Cons: "Seating pitch is just not acceptable for 10+ hrs long flight! I am tall (1.92 cm) but there are taller people than me and there is just no way they can sit in economy class seat! That is basically some kind of racism.."
Pros: "Information communicated about delays."
Cons: "- more communication (any!) about bag status when landed - flight delay due to too many/too heavy baggage. Long delay was said to be due to making sure our baggage would accompany destination. Upon arrival, bag was left in NYC but this wasn't communicated. No info on bag status at airport or via ema"
Cons: "First class seats were too close together. It was very difficult to get out of you seat into the aisle. Food was not what it should have been for 1st class There was no wall between 1st class and coach giving little privacy when I worked my laptop. it was in direct view of the middle seat in coach"
Pros: "Very good"
Cons: "Seat assignments should have be provided at check in."

Pros: "Coming from Europe Alitalia and Delta did an EXCELLENT job at assisting the passengers get rid of their luggage just as soon as we were done going through customs... I don't usually fly on this route, but I thought it was perfect. Transfer between Delta terminal was a breeze too..."
Cons: "I usually don't fly from JFK. The food court was expensive (18 dollars base price from a burger seems a high even for an airport. I don't fly from NY normally - so maybe I need to tune my expectation for the locale, and it may have NOTHING to do with the airline company."
Pros: "Boarding was smooth"
Cons: "Awful flight attendant that was rude in not passing a snack to us and then not handing a bottle of water to me when snacks were being stroked to the passengers. When asking her why she didn't provide us a snack she said that this is a plane and when the captain says we have to land that she doesn't have to pass out snacks. The interesting thing is that all the other passengers around us receive snacks and bottled water except us. When we were leaving the plane after it landed my mom had to stay behind while I went to the front of the plane a good wheelchair assistance. The same stewardess said why did your son leave you and my mother had to correct her and say that he went to the front to get wheelchair assistance. The lady was very rude and didn't know proper manners."
Pros: "It is only a 40 minute flight how bad can it be. No in flight entertainment or beverage service, there never is, no time. Understandable"
Cons: "As with any flight since they started squeezing seats tighter, I am over 6 foot so there is no such thing as being comfortable!"
Pros: "The service is very good from the beginning. The flight attendant is very caring thanks so much."
Pros: "- great customer service - friendly staff - Positive energy"
Cons: "- No room in the seats - No food served on plane - Crowded -"
Cons: "The flight was delayed. It took longer than expected due to the hurricane. When we arrived, there was no gate so we had to sit on the runway forever. Then the gate checked bags took forever. I was supposed to have a 1.5 hour layover. I barely made my connection as I only had 20 minutes left until takeoff by the time we got off the plane."
Cons: "The aircraft is too old, MD-88. I don't know how Delta is flying that type of aircraft. Is very risky"
Pros: "I liked that I was able to check my carry-on to for free"
Cons: "I hated the seat and zone that I was assigned. I was literally the last seat in the back and also the very last person to board and get off the plane. It was terrible. Please select better seats for customers"
Pros: "Another safe flight. Crew was very attentive."
Pros: "Pilot was courteous, pleasant and kept us informed of flight status."
Pros: "Atlanta airport is super duper organized!!! No problem getting tons of people through passport control & customs! Lots of well English speaking guiding staff- i was delighted!"
Cons: "On the international aircraft, 767, the monitors were smaller and hab on the domestic flights flight, the picture was way too dark to enjoy & sound out of one earpiece only"
Cons: "Flight cancelled due to weather that was never bad but on the potential of bad weather. Had to scramble so my 18 year old son was not stranded overnight in a strange place and Delta does not help. Only rebooked a flight itinerary for the next day for a 4 hour flight with connections on a 1 hour direct flight. Spent an hour on line to figure out what to do. #neverdelta"
Pros: "Being able to watch videos."
Cons: "Flew with 5 family members. None of us were seated together. And we have 3 young teen girls. Flight overbooked."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Plane delayed 4 times for a total of 4 hours"
Pros: "Everything but the consistent delay"
Cons: "2 hour delay and it being the last flight out of LAX."
Pros: "The flight for getting us therw"
Cons: "No food and no entertainment"
Cons: "The child behind me kicking my seat"
Pros: "Nice crew members always polite and courteous.maybe over polite if anything. Australians don't require subservient service deliverers. The constant "your very welcome" regardless of the service and response to that delivery is off-putting to me. But al in all pretty good in most areas."
Cons: "ON ticketing at New Orleans I wasn't allocated a seat number. At the gate shortly prior to boarding I needed to attend the desk for that allocation. I was also not told which Terminal the plane would go to in LAX and which terminal the connecting flight would be leaving from. They were not sure! Consequently I floundered around at LAX wasting time and bothering people for information that should have been known to me. The security checks are over the top and inconsistent in the US."
Pros: "Gate agent was fantastic! Her positive demeanor made for the delays and cancellations to not seem as much of an issue. She was extremely pleasant when explaining what was happening to flights, connections, etc. She was helpful when checking boarding passes to ensure that travellers were ok for their flight."
Cons: "Again, last minute notification of delayed or cancelled flights made things somewhat worrisome. The late notification led to me missing my nest connection in Minneapolis, and having to sleep in the airport until the following morning in order to transfer my ticket to another flight leaving in the morning/afternoon/evening...very nerve-wracking to say the least."
Cons: "The Cancun airport provides a terrible experience for transferring between flights, especially if you need to change from the international terminal to a domestic terminal or vice-versa. There is no way to get between terminals inside security and the free shuttle is slow and overcrowded. Meanwhile, one is forced to run a gauntlet of taxi and shuttle drivers trying to get you to pay them exorbitant fees to drive you to your terminal. Once you finally arrive you discover that there is no dedicated baggage recheck for an international arrival. Just don't buy a ticket that transfers in CUN."
Pros: "Cabin crew and captain were great."
Cons: "Don't like how you don't get your seat assignment until you get to the gate. I was given the window seat in the very last row for a 6 hour flight, quite uncomfortable. I could've booked another airline for a similar price and picked the seat i wanted at booking. They ran out of food choices by the time they got to the last row, so we were given whatever was left. Delayed because one of the bathroom doors wasn't working, 30 min later still wasn't fixed and ultimately they decided to go without it."
Pros: "First leg from San Diego was excellent."
Cons: "Arriving in SLC discovered out flight to Denver was CANCELLED! Had to reschedule to the next day. Not fun!"
Pros: "The crew was friendly, relaxed, made everything seem like a breeze"
Pros: "I could be wrong, but the seats were very comfortable (for a plane) and I felt my knees weren't as close to the seat in front of me than other airlines. So that's a plus."
Pros: "Comfortable flight, ample leg room, and the chairs were pretty plush. Comfort+ is pretty nice"
Cons: "On my first flight they forgot to turn the wifi on. I have unlim data but obviously can't use while in air; no big though."
Pros: "flight attendants were great."
Cons: "not enough leg room and space. The business class should be at the minimum for economy."
Pros: "They were courteous and prepared, when they couldn't offer something they gave me options for other things, and seemed genuinely concerned about my experience!"
Cons: "i don't have any real complaints. Economy seating is still economy seating, so those problems didn't go away"
Pros: "The crew was polite and friendly"
Cons: "My second plane had sooo much moisture coming from the cooling system it looked like the passengers were getting gased and I kept getting wet from water condensation falling on me in a window seat as I tried to sleep from having such an early flight to begin with only to be told it's delayed 3 hrs without explanation."
Pros: "Good seats."
Pros: "Free drinks in Comfort+"
Cons: "See above description"
Pros: "Boarding time and schedules were as expected or faster and good attention from the flight crew."
Cons: "Breakfast was mediocre for First Class."
Pros: "Flight attendants were great."
Cons: "Movie and TV selection is not great for an international flight."
Pros: "The pilot came through all of the aisles in first class to personally thank us for flying with them. He took time to chat with us and answer our questions, which made me feel more comfortable about the long flight. The stewards/stewardesses were very nice and had us laughing on their welcome messages. The lay-flat seats in first class were the best. Very comfortable, and easy to fall asleep in, without disruption from other passengers who insist on keeping their reading lights on while everyone is trying to sleep."
Pros: "Comfort with entertainment."
Cons: "No food options at all."
