Pros: "Comfortable, not-overstuffed plane, friendly crew, excellent service, lots of good food & snacks. Travel as it used to be."
Pros: "Not much. Boarding by "zone" works ok, but is no quicker than most other boarding methods."
Cons: "Boeing 767-400ER seats had no leg room for 6'+ traveller like me. The entertainment system was so old that there were no 115v outlets or USB ports. On a 7-hour flight, that is a significant problem for travellers today with multiple electronic devices. Finally, we were not told in advance that we had to go through security twice and through US Customs BEFORE leaving Dublin. So, the 6-hour layover at JFK was a complete waste of our time as we did not have to go through Customs there."
Pros: "Quick and smooth boarding. Crew was very pleasant and welcoming. Temperature was for the most part comfortable. Quick disembarkment"
Cons: "Very tight carry on space requiring gate check. Delay leaving aircraft. Seating at gate assigned. No options. This was a short flight and I was in an exit row, making this flight comfortable"

Cons: "Middle seat with no option for me to move"

Pros: "Plane nice and comfortable"
Pros: "Crew fantastic"
Pros: "The Delta check-in at RDU was terribly understaffed with only 2 agents handling baggage drop-off for a fully booked Boeing 757. I waited over 1 hour and got to the gate at the last minute. Poorly managed! The flight crew was great though! Very attentive service even in the economy class!"
Cons: "The food could be better."
Pros: "Kind bar"
Cons: "Booked my flight and paid to pick my seats. Did not end up getting the seats I booked. Boarding and departing was extremely slow."
Cons: "Short 30 minute delay; arrived 5 minutes late. 45 min flight doesnt allow for any food service."
Pros: "In-flight entertainment"
Cons: "It was uncomfortably warm throughout the three hour flight."
Pros: "The gate attendants were extremely helpful in boarding this flight despite delays at the destination. They accommodated everyone and did their best to deliver efficiency."
Cons: "There were select in-flight crewembera that not only spoke rudely to passengers but also openly discriminated against passengers on board. They openly stated "It's always easier up front, isn't it?" They were openly rude and impatient with a group of passengers who clearly needed their interpretor and refused to provide any guidance when they group was nervous about missing their connection due to the delayed flight (they did actually miss their connection and were left to "look at the boards outside.") I personally experienced direct rudeness that was simply beyond what should be considered acceptable. A gentleman attendant was pouring ice into his bucket and due to a leak in the bag, she was pouring water all over my entire jacket sitting on my lap. Stunned by this, I loudly asked him to please stop and proceeded to ask for napkins. His response was "it's just water, it's not a big deal." I responded to say, "it's actually on my enitre jacket and I need to check that it didn't hit my laptop in my bag" and the response was "it's just water...you don't need to yell at me." I genuinely was frustrted but by no means was yelling. I was handed napkins and when he finally saw just how much water he had poured onto my jacket (the entire half of the jacket was soaked)...the response from the attendant was "Oh, now that I see how much it is...I actually am sorry." Implying..he previously actually wasn't sorry at all. I say with FULL certainty that had I been sitting "up front" or in first class...the apology would have been immediate and freely offered and would not have come with a degree measurement of damages. I am a loyal Delta flyer and more and more so I'm finding it hard to stay loyal to an airline with staff that continues to disappoint and concurrently creates such difficulties throughout the booking process."
Pros: "Extra leg room with Sky priority"
Cons: "We upgraded to Sky priority but we're not allowed to load with Sky priority. They made us wait for Zone 3. We also did not get the designated overhead space we paid for and had to put our bags under the seat in front of us. A bit disappointing to pay $240 extra and not get what we paid for."
Pros: "Flight Attendants!"
Cons: "When flight arrived late, the plane then required maintenance. After boarding, we were told the fuel vehicle was out of fuel. A small fuel truck was then called in, and it failed to operate. The Captain made a decision to deboard due to outside temperature with little air-conditioning...amd mid-deplaning...fueling was complete amd passengers were told to go back to seats. Flight Attendants were amazing throughout this incompetent ground crew ordeal.!!! Captain was Great as well...his effort kept all informed and sought the best possible outcome for his passengers!!!"
Pros: "Pilot almost barrel-rolled us climbing out of JFK, so if started well enough.... Ground assistance (wheel chair) left me with a badly bruised left big toe and I didn't think we'd ever get through the TSA. The pat-down I received was more like a sexual assault and I didn't even get a happy ending. We made it to RDU, so the exercise was a success, but it was a huge hassle."
Cons: "After reading the good things, you need more bad?"
Pros: "Was a nice flay , thanks"
Cons: "Travel delays and cancellations on the return to ATL was the big issue."
Pros: "I needed to change my flight because my international flight from Buenos Aires was delayed due to a national work stoppage and I would miss my scheduled Delta flight from JFK to SAV. The cost difference to take a flight later the same day was exorbitant (over a $500 additional cost to the price of the original ticket) so we elected to fly back to SAV two days later. I do not understand how airlines can get away with charging such exorbitant ticket prices--these prices should be regulated!"
Pros: "We arrived in Las Vegas"
Cons: "Even in first class, it appeared to me that the legroom has been decreased."
Pros: "The crew was professional and efficient. This includes the ground personnel that had to cope with a grossly overbooked flight. I was upgraded to comfort+ at the gate."
Cons: "Fed up with the .4 oz pretzels. The arrival in LAX was chaotic. We had left on-time and were told that we would arrive approx. 20 minutes early. Ha! First landing attempt had to be aborted, the landing not being cleared by the control tower. Then we cruised, circling over the Ocean, and the lights of the city again. Finally we landed. Taxiing on the tarmac was interrupted many times, and took overall 30 minutes. The pilot kept informing us. I was probably not the only passenger that had and urgent need to reach a bathroom... Of course, Delta should not be blamed"
