a seat and baggage after buying a ticket. I got an earlier standby Delta flight on Friday so I skipped the first Spirit flight (which ended up being delayed anyway). On my flight back to Denver today, I found out in the terminal that my entire trip was cancelled because I missed my original outgoing flight. I was never notified of this cancellation through email or phone call. I was then asked to pay another $200 for a one way ticket back to Denver. Luckily I was able to fly standby on Delta again instead. Never flying Spirit again. Terrible customer service as well."
