Horrible… I was downgraded without notice, had to sit in economy and given my back injury was in pain most of the journey. I expect to be reimbursed for this inconvenience and after my return flight home, I never plan to fly with British Airways again.

Horrible… I was downgraded without notice, had to sit in economy and given my back injury was in pain most of the journey. I expect to be reimbursed for this inconvenience and after my return flight home, I never plan to fly with British Airways again.

I like the crew, very welcoming. Food can be better. The seat arms don’t go up so. I could use the empty seat next to mine to relax better. 3hrs delay 😠

I enjoyed the comfort of Premium Economy. The Purser on London-Nairobi was a little testy, snappish in his tone. I understand stressed, tired, etc but his tone in addressing passengers I found wanting.

The flight was delayed twice and because of that, we missed our connecting flight. British Airways then attempted to put us on the last flight to Milan from London which would have kept us in the airport for 12 hours. We had to speak to several levels of bureaucracy until BA management let us fly on a flight that only kept us in the airport for two hours. If there was an earlier flight, why weren’t we put on that flight from the start? Unacceptable behavior from what was once my favorite carrier.

everything to do with KAYAK was terrible. Your customer facing departments are utterly useless, timewasting and unhelpful.

Nice flight, attentive crew, soft landing by the Pilot,, comfortable seat.

Service was very good. Because I use a cane, I was allowed to use Priority Boarding. Biggest problem was extremely limited leg room in Economy class seats. For airplane food, it was alright.

Great job notifying of 30 minute delay in departure. Fabulous job making up for the time and arriving as scheduled. Air travel is just no fun anymore with the extreme overcrowding, and someone needs to come up with an innovative plan for loading and unloading passengers (load all window seats first, middle seats second, aisle seats last?). Great job getting the luggage on the carousel in record time!

One frustration after another. No gate personnel until very close to departure. Boarding procedure was chaos. Plane was dirty from previous transatlantic flight. Entertainment system not operational. Gate change for connecting flight which required another round of security clearance, almost causing a missed flight. The final blow was lost baggage upon arrival.

Nothing. BA flight was late. Missed connection and lost luggage. A disaster.
