Business class seating in Swiss really is just Economy seating minus the middle passenger
Horrible!! The WiFi was not working, the food was awful
My experience was wonderful. The professionalism of the crew was exemplary 🙂. The meals were wholesome and tasty. I have no complaints
They didn't give us Nothing to eat, come on..... 1 package of chips and a glass of soda won't do anything to the company
Crammed like sardines into the middle of the middle 4 seat row for an 11 hour flight was a terrible experience. No attempt made to help passengers sleep by dimming lights or shutting window shades. Small mediocre meals. Not enough good movies/TV options. Hopefully we will never have to do this again.
Checked me out of my connecting flight despite having enough time to transfer, had to check in again at the gate. Then they lost my luggage.
Had a short layover in Zurich, luggage marked expedite and short layover but still didn’t get luggage when arrived in Split until 3 days later even though husband got his.
Crew took my carry on and checked it in; turned out to be a blessing; however the luggage was delayed at my final destination; receiving it 36 hours later. Thought, we'd get, at least water; but the Swiss chocolate was delicious. Thanks.

Very long delay and bad organization to change the plane.
The seat was broken kept moving backwards, could not lock very uncomfortable and on safe . Boarding was messy to many passengers with over sized baggage aloud in the cabin, therefore over head bins kept opening during flight ✈️ again not up to FAA regulations standards safety wise .
Não se pode confiar nas informações nos painéis do aeroporto. Constava que o voo estava atrasado e sairia às 11h25. Por sorte, fui a um balcão de informaçoes que primeiro confirmou o atraso, mas outro funcionário ouviu e disse que o embarque estava acontecendo. Fomos os ultimos a embarcar. Mais 5 minutos teriamos perdido o voo.
It was my first trip with Air Cairo and it will not be the last, and I advise everyone to use this respected company.
دائما تأخير في مواعيد الإقلاع انتظار طويل داخل الطائرة في الحر لعدم وجود باص لنقل الركاب تأخير الأمتعة اكثر من ساعة على السير برغم انها الطائرة الوحيدة في التوقيت الطائرة نظيفة من الداخل . طاقم المضيفات غير ملتزم باعطاء التعليمات قبل الاقلاع
Wish the plane actually landed at a gate instead of on the tarmac and have the passengers board very slow buses.
Condor is a good and affordable airline. Make sure to leave a two hour window if transferring internationally through Frankfurt.
The jet is quiet but the food is uneatable and the new seats are horrible .One cannot find comfort on them. When do airlines learn that there is a better service for your clients. Go to a flying wing design save fuel offer a human seat where your arm does not interfere with your neighbor . Provide food that tastes good and offer free drinks
Horrible. Another delayed flight. So cramped! Poor food. So many unnecessary announcements.
Nice flight over the alps with spectacular views. Rome airport has good signage including on how to get into the city on the Leonardo express.
Very nice flight very quick staff were really good. They speaking to me in German a lot when I’m English again if you’re the taller person I would pay extra for the legroom more comfortable.
One of the female flight attendants had an attitude. The snack toward the end was pretty bad. My husband and I were both sick the next two days.
Awful! Rude attendants at gate. We were rushed along just to wait on hot bus to board plane and waited an hour extra to take off. My luggage was and still is lost and it’s been stressful and inconvenient and a big waste of time trying to track it down!
It was freezing cold, the flight delayed and then I got rebooked to a different connecting flight with a four hour waiting time even though I would have easily made my initial connection
As I am 6 foot four and a large frame seek comfort was not very good hardly any legroom which I couldn’t enjoy my food
The passenger next to me passed out and the crew was helpless. Luckily there was a paramedic on board.
