Pros: We were very efficiently boarded, however there was a mechanical problem. The flight attendants helped every one know where their connecting gates were, as we have exactly 9 minutes to make that connection.

We would like to give a shout out to the baggage team that were able to transfer our bags in such a short amount of time. And also to the San Jose flight that we did for four of us.

Pros: Good seats. Crew was not very hospitable. They went by with water and didn’t give us any. We upgraded for the complementary cocktails and my husband didn’t even get a chance to get one.
Cons: More attention especially for the upgraded seats that offer complementary things. We got better service in our economy seats on the way to LA. I wouldn’t pay extra to upgrade again.

Cons: The flight left two hours late. Apparently this happens a lot with this flight these days because it's an Airbus 380 coming from Paris to Dulles and turning around. The incoming flight was two hours late, so the departure was late. Our arrival in Paris was late. We made the flight, but our luggage didn't. Our return flight from Paris to Dulles was half an hour late because of people from connecting flights. We arrived about 30 minutes late, but no big deal (unless you had a connection)

Pros: Boarding was fast and well planned. The pilot was talking to the passengers politely, was updating about the flight every time when it was turbulence. The crew is very smiling, sweet and nice. The snacks are good and fresh. Very clean airplane with a good fresh odor. Good job! You are fantastic!

Cons: First class did not come with lounge access? Drinks were not cold. Bathrooms were falling apart and came with a disgusting odor. Time to retire these aircrafts.

Cons: I have traveled with my luggage plenty of times through airports and the flight from washington to jacksonville, my luggage came back to me cracked and broken. I was surprised that Delta handling was worse than any of the cheaper flights I normally take and will not be checking any baggage with Delta again.

Cons: We left DC late because of Delta's inefficient boarding process. We landed in Atlanta late. Our flight to Sioux Falls left early, without us. My pregnant wife and I made it to the gate 4 minutes before the scheduled departure and they told us the plane was already gone and there was no way for us to get on the plane. Our bags did make it to Sioux Falls, so my wife didn't have her prenatal vitamins, , we had no clean clothes and we were forced to spend the night in Atlanta. The saddest part of yet another terrible experience with Delta was that they offered us a "discounted" room at a terrible Howard Johnson for $72. I looked online and the same hotel was $65 to book on Kayak. So basically Delta was trying to scam us after they screwed us. Thanks Delta! Instead we paid $200+ to stay at an airport hotel. Every time I fly Delta I regret it, yet occasionally I get forced to take their awful airline to get somewhere I need to go. It never fails to add another bad Delta experience to my long list of failings from this SAD!!! airline.

Pros: My flight was delayed 40 minutes in Detroit after a 3 hour lay over we boarded the plane. Then 45 minutes into the flight they said the landing gear light came on and they would be going back to change plans. My mother with Lymes disease was waiting 3 hours in Providence supposed to arrive a 11:50 instead 2:50am we were so tired missed a day of vacation.

Pros: The crews were very friendly and everything went as planned. It was a nice flight.

Cons: I didnt like that my flight was canceled and rebooked for no reason. This created me big problem in Athens that they couldnt find my ticket in delta. Also I didnt like that i had to stand and wait for 3 hours in the line because my flight was canceled but no one could let us know if there gonna be any flights within the day. I slept in the airport because i couldnt find a hotel to spend the night close to the airport. They were all full and i had no time to find one since I was waiting there for 3 hours with no informational. I slept on the floor and delta didnt even offer us a blanket. That was my worst trip ever.

Pros: We were late leaving and missed our very tight connection at JFK. When we went to an agent we found we had been already rebooked on another flight through Detroit arriving 2.5 hours later than original. Our luggage was also rerouted to follow our flights and was there in Phoenix!
Cons: 45 minutes is too tight a connection in JFK when you have to change terminals even if the flight were on time!

Pros: I am 6'6" 300 pounds ... So I regularly book first class for trips over 2 hours in length ... Delta remains my #1 choice for both value and overall experience in first class. The difference between Delta and all other domestic carriers is just overwhelming. United and American/US Air could learn a lot from Delta. I could have flown this trip direct on United, but chose to fly through Atlanta on Delta for less money and a better experience from the baggage check to the gate to the in-flight experience.

Cons: Took about a month to book an infant ticket, then was issued a ticket with a wrong name, which then took another 3 weeks to be amended. When checking in, the agent told me that my daughter's ticket was not linked to anyone and looked like she was flying solo even though I mentioned to 5 different customer service agents that I would like to add her to my itinerary. Just when I thought it couldn't be worse, captain announced that they were having trouble with the AC for my part of the plane, meaning 7 hour flight was hotter than 80 degrees. I should also mention that trash was not collected until breakfast service.

This would not have been a problem, however there was such turbulence that you could hear people throwing up! Great end to a transatlantic flight! I barely made it through it myself.

Cons: The arrival, planning and hosting at Heathrow was probably worst I have experienced in 30 years. We had a tight connection, no attempt was made by anyone to prioritize those with less than 45 minute connections. We had one immigration officer for 2 lanes including the fast lane, what is the point of it. After immigration the automatic system did not let us in the boarding area. We were redirected by staff to leave the secure area without any clear explanation of what to do next. When we arrive in the ticketing area, we, several of us, went to try to go through security. That is when we were told we missed the connection. Then we were told to go to B1, after waiting in line we were told to go to zone E for reticketing. At which point I went in standby, only passenger from the group following to Edinburgh, did not make the 2nd flight either. Waited 6 hours at Heathrow..,

However,food served from London-Lagos though good but i was surprised that when the cabin crew who served our compartment told me that my choice of lunch was no more available in the plane to served me. Simply, they ran out of chicken and rice when it got to my turn. I had to demand to speak with the manager who came to speak with me & had to go to business class wing to get me a meal to eat. The manager was very understanding & nice.She took good care of me & fulfilled my desire.She made me happy. In conclusion,every flight should always have more than enough food to go round every parssenger in every flight in the future.

Pros: I've boarded flight half this size in twice the amount of time it took to board this Airbus A388. I enjoyed sitting on the upper deck. It was a night flight to London from DC, so I closed my eyes straight away, and didn't partake in any of the meal or entertainment options available. Flight crew was very nice and personable.

The return flight, 10 days later, also had problems with the IFE

They gave us just one hour to connect and you absolutely can not get from one terminal to the other - a long distance apart even by bus - and then go through security yet again, in just one hour. Cons: They don't tell you upon booking that if you want to sit with your party you need to pay an extra $60 per seat. We were on a double decker and my little sister was on a different level from me. They wouldn't let me down to go see her after we were delayed for a couple hours. Ran out of food choices by the time they got to us. Because it was so large, boarding and unboarding took FOREVER. Finally, it was HOT. Uncomfortably so, both levels were extremely warm and there are no personal vents that you can open above your head. I would not fly this again.

Pros: Pros..Communication was excellent, we knew our flight was delayed hours in advance so we could prepare, they rerouted our connection so we didn't have to worry about that on arrival, and the onboard crew was excellent and caring. They helped a family to sit together by asking for volunteers to move, and they helped me locate my daughter who had been delayed by a problem with gate check in. The flight was smooth and we all arrived safely.
Cons: The seats in economy were extremely cramped, there was no legroom and I don't know how tall people could fit in there. There is no way a person could get out of his or her seat to go to the bathroom without making the others in the row stand up and get in the aisle and that's pretty uncomfortable to do on an overnight flight when people are sleeping.

Cons: The seats are extremely restrictive and in a aisle seat I had the gentleman sitting next to me with thighs touching and attendants brushing by me as I squished to left to avoid contact with him. Entertainment screen between center seat and window seat so I just didn't even try to look at it and mostly just leaned forward to have a little space. Also another inch or 2 was taken by person in front of me putting their seat back. With such restrictive space why is this even possible??? Flying has become ridiculous and I try not to as much as I can.

Cons: The flight was delayed an hour (which wound up being a 3.5 hour delay in total, with all the continual delays that pursued afterwards(, which would have made us miss our connecting flight back to our home destination. We switched flights in order to make it home at a decent hour and not spend our entire day and night in an airport. We arrived home and they did not transfer two of our three checked bags to our flight, thus making it highly inconvenient upon our arrival home with no luggage.

Cons: The male flight attendant was incredibly rude, kept hitting my arms with his body with zero apologies. No manners when taking food and drink orders. Did not seem like he liked his job and in a customer service atmosphere this was extremely disappointing.

I liked that they didn't skip row numbers, including 13. So if you're in row 22, for example, you know that's literally how many rows back you are.

There was also apparently an issue with the auxiliary power -- the lights went out in back half of plane when we arrived at gate. I prefer having a screen behind each seat, rather than those attached to ceiling on this flight, so that the entertainment can be customized.

Cons: my entertainment system wasnt working, the headphone jack was not working at all.

Pros: Boarding the plane from the back first saved longer queues. Unfortunately people cheat and the boarding officers don't send them back to the right queue. Toilets were clean. Staff excellent. I was glad all my flights were stuffed to the gunnels. Presumably that is best for the environment rather than lots of planes with fewer passengers in each.
Cons: Passport control with new computer ID checks was fast. Baggage was slow coming. I booked through Netflights and they didn't book me a good seat. If I could have changed it myself they should have told me. On the way to Tampa on 3rd March I couldn't check in within 24 hours and had to wait half an hour while they changed our plane. BA used to do short science programmes which I loved. Shame these have finished.

Pros: Friendly, helpful flight attendants. Flight left and arrived on time, despite being completely full (asking for volunteers to bump). Offered to gate-check our carry-on bags for free to alleviate crowding of overhead bins was fine for us since we already had checked baggage.
Cons: If you don't pay for the premium seats, the legroom is pretty tight. I'm only 5'8" and I felt it -- if you're 6'+ you better pay for it. This aircraft had screens, but not individual ones so you're stuck watching whatever sitcom replay they pick, although there is a moderate selection of other music. I've been on a newer aircraft with the in-seat power and interactive screens so I know how good it can be, so this was a little disappointing.

Pros: I did like sitting on the left side of the plane. There's a little more room. I feel it's horrible how the airline charges so much and cram so many seats in one air craft. Making it a miserable flight.

Cons: my first flight was delayed by 4 hours so I automatically missed my connection. i called american to reschedule my flight for the next day in order to spend the night at my house and not have ro ask for hotel, they said no problem. when I go to she counter to explain they said that they would put me on a later flight and that they where sure I would make it. when I arrived miami I had missed my connection and they did NOT cover the hotel expenses they rebooked me for the next day at 5pm. no food no hotel no nothing. the next day I arrived at the airport counter the people at the american airline's counter did not want to let me thorugh because I had a one way ticket... after explaining for over 25 minutes they let me go.... the miami gloght to Bermuda then was also delayed for a total of 2 hours and they changed gates 8 times from one end to thw other and so on.... the worst service ever........

Pros: Got me home safely
Cons: Boarded us late. Got us to the runway, realized they didn't have the paperwork they needed and returned to gate. Swapped out a crew member whilst they were there. Lost place in the queue and so we ended up about an hour and a half late. Lots of excuses but don't recall hearing an "I'm sorry for the delay".

Pros: The flight was on time. It was serviced well by very friendly flight attendants. I enjoyed it very much.

Pros: The crew was very helpful and kind.
Cons: Our flight was delayed over an hour and we had a connecting flight to Vegas that we were worried we were going to miss.

Cons: flight was rebooked to a terrible time, the next day, had to spend over $300 for hotel, extra parking, extra meal, extra day on rental.
