The boarding process was efficient and quick. The seats were comfortable. The food was good. The service was excellent. We had a lovely flight from Seattle on Korean air

Flight crew was fantastic. The aircraft was meticulously cleaned at all times. The crew was continuously checking to see if the passengers were ok.

They were trying to get people to check luggage because the over head compartments were full but when we boarded there were lots of empty places that people could have put the luggage.

It was good, I liked the self-serve snacks but it was a little difficult to get the alcohol, which is understandable since I wouldn't want kids sneaking it.

Friendly flight attendants and gate agents. Very clean plane and food was good!

Plane took off on time and I had the whole row to myself!

This was an amazing flight. The crew was great. The service was great. The food provided was great.

I was unable to select decent seats, and so I was stuck in the middle seat because it was selected for me

Korean air has a little bit more seating space than Asiana air.

There was a lot of partial tv shows but not enough to last the flight. The food was incredible! The crew were so helpful and patient. Lots more space than what I usually get on an international flight. Very comfortable!

The flight was delightful overall. The check-in and boarding were on smooth and on time. Amenities and staffs were elevated. However, if glasses were served instead of cups, there should be a complete premium.

Sure I would’ve liked a little more space, but it was better than economy. I bring my own food because I have food allergies it would be nice if they offered larger salads or more vegetables instead of starch it was really a good flight. I don’t wanna complain. I’m grateful to fly at all safely. Thank you to the pilots.

I enjoyed flying on Japan Airline. However, my flight from Osaka to Tokyo did not give us enough time to make my connecting flight. We missed our next flight due to the following: We were seated on row 24 which causes us to get off of plane late, having to go to the restroom, having to exit the airport and take a shuttle-bus from terminal one to terminal three, having to go through security and immigration. We were disappointed that we had to catch another flight

Flight crews are very attentive and polite. Cabin and toilets are clean. Food is above average for economy class. We missed our connecting flights because the first flight was delayed, the ground crews at Tokyo were very helpful, providing all the information and support (including cash for our train ticket) to get us to our destination. Very impressive. No wonder they are always at the top ten lists.

Crew hospitality was as expected of a Japanese carrier, however the foods were lacking. The dinner options provided all contained pork and the breakfast was lacking in both quality and volume. I was starving throughout the trip.

Excellent! So happy that the crew members were so helpful and friendly and able to understandably communicate. They’re very receptive with someone like me, with disability. I love that I did not even have to ask for luggage help like, having to place and take down my carry-on luggage in and out of the over-head compartment. Hope, help is extended to disabled passenger(s) through out class classifications they’ve bought; economy or business class it might be. As a disabled person myself, I’m truly of great appreciation of this kind of help. Means a lot !!! Thank you so very much JAL crew. You out done others on this customer service part of the trip. Please continue to do so. From now on, I’ll choose JAL as my airline whenever I have to fly to any southeast asian countries. And I will disseminate my excellent travel experience with you to others.

American Airlines food is horrible. Also, paid to fly JAL on all segments, but received a much lower quality. I was disappointed to learn that we would be using American Airlines on this flight, which has less comfort, entertainment, choices, and lower standard of service. Overall not satisfied.

Food was very mediocre. Economy is pretty uncomfortable. Crew was excellent and responsive.

Not as good as I expected, I couldn't use the screen to watch movies or anything else because it wasn't 'STEADY' AT ALL, it moved every single time that the passenger who sat on that seat moved, that caused me fell dizzy and nauseous when I tried to use it, so I ended up with only sleeping and eating with no entertainment all my haul flight on premium economy seat, plus the passenger who sat next to me, she just loved to spread her very long hair down on my shoulder, face, arm, sometimes her hair just whacked my face till I really wanted to offer her my hairband!, super annoying 😑 and that my bad experience with that flight.

The flights were on time and the cabin crew were very nice. The only downside was that the food was not good.

Fight attendant excellent Food very good, not great Seats were stiff and uncomfortable Flight was overall very nice. Last three flights were burdened with miserably uncomfortable seats. Hard stiff no padding.

The internet was down, which made my work plans impossible while inflight.

The ground crew was very good. They communicated clearly and continued updating. The flight crew was fine. The flight crew on the March 20th flight from MCI to Portland was excellent.

Flight on time. Easy boarding. Changing my seat was very easy.

My trip to Seattle from Newark was uncomfortable and there was a maintenance issue that caused a delay which ended up with me being stuck at the Seattle airport on my birthday for almost 12 hrs. The ride itself was very bumpy due to turbulence. I u derstand as my first time flying this could have been normal but all the passengers around me said that this was not what flying is normally like. On my way home I was semi comfortable due to exhaustion and paying $200 in upgrades to have a “better” seat and experience

Fine for a short flight. All went well. Snacks are lacking and I couldn’t hook up to wifi through the app, but it was fine.

Aircraft was freezing, cold air blowing on me the entire time and the individual fans were turned off.

The flight 2161 was cancelled after repeated delays; for some reason the crew and not the tower located in Billings, Montana made the call. A cancelled flight is not a big deal, it happens. It was very disappointing that upon cancelling the flight it was a free for all to get to the counter for rebooking. Priority seating and first class ticket holders should have been giving priority to get on the next available flight. Most would agree that the process of moving states away, w/a cat, is stressful. A cancelled flight, 90 minutes to rebook, no place to stay, medication that was to be refrigerated and trying to find a local pet friendly hotel significantly added to the stress. Had I been able to rebook (per priority boarding SOP) I could have called the place I had just checked out of as my room most likely was just as I'd left it, including with pet supplies (which also had to be repurchased). While waiting to rebook, many of us called Alaska Airlines 800 number hoping to get a new flight; the waiting time -- this is not a joke -- was eight (8) hours, which dropped to "just" two (2) hours about 45-minutes later. Due to the cancellation I had to spend $268.75 and I still have not been refunded for the change in ticket (first class to regular). Each time I've call, five times now, the wait time was absurd, or a message of call back is given. Hopefully visiting the airport and talking with an agent face to face will be the final chapter to this experience. Alaska has been my go to air travel for years, hopefully this trip was just a hiccup. A system that forces customer's to spend hours of their time (money) to get a just due refund is not a working system. I suggest Alaska Airlines hire more representatives to handle calls; time is more valuable than money, spending 90 minutes to rebook a flight, without the difference being automatic is absurd. There are things called computers, they do amazing things. Once the flight was cancelled, only three agents were working to rebook the PAX, This too was unacceptable. First class ticket holders pay for first-class service, this should include rebooking on flights that are cancelled. I recall a time when flights were cancelled the airline would offer a hotel should the next flight not be until the following day? I had no idea that was no longer SOP; many could return home, several of us could not. The agents were pleasant once the PAX had their turn to rebook, this was true down in baggage area as well. The flight out the next day was also what I'd come to find of Alaska Airlines.

Never got on because first part of trip was cancelled and we have no idea when we will get rebooked…

There was an issue with the plane and it was late getting in. This caused me to miss my connecting flight from PDX to BOI. I had to ask if they would provide me with a food voucher and they did but didn’t seem to concerned about my delay.

Loved the crew! Sucks that we went from 1 hour and 8 minute layover to a 3 hour layover. But weather sucks like that.

I was told that they needed to check my bag at the gate and to pick it up at the gate in Richmond. No big deal. I know they can't control the weather, but we flew around RIC for 45 minutes to avoid the storm and were 25 minutes late leaving as well. Once we landed, we were told to go to baggage claim to pick up our luggage. I went to bathroom, paid for parking, and went to the assigned baggage claim location. United flight people came down with us as well. They got their luggage immediately. Next, South West people came down about 10 minutes later. They got their luggage next. We finally got our luggage around 30 minutes in waiting. Was not a wonderful experience. No reflection on Delta, but the ground crew was lousy at best.

Everything could have benn better. Short fly, no food, no entertainment and no wifi.

Flight delayed. Air broken. Cabin was hot enough to pass out. Delta shuttle’s becoming worse and worse.

my mom urmila patel needed a wheelchair which was not available on the curbside. she needed to walk almost 50 meters inside (at the risk of falling) and then had to wait in line to get a wheelchair (this is not ok). Once obtained she had to seat in it for 30-45 minutes for someone to take her in thru the checkin process (which was fairly smooth and easy). the lady who helped her with her checkin process was very courteous and helpful

On the return flight, flight attendant Britt went out of her way to inform passengers that several of us had tight connections.

Fast, lovely scenery, great info on the Delta flight screen about landmarks we were flying over. Great landing!

Staff at the check-in counter were friendly, happy and helpful. They tagged our bags and sent us to “bag drop off” but were not very clear about where that was. The airport was busy we headed off in what we thought was the right direction until a gentleman waved us down and actually came after us. He was the baggage handler for Delta and recognized our “deer in the headlights “ look-he brought us to the right area (which was marked as the Southwest Airlines Drop Off) and sent us on our way. Wonderful guy, low key and working with a big smile on his face. Loved it. Loved him.

During the flight, the only refreshments provided were crackers and soft drinks; no substantial food was offered despite the international route. Furthermore, our initial flight was delayed, causing us to miss the connecting flight in Atlanta. The airline did not hold the connection, and we were informed that the next available flight is not for another 24 hours. While I am aware of alternative options via JetBlue, they operate out of JFK, which is not a viable solution for us as a resident of New Jersey.

Arlene was a great flight attendant. I also liked how one of the other flight attendants gave us a heads up about snacks and asked everyone to remove their headphones when it was their turn to order. Good idea.

I had a good time. However, I paid for the wifi and it was in and out the whole flight.

one staffer was frustrated (it happen); the flight was late and the pilot mentioned they'll make amend but the snacks were the same, other than that the aircraft was clean and everything went smooth, no complaints

The wheelchair service is useless. They live you in different spots, not tell you anything just wait. I waited 30 minutes in Frankfurt when decided to walk the 25 minutes distance. In Budapest nobody came.

It was perfect! I've never flown with United before, but I definitely will in the future

I had a cancelled flight because of technical issues going to my destination, and a delayed flight coming home. All told it wasn’t a total bust.

Just a bad day to fly. Flight was delayed from scheduled 6:50 pm departure to 8:50 pm. Combination of factors mostly related to weather at the destination airport (which is where the incoming flight originated) which delayed the inbound flight over an hour. Once on board, we taxied but had to hold again on the taxiway for 10 minutes or so. We did not get wheels up until after 9 pm. The flight was smooth but about 18 minutes from our destination, we had to hold for several minutes more due to weather at ORD. We finally landed at ORD about 11:08 pm (accounting for the time difference, that was about a 3 hour delay from our scheduled departure time). It felt like we were never going to get to our destination. But the flight crew and attendants were very good. The movie selection onboard was also very nice. Got to watch half of a movie just during our taxi from the gate at ATL due to the delay!

Fine. The issues I had were associated with luggage being delayed from Turkey to Tanzania

No meal service to the back of the plane as it started late or was too slow to get it out before it was time to land.

Terrible, if possible won't be flying again anytime soon!

Efficient boarding and early departure. Very smooth flight. Early arrival in ATL. Great flight.
