Also liked that the plane's arrival at Schiphol was only 30 minutes later than initial ETA after long delay at Seatac. Also liked the many snacks."

Was very cold hit call light fir blanket. No response for 10 min so went to the bs k of plane where the crew was chatting & eating. When I asked about blanket, they didn’t look fir any & said they didn’t have any unopened. Upon leaving big plane, I saw a stack of about 5 packaged blankets in the front. Just rude & lazy older crew. Time for a different job fir them"

Cons: "They gave a hard time checking in because I didn’t mark I had a lap child. I honestly looked and the website wasn’t clear. Then (Bob who checked me in in Tucson) didn’t bag my car seat. And it came super dirty. I’ve never had an airline not bag the caraway. Especially when I asked. Southwest is a better company to work with. Disappointed"

Cons: "To be clear, I do not have an issue with overweight people. That being said, I was put in an extremely uncomforatable position on this flight. My seatmate was a woman who easily weighed 400 pounds without the slightest exageration and was 5'7 at best. She carried all of her weight in her midsection and behind, which was truly uncomforatable for us both. As she attempted to squeeze into the aisle seat it became apparent that with the armrest down it was not going to happen. She raised the armrest and finally maneuvered into her seat and part of mine also. Not only was her bottom in my seat but her stomach was resting on my entire right leg. It felt like a toddler was sitting on my lap. This was beyond uncomfortable and embarrassing for us both as it was clear that she knew how intrusive this was and kept apologizing. My leg went to sleep after about 15 minutes so I asked to be let out. I approached the flight attendent and requested that my seat be changed to which she responded that the flight was full. I know it wasn't because I could see an empty seat about four rows in front of me. Finally I sat back down but every 15 minutes or so she would get uncomforatable and get up to stretch. The first time it was a welcomed break, until she came back and flopped in her seat with so much force that it felt like someone had ran and jumped in my lap. This occurred 4 or 5 times during the flight. I am not sure what the policy is for obese passengers, but it should be relooked. As a passenger I should not be put in a position to address another passengers weight. I also should not have to pay for a seat and only get to use 2/3 of it. Lastly, no one should ever be allowed to put their body parts on top of another persons lap and that be considered ok."

Cons: "I purchased my tickets about 5 weeks before my trip and got to the airport 2 hrs prior. I recieved no seat assignment, just a boarding pass that said request seat. So I requested a seat. Then the people were rude and told me to come back, so I did about 45 min later and asked again, they were rude again and said come back later. The third time I got s seat assigned but again, they were very rude. Won't fly delta again."

Cons: "No entertainment - just a long boring flight. Should have some sort of entertainment for the longer flights."

Cons: "didn't provide snacks. They took a long time to retrieve the luggage that was checked at the gate."

Cons: "I felt singled out by the gate agents for this leg of the flight. The gate agent called me out twice - once just to check if my carry on fit into the sample size container. Then she did it again when we were boarding. I know she knew she'd already asked me before. Because afterwards, she tried to play it off, laughing and saying "I'd already asked you, didn't it". My carry on fit with ease. There were people with larger suitcases all around me but she continuously singled me out."

Pros: "Seats in Delta Comfort section were quite nice. Flight attendants were extremely nice, attentive and helpful. The sandwich I purchased was tasty and a pretty good value for airline/airport food."

Cons: "Seat(19c) is in a position that due to its design causes it to be bumped into continously throughout the flight... I lost track of the amount of times I got jostled by passengers and crew. May want to rethink the use of that seat. They ran out of food. Had to wait over 30 min on the tarmac before being able to deplane."

Cons: "The 2 hr delay for mechanical issue, having to board and then as soon as we left gate having to go back an deplane"

IT SHOULD BE OFFERED TO ANYONE WITH CARRY ON LUGGAGE WHO HAS TO CHANGE TERMINALS. WHEN I EXPRESSED MY COMPLAINT TO THE LADY AT THE GATE SHE WAS RUDE ABOUT IN ABRUPT. SHE SAID FILE THE COMPLAINT ONLINE IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM WE CAN HELP UNLESS YOU ASK. WELL WITH NO SIGNS TO SAY DO YOU NEED HELP GETTING TO THE NEXT TERMINAL OR AN ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE PLANE AS YOU LAND I DIDN'T KNOW AS THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME FLYING IN 32 YEARS."
