I thought I paid for a round trip for carry-on and my ticket only had one way when I purchased a round trip Didn't make sense to me .Not what you want to hear when it's time to go home.
Support for wheel chair was not good. Desk did not open until 2 hours before takeoff not check in time.
Boarding process was super smooth and the staff and crew were wonderful. Seats made me feel like I was being bent forward. Might be because I'm shorter and the puffy head rest pushes my head down. I would have liked to have been able to remove it
What entertainment!? Snack i bought was unusual and in very small quantity. Very limited selection of snacks to buy. Taste was mediocre.
Leg room was good. Seat pockets were good. Especially the one for menu. Personal Explanation for potential of needing help since i came on a wheelchair was excellent! That has never happened to me flying before. It happened before many passengers had boarded and the attendant leaned way over in front of me. Great help with my carry on since i was in a wheelchair. I was surprised about cost of drinks and snacks. Didn't know there was no free snack. I was cold on both legs of flight. Asked for a blanket but none was brought. Does Breeze even have them? Temperature was adjusted for a short time. Had to put on jacket and put a shirt from my carry on across my legs. Guy next to me pulled his collar up. My nose was cold to touch. I asked flight attendant if they always kept it that cold. She said she thought they had adjusted the temp. When i suggested she feel how cold my nose was, she said she would note it. Casual dress of crew was interesting to me. I thought tennis shoes was very practical. Observed the captain had gone to get food at a fast food place for the crew before we took off. They did not have time to go having moved from one plane to the next at a different gate than planned. Thought that was great commaradiery! And i told him so. Hard to reach call button and air control. Gate staff suggested we use restrooms before boarding since one on board was so small. Thought that was amusing and thoughtful. Pilot made announcements about delays--mechanical warning light, weather delay, traffic on runway and construction near gate and weather where we were landing. Interesting about crew having to do cleanup. Nice about offering upgrades a couple days before flight. Nice sbout sending reminder to check in.
Flying with this airline is a true nightmare. We got delayed than stranded on layovers due to maintenance issues both ways of our flight and there’s no way to communicate with anyone other than AI bots that are absolutely useless. Never again.
Flight was great except for lunatic lady and her mother sitting middle/window who went nuts when the woman on the aisle wouldn’t stand up right away to let them out even though the aisle was full. Police had to be called. Some people just shouldn’t be allowed to fly.
Flight attendants were wonderful. Seats were comfortable “Nicest” bundle). No screens or meal, but it is a budget airline.
it is an economy airline so lack of perks expected .. however an efficient board, clean plane, pleasant crew and an early arrival for half the price of full service airline
Our gate was changed twice, but since they were super close it wasn't an issue. We were delayed 90 mins or so, which wasn't great, but sometimes that's just what happens. Communication was the issue. We weren't kept informed about delays--with more information I would have gotten a real meal, taken a "bio break" and purchased a new book. Because another. flight was being updated more frequently about their delays, I thought ours would be shorter and stayed close by. It left me feeling more frustrated than was necessary.
Gate agents call groups one and two and give about 3-5 minutes for each group to board, then the call groups three and four together and it causes a bottleneck in the line. Give each group 3-5 minutes to board before calling the next group.
We sat at the gate for over 30 minutes, with no indication as to why
I didn't really interact with any of the crew since we had a bumpy ride and no refreshments were distributed.
It was delayed over an hour and a lot of announcements disrupting movie.
I didn't use the onboard amenities, so it is difficult to comment on those services. Otherwise, the flight from Nashville to Toronto was quite crowded, but the boarding process and the flight itself were perfectly fine.
Seats were old and very uncomfortable. Coach seating is way too tight
WiFi was a major problem and if it does not work on a 4 hour flight then that lowers the overall experience
The wifi was barely operable. just enough to charge me, not enough to be useful. I wasted 2 hours of time I could have been working. So now, I' have two hours of work this weekend to catch up on thanks to Delta's crappy technology. Plus I'm out the money!
Flight was on time! That's the most important thing for me.
Smooth boarding and I always like when the crew asks passengers with tight connections to deplane first. I wasn’t in that group but many times needed to be. When the staff asks for it the other passengers usually listen.
Plane congestion resulted in a 1 hr wait from landing to arrival at the gate. This was in addition to also experiencing extreme delays on my incoming flight.
Delayed too much. 1.5 hrs in the airport and another 1 hr in the runway. Got too late in the night. There was no proper food available.

Very disappointing that on an international business class flight they would not give me access to the lounge in Boston. They said it was because it was a codeshare flight. International business class should include lounge access regardless of codeshare.
They did not have free WIFI and I was not okay with that!
Flight was on time, clean, etc. Despite connecting to your wi fi I was unable to use your app to watch entertainment.
The attendant on board was amazing. She should be doing business/first international long haul.
Starlink wifi on the Embraer E175 is an excellent experience. I was able to connect and work from IAD all the way to approach into BTV.
Missed this flight due to delays from my previous flight
The flight from American side was good, my main issue this was a part of a partner flight with gol, preventing me to use digital boarding passes and doing checking previous of the arrival to the airport.
Id like for them to not have lost my bag. And maybe be a little nicer to me, given the fact they lost my bag.
The flight was delayed but we were given no updates. The time just kept changing in the board. We were delayed on the runway as well. Then, my bag was lost and still hasn't been returned.
The flight landed in Phoenix and taxied the runway for 15 additional minutes. I had a connecting flight I barely made it to because of the delay of the plane taxing the runway.
The flight was delayed a dozen times and finally took off 3 hours late. American gave us 12 dollar vouchers which barely buys you a water at the airport. Options to rebook were easy to access and complete although I didn't go this route.
I have executive platinum status with American Airlines. It seems impossible to be upgraded anymore and I’m never offered a cheese plate or thanked for my loyalty.
We had a 1 hour delay due to mechanical issues, then another hour, then 2, and eventually it was an 8 hour delay. The airport staff was confused about gate changes, as they were not getting good communication. They were trying, but we changed gates 5 times in one hour!
Flight was 2 hr late but at least I was upgraded to first class
I am absolutely furious with American. they shut the door in my face when I was trying to board the flight and kicked me off of it. They made no attempt to call my name or contact me or anything. They just said they gave my seat away. The customer service response has been atrocious. I will never fly this airline again as long as I live.
LATE LATE LATE!!! Plagued by late AA flights on this trip. Such a drag. This one was by far the worst.
Boarding and crew were great, but seats are terribly uncomfortable. No food or entertainment options.

Crew members great. Everything else a 0! Got on plane at 530am. Got de boarded for mechanical issue. Supposed to leave by 830 am. Zero communication from gate agents. Then supposed to leave by 230pm. Then delayed till 330pm. Still zero communication with gate agents. All they would say is if you have an issue call the 1800 number. You call and sit on hold minimum 45 minutes for zero answer. Finally board at 345pm didn’t take off till after 4pm! Sat in airport for 11 hours with 4 adults and 3 kids. Finally offered a $100 (we are sorry) voucher for next trip. Missed whole day in Florida had to change reservations in Florida! Absolute joke of an airline! And I usually really like sun country.
Booked through Kayak for $236. They canceled the flight unknown to me; retaining $100 for canceling it. Found out when I went to check in. Rebooked the same flight for $400. Incredibly disappointed. The Sun Country part was as to be expected. Crowded, no food, no arm room but got me where I wanted to go.

I liked entertainment system being downloaded on my iPad. The selections were limited but I appreciated being able to use my own screen. The flight was just fine. My only issue was both terminals being far from the main airport. Especially stoning at LAX near midnight and having to wait for a bus to take us to baggage pickup. Very inconvenient.
