Well, I didn’t like much. The staff didn’t have any beverages except for coffee and water and they never came by. The food just sucked. There was no entertainment at all.

But there were passengers right in front of us who had their seats reclined during meal time and the crew did not tell them anything."

So, we escaped to the back for a while where we were "hushed" by a stewardess. The stewards didn't seem to like it when we were out of our seats, but 12 hours is too long to be stuck in a middle seat."

Boarded plane to find later on business class was only half occupied. Safety on plane was minimal to non existant. 2 year old girl freely running around and over seats, mum laid her on floor ALL while on run way taking off and on steep incline in air. Staff saw earlier on and did nothing, even stood there and spoke about it for a bit but left it."

When we arrived at Hong Kong, there was no wheelchair on the bridge, and after disembarking and being told to wait, it took 30 minutes for them to bring one. The ground staff kept trying to convince us to just walk which seemed very unprofessional."

Pros: "I traveled this time with my wife and 8 year old twin daughters. For the long haul flight from Boston to HongKong, they let all families with children (including us) board earlier, which not all airlines do, and which was much appreciated. It wasn't as big of a deal for the HongKong to Taipei puddle jumper. Crew was very attentive, responding rapidly to calls and rebooting the entertainment system when needed. They were also quick with providing water and ramen noodles when we needed them. Seats were OK, a little short on leg room on the 777, better on the Airbus 350's. In flight entertainment options were very good for the adults, decent for the kids (they seemed to be struggling to find things to watch)."

Dinner options were also disappointing, with so-so pepper beef and chicken that was not much past good. Snack options mid-flight were OK; they were generous with potato chips, caramel popcorn, chocolate and cookies, but the apples were mealy and there wasn't much in the way of healthy snack options."

The passenger behind me had his shoes off the entire flight and put his feet in the space beside me near the window. His feet smelt like vinegar and sweaty socks. The passenger beside me was overweight and he spilled into my seat partially. All of this did not make for a comfortable flight but thankfully it wasn't too long."
Cons: "My Son's water bottle was emptied despite my protests that nobody at any airport has ever done such a thing. The water had even been okayed by the Hongkong airport 1st security point after we landed in HKG from Delhi. But the there was additional checking of handluggage again just before boarding and they threw away my Son's water. This is unacceptable. Also the food was not up to quality. I got practically the same food in both meals."

They gave me such a hard time I thought they were going to kick me off the plane just because they had short coming. I had no problem paying the quated amount, since they had the short coming they were blaming me. After a lot discussion/arguments I was able to find a Visa card on me and pay for the excess luggage, but its your short coming and not mine as I had no problem paying the fees yet I was treated badly. What if I did not have a Visa card then would I have been kicked out the plane for something the bangalore international airport have problems. No one should be blamed for issues you have. I had no problem paying to fees... you had the problem that you could not use a major credit card, when there are small markets on the street that can use the American Express card. You should be able to charge people American Express card this is a large international airport with loads of expats living and traveling in and out of Bangalore I hope you look into this instead of just asking for feedback and not doing anything about it. Layout and space in emergency exit row.
The worst kind of budget airline. To be honest....the plane was not that bad. Would have been good to have some food choices and some water. What was by far the worse is the passengers/customers that this airline attracts. Coughing and spluttering all over one another with no masks. Just disgusting. Pay for a better carrier and get a better class of passenger.

Now this flight, they didn't activate the entertainment till way later and turned off way too early. They didn't give any earphone as supposed to. Malindo's service has become bad."
