Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mohammed Shahriar

Really great service throughout and the food was really nice. I can highly recommend thank you very much.

I find it was a bit hot before take off. If there is a way to improve the airflow it would be great

a completely full flight - felt quite carmped in, despite being on the window seat. Meal served could better. Surely different from pre-covid trips I used to take to and from Bangkok.

The consistency with Singapore Airlines is fantastic. Crew are always brilliant and food delicious in business class

Best airline I think. No problems with anything. Crew were great, no problems with the airline food and entertainment and a smooth flight.

Loved the airline with the exception of their carry on limitations. They enforce a strict 7 kilo limit for carry on baggage which is ridiculous. We traveled from SFO to SIN with carry on with no difficulty yet when we checked in Delhi they forced us to check the carry on bags. The weight of our carry on bags were 11 and 12 kilos and while they exceeded the limitations set by Singapore Airlines they were well under weight limitations set by may other carriers. Interestingly my wife and I were each allowed two 22 KG bags to check in addition to the 7 kg carry on for a total weight of 102 KG's. Our total weight with the one bag we planned to check and our two carry ons was 46 kgs.

It was an average flight. I would have expected more from this airline. Food, seats, service, etc was just average. I just give them some extra points for offering free WiFi on board with just a Krisflyer account.

I very much liked and appreciated the service on board. The seating arrangement in Business feels uncomfortable. It's not made for tall people, in any case.

There’s a reason SIN is on of the BEST airline in the world.

Nice crew.flight delay fromBKK for some ground prep issue I guess, crew serve well to guest, and respect to guest as well. As usual AC is old,and nt much comert in compare to other rehional airliners.other than that.all good

Flight was on time.food is as usual good.Aircraft is old.old A320, seats aithout any display.crew serve well

When flying from Indian Sector, should be more prepared with Indian food

KAYAK Real time status update is not accurate.the flight inbound rejected and go around.and came back and land. Delay abt 30 min.still shows ontime.track ur self if u wana real time.and cabin crew s are nicer. Aircraft is jst ok.old airplane.and in midflight ,seems have some compressor issue.airconditioning was nt work properly either.I could litarary see guests were cheking if AC is working.bt on landing it start to gv cool.which probably some one intentionaly kept .which was so bad.even breathing was bit difficult.otjer than that.for me all ok.

This leg of the trip was smoother than compared to the initial trip. Sri Lankan Airlines still have much work to do to improve the overall travel experience.

Very good crew, very efficient. Unfortunately not all items listed in duty free catalog were available.

Very professional and well managed. On time, great staff and comfortable.

Kayak company fake total I m not travel my payment reverse plzzz my credit card

Terrible experience. Unexpected wait due to staff delay was not taken proper care. Food inflight could be better where as flight attendees on flight hospitality was 100%

Because of the bubble agreement b/w India and Srilanka, I was not allowed to board the flight to Columbo. My experience about airport representatives was good. They were through in their job and saved my family from getting stuck in Columbo (as I would not be able to fly to Doha because of bubble agreement). So by their prompt attention, such a catastrophe was avoided. For this reason, even without flying with them, I would rate them 7/10.

Flight was delayed 110 mins.. Crew on Ground or in Air had no regrets.. No apologies... Very poor boarding process... Awful food and beverage choice.

The flight was delayed by 3 hours, causing me to miss my connecting international flight. I then had to wait in the airport 18 hours for the next flight. The reason for the delay was a computer issue, not something outside of their control like weather. To add insult to injury, instead of trying to expedite the flight to make up for lost time, they ran a carry-on baggage check to verify every bag onboard belonged to someone on the plane, which took another 20 minutes.

It took a lot of time to declare that the flight gonna be cancelled ☹️ very disappointed.

The seats are horrible and pathetic. The flight was delayed by over an hour as they did not have the crew

Boarding is becoming a hassle with Indigo nowadays, particularly if you are placed towards the front. The overhead luggage trays are either packed with flight equipments or already loaded by other passengers. So, if you are on front rows, your luggage may eventually end up towards middle. Food quality is going down by day. The only good element of being on time is also shaky nowadays.

Worst checkin experience. Lot of delays. Checkin agents rude. Flight delayed. No regrets by the airline.

Flight was delayed and also lots of mosquitoes on the flight

Try to Fly on time without keeping commercial passengers stranded

Liked the XL seat, but didn't like the check-in process at the Delhi Airport gate 5B. Though I had paid for the priority boarding, there was mad rush at the gate and allowed whoever with might pushed in. Then at the gate we were picked up for compulsory checkin the hand baggage as the flight was full. There were any with more than 2 bags and massive cabin baggage. But they didn't dare to stop them.. Overall a very badly managed check-in process.

Check in is a mess. Be ready for a traumatic experience from the unsupportive and rude check in staffs and duty managers at Calicut airport. It’s a chaos and the lines are mostly first in last out, as they don’t care of the passenger well being or the waiting time. They are just concerned of checking in before the boarding call. Personal experience is of standing 2 hours straight just for check in. Flight is ok, food preordered are all the instant ones with hot water mix, which tastes pathetic. Overall, will never take another indigo flight to fly out of india.

What a pathetic plane it was. Entertainment system didn’t work. USB port was broken. There was a hole on top of folding serving table. Broken restrooms in the middle of flight.

Our seat monitor did not Not work either way going to Vietnam. I had a bulkhead seat with plenty of room, but with No monitor, it was a long flight with no movies. Fun was good, staff was Excellent.

Everything from check-in, punctuality, working screens, food, service, baggage handing

Everything! To start with, seats, food tray table, entertainment console all are broken! Imposing duty free baggage fees for $250 as a surprise penalty cannot be appreciated! Airlines should be responsible for transferring the checked baggages to the connecting flight. Having customer go through the transfer is painful considering the travel tiredness! No soft drinks served on flight is another crumble!

Upgradation in our flight seats made us happy. But the long time to catch connecting flight from Bombay to Hyderabad could have been avoided or shortened. Our was AI 116 from JFK NY to Bombay & A1619 from Mumbai to Hyd.

I like to travel with Air India but this time flight is too late From Patna to Mumbai we have to loss 2 days In condition of flight delay please provide us lounge or etc

Not enough priority checkin counters. Has to wait for a long time. Airport wheelchair staff cuts the line to get their passengers checked in on those same counters. No priority boarding. They boarded starting with back of the plane. No coordination or announcement after the first one. Ended up standing in the general line for 30 mins to board. Cabin lights messed up. They couldn’t turn it off for a long time. Not enough food especially snacks like farsan, cookies, nuts, etc. Not enough non-alcoholic drink choices. They don’t even carry sparkling water. They don’t even carry masala chai.

Aircraft interior was in bad shape. Dirty and seats were torn in places. Entertainment system was not working and did not work through out the 14 hour flight! Several passengers had the same issue.

No in flight entertainment 2 toilets were out of service Crew was good, food is also good

My TV screen was not working My baggag did not arrive for 3 days
