Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mohammed Shahriar

Very concerned with guest comforts going out of their way to accommodate special dietary needs when the guests hadn’t pre-ordered.

No frills airline with minimal leg room and no entertainment

We flew business class. It was excellent. For a 6’4” individual, the seats were slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. But this is only comparison to other business class seats. Otherwise, the crew was incredibly attentive, And the service was impeccable.

Fantastic patience when one of the passengers behind me was an absolute horrible, horrible person and the girls just kept smiling and doing their job with patience and kindness. Well, done to the crew.

My overall experience with Singapore Airlines is great. Will definitely fly Singapore airline again.

Good flight. Fiod was ready a bit late hence a hurry to finish before landing. Excellent crew and service

Great to have actual hot tastey meal on a flight. Well done

Airport lounge for business class is too crowded and not comfortable. Poor foods and facilities. Boarding was delayed. A lot of coughing people in the flight even in the business class, which indicated poor screening and health risks.

No seperate security check for business class passengers and average lounge, open air, so not properly air conditioned

We still get drinks and a snack. Love the gift bags too.

Excellent airline. The plane was clean and the staff were very attentive

I'm not interested in improving the airline. Therefore, I won't explain this in more detail. Next time I'll try a different one.

The flight (boarding) was delayed by 40-50 minutes and there was very crowed. They need to improve on the timeliness & boarding process. (They asked passenger to board in groups, but the 2nd group was standing there waiting for 20 minutes!). However, services from the crew was very good, also the food was good as well. I also found the legroom was quite comfortable.

Except that our flight was cancelled, by mail, and later moved to 12 hours prior, then the experience was good. In Bangkok we were offered a hotel, it was fine, but would have been nice to know in advance😉

Although booked meal of fruit only The crew had not received this special meal The same happened on my flight Bangkok / CAN The films are so old that best is to use own computer to watch downloads . Serve nuts but they do not warm up . Service is attentive , WC clean

The boarding efficiency was good. A couple of the flight attendants did not seem in the best of moods. Overall it was a good experience.

Delayed flight in Singapore caused the transfer at Bangkok to be very stressful. Fortunately, no elderly were in this trip, else it will not be possible to catch the connecting flight. There were also several occasions throughout the flight journey where some of the passengers were not wearing their seat belts despite several remainders from the stewardess.

USB charging port was not working at my seat 48K.

Extra seat belt across the chest 10 minutes before taking off and 15 minutes before landing seemed excessively safe.

The aircraft interiors are falling apart. Felt like a waste paying for business class as it was indistinguishable from economy in any way.

It would have been perfect if there was onboard entertainment.

Air India needs to launch new planes. Seats are worn out, most of the plane's TV screens wasn't working, USB charging ports wasn't working as well so I can charge my phone & watch my download movies, Food was mediocre, the plane smells. How can Air India put through their customers with this bad experience? This complaint needs to get escalated to the upper management. How shameful is the upper management to improve this plane? The flight is going back & forth from NEW YORK & DELHI. Two of the big cities in the world and this is how your experience is for sitting in a plane for 12+ hrs? Get your planes fixed ASAP Air India (TATA Management do your job right).

Bathrooms were horrible and no cleaning. Announced baggage claim carousel as one but came to a different one. People were waiting

Chaotic/Crowded check in. Delayed departure from LHR, resulting in a very delayed Dinner service. Since takeover by the TATAs, Air-India has become Uber commercial and not in a good way, but more like Ryanair. Most seats are now sold and at too high prices (£24 add on for a single windows seat). The promised transformation into a better (clean), efficient and professional airline is nowhere in sight ☹️ Thanks

Seat was jammed and couldn't recline for first 6 hours. Crew member said sorry can't be fixed. Told her this is 16 hr flight do something. She said let me see if we can move you and then never came back to follow up. When food service started some 6 hours later another crew member was able to fix it by having me get up and doing some superman manouveur to unjam it. Crew barely ever came around. Forgot to offer tea/coffee after dinner. Never came to pick up garbage. Entertainment was ok on the return but the flight to india had only 7 english movie options. That flight was 15 hrs long you could almost watch them all. Service was the most disappointing and worst experience I've had compared to all the other airlines I've flown.

Food is okay, could be better - Economy and Premium economy. Great service , good crew. Overall great improvements so far and , lot of potential to be on par with other top notch airlines

Food was below average. Lights were on working so could not read. Monitor were not working so could not see any entertainment. Overall very poor.

Food quality and selection very poor from chicago, prabably the vendor is in comparable and needs to.be taken care off. Some toilets filthy but it appeared mostly on passenger's negligence they do not use and keep it clean. Planes are too old and in bad shape erc.

Crew, the entertainment system and seats were in non functional
