Cons: "Plane was originally set to leave at 11:30 am, but was delayed until 3:00 pm for equipment. We boarded the plane at 3:00, the door was closed, and 30 minutes of waiting at the gate, where told to deplane, and the flight would leave at 5:06. There was another flight to San Diego, also delayed for hou"

Pros: "On time departure and arrival"

Pros: "I wish they serve real food instead of snacks for 4hours flight and I wish luggage check in will be included since it’s international flight."
Pros: "Food was okay. Everything else was great!"
Cons: "Kayak a howed my gate as something that didn’t exist at the terminal. I went to a kayak help desk to have a ticket printed that showed my TSA precheck because it wasn’t showing on my mobile ticket, and no one was there to help. I waisted for 10 mins. It then took me nearly 2 hours to get through security. I asked if I could get through quicker and was told I could not, despite it being passed my boarding time. I then ran to my gate where I waited for another 10 mins (no one was there, again) and then an employee came out and said they couldn’t let anyone board once the door was shut. He then directed me to the delta help desk (there was at least 20 people behind me who missed their flight). I then had to pay an additional $75 to get a later flight. The whole experience was awful and I’m disappointed with Kayak and the gate confusion, but mostly Delta and the lack of customer service."
Pros: "When I arrived at Detroit I noticed there was an earlier flight going out to Amsterdam. The nice Delta rep gave me a new boarding pass for the earlier flight because there were empty seats on that plane."
Pros: "Flight attendants we were very nice and efficient. Flight was short"
Pros: "Breakfast was quite good, rest of the food was maximum average like on the other Delta flights I flew on this travel."
Cons: "The seats in business class are horrible in flat bed mode. The crew did not pay much attention, was quite bored, not well organized, service was less than average. They forgot the coffee for breakfast although they had only to care for 8 people."
Pros: "Olivia Sanchez and Yvette Diaz were absolutely. 100% phenomenal. They upgraded my friends and I to a flight tomorrow, and we can still meet with our group in time."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed at 12:07am, and we would have missed the connecting flight."
Pros: "All good"
Pros: "Flight was late leaving JFK. I paid extra for Comfort Plus and had the most uncomfortable seat ever. My back ached during and after the flight. Absolutely the worst seat ever that I have had flying. While it was a short flight we were supposed to get serviced during the flight, but there was no cabin service unless you were in 1st class. So much for the perks of Comfort Plus as there were none. Not even a glass of water. Wow! When we landed late obviously because we left late we were late and there was no ground crew to get our plane to the gate so we sat for over 1/2 hour on the taxi way waiting for ground crew to be available for us to get to the gate. To add insult of injury when we did get to go to the gate there was no gate available for use so we had to deplane in the rain down the emergency stairs. They said that if you had a problem with the steep stairs that they would make other accommodations. Probably would have been another delay so we all carefully went down the steep slippery stairs. I doubt that the stairs met any OHSA or safety requirements except for emergency issues. They were wet and slippery. This was the absolute worst trip that I have taken with Delta. It will seriously influence my future trip decisions."
Cons: "Not being on time. Not delivering service stated. Sitting on a taxi way for extra time. Having to disembark down steep slippery stairs, basically an emergency exit. This trip was late from start to finish."
Pros: "See above..."
Cons: "See above"
Pros: "The crew were so polite and happy!"
Cons: "Those seats! UGH!"
Pros: "Wi-FI available (although I didn't use it)"
Cons: "No direct flight in the morning, so had to take two connecting flights, and leave home very early in the morning."
Cons: "Seats not very comfortable-very close quartered"
Pros: "Fast flight great service"
Pros: "Smaller plane, aisle seat with a lot of leg room (5c), smooth flight"
Cons: "Shorter flight so no snacks/drinks were served, although requests were fulfilled."
Pros: "everything except in flight internet."
Cons: "Gogoinflight hasnt woked as it said it would on any flight on any airline for a year."
Pros: "Pushed back early, short taxi, took off one minute after scheduled departure, smooth flight, landed a half hour before scheduled time."
Pros: "Crew was very professional and friendly."
Cons: "Seats are too close together."
Pros: "Cabin crew were excellent and so friendly and down to earth."
Cons: "The seats are very hard but I find this with all the airlines now"
Pros: "It was my husband's birthday and the stewardess (red dress, long brown hair) went out of her way to make him feel special by bringing champagne, cookies and even chocolate once we were getting off the plane. I was very touched."
Cons: "The guy next to me was kind of smelly but was very nice."
Pros: "Columbus airport is very nice. Security was quick. Boarding the plane was smooth and no problems. Staff was very nice too!"
Pros: "Great service for a short commute trip."
Pros: "the embraer 175 is VERY comfortable, despite being a smaller jet."
Cons: "Just an FYI - the small overhead bin space on the Embraer 175 made it so that many passengers bags needed to be checked at the gate to baggage."
Pros: "The crew made up for some of the lost time"
Cons: "Delta downsized the plane overbooked by 35, reassigned our seating that we made three months ago so we no longer could sit next to each other. My wife had to sit in one row I had to sit in another Delta did all this without contacting us. This was done to many of the passengers. The seats are getting as ridiculously narrow, I thought I was on Spirit Airlines! Now Delta is charging for bags! One reason I had stayed with Delta was although the ticket prices were higher the bags were free, now higher ticket prices and bag fees! Guess I will have to search for another air carrier. Delta is not loyal to me so I won't be loyal to Delta! Fuel is cheaper so they raise fees!"
Pros: "The crew was really nice"
Cons: "I paid for comfort seat. First it had part of the door that stood in the way. Secondly, what is even worst is that other people could seat in the comfort seats after the doors were closed without paying it!!!! Next time delta will not have my money!!!!"
