One hour before landing was the most scary part of my life. The plane just dropped from the air . No explanation or apologies from the captain. Women and children screaming everywhere. Would like to know what happened

My flight going to doha had economy seats that had a little more leg room. Coming back the leg room was not there. I'm 6'3" and my knees were against the chair in front of me. I couldn't slide my feet under the chair. The 15 hour flight felt like torture from the lack of sleep I was getting being so uncomfortable. Food and crew were great though.

Service and food were good. I'm 6'3" and my knees hit the chair in front of me. The 3 hour flight was manageable but the 15 hour flight was torture. There is no comfortable position to sleep and I'm grateful the person in front of me did not lean their seat back.

Amazing airline accommodations. The cabins were so great. The food was very good and the flight attendants were so nice. Made a 15 hour flight seem easy.

Overall the experience was neat with crew being nice and caring especially to parent with kids. The free snacks option was okay. The kiosk at Philly airport didn’t work.

Worse fight I ever take since I start flying , still have even made home , and crew abandon us half way home . No water no food and no even anyone to answer our questions

Terrible airlines - suffered entire flight due to food poisoning from stale food

I liked the food and services provided. I think the seating should be updated cause it’s to congested for economic class.

I moved to H row in the economy class. There was a crew member who's name might be shanya. She was not at all respectful for me. She was arrogant. While I was leaving the plane. The pilots and crew meter were saying Thank you and good bye to the passengers before and after me. And ignored Me.
