I paid $150 for an Uber at 4 pm. At 6:37, I got an email with news of a two hour delay. I would’ve appreciated an earlier notice. But much worse was the boarding experience. As half the passengers had boarded, someone announced that we had to have everyone boarded and seated in 5 minutes, or else the crew would time out, and we’d have to stay in WPalm. This set off a frenzy, with seated passengers yelling at the people boarding to hurry!! I was told by the pilot while exiting in LGA, that we made it by 30 seconds! It could’ve been handled so much better!"

Had a problem and when i asked for their assistance was given the Delta 800 number and told to call and they walked off. When i called it was a 2 hour wait for an agent. Thank goodness for their app as i was able to.change my flight with the My Delta app. Also they had overbooked the flight and rather than giving assurance to people just told us to wait and "line up orderly"."

The leg room was good and the seat was comfortable on this short flight. The lighting was appropriate for an 8pm-12am flight. Crew was nice"

I wasn’t drinking so it didnt matter but at other times this would have been a hassle. Never had this on an international flight. Flight was okay just not top drawer like it used to be. Cost cutting measures have impacted the brand. Would not say it is first tier. Dont mind a “no frills” flight if it results in lower cost to consumer (aka Southwest Airlines)"

Staff was pleasant, did what they could with what they had. I was very happy that the back of the plane was not very full and I was able to lie down on the floor to nap for a couple of hours."

I am sorry that the only vegetarian meal is Asian, as some Asian spices give me a belly ache."

Cons: "american airlines does not care about the privacy of their passengers. even after several calls my information wasn't updated correctly and my flight confirmation was passed along to members who weren't even traveling. there was no in flight entertainment and in order to pick seats together i needed to pay extra (i thought i was flying with american not spirit) apparently the only way i can be helped is writing a letter to customer service which they will review within 10 business days. THANKS american for starting a war in my family and ruining my trip. unfortunate the crew is so awesome but the customer service is mortifying, rude, inconsiderate and completely mechanical. i dont ever intend on flying with them again unless necessary."

I don't fault them for someone getting sick at the last minute or my inconvenience, but it was still inconvenient."

Cons: "I didn't go on my trip. My course in SF was cancelled and United would n't refund my money or change the dates for my trips because of there basic economy package. They have 3 different economy packages and the economy basic doesn't get refunds and you can't change the flights if needed. It feels like they are banking on increasing there ROI with this basic economy ticket which is 40 -60 dollars cheaper than the next economy package. Intuitively they know people will pick that, but if something comes up the customer is screwed."

I am 25 weeks preg so my running time is slower then normal. Then they rebooked me on a flight that had an additional connect and arrived 4 hours later then expected. By the time I got to my new flight gate- it was delayed so would miss my next connecting flight. Long story short it's 3 hours past when I was suppose to leave and settled for s flight to PDX tonight getting in at midnight. My friend From eugue is picking me up in Portland tomorrow. It has been an unsuccessful flight. Almost cancelled and wMechanical delay in fargo caused me to miss my connecting flight to Eugene by 5 minutes. Got to Denver airport asked the gate guy to call my connecting flight to see if they could hold the door for me, he said you got 10 mins go. I run 30 gates and the door just closed. Cons: "Very early in the morning We had to drive to Chicago to catch our flight to Sarasota. (Since our flight was delayed over 2.5 hrs) So since our car was in Chicago, we did NOT take the flight to Peoria."

Not true in the least bit. Then when we finally landed in Denver (nearly every person on that flight missed their connecting flights) we were told the system said the delay was "due to weather". Another lie. Then they announced there would be gate agents to meet us when we got off the plane to assist with connecting flights. First gate agent said "I have no information you have to go to gate 56". The person at gate 56 said "I don't open for another 15 minutes so you have to go to gate 39"! The real story? They made us change gates 5 times in Fargo! The gate attendant was using the "F-bomb"! It wasn't aircraft maintenance or the weather. They couldn't get the walkway to work! In the end, we still left from the original gate and had to walk outside on the tarmac to board the plane. Why didn't they just opt for that to begin with and avoid all the missed flights? My measly voucher isn't nearly enough compensation and if United ever expects me to fly with them again I am expecting a full refund (as other passengers received- I witnessed the manager in Denver authorize a full refund for another passenger but only offered me $50)"

My connecting flight in Chicago was way too tight because of a LONG delay waiting to unboard. Had to run, yes run through ORD to get to terminal 2 from 1 within minutes to catch my flight. It was too stressfu and expensive."

Pros: "Nothing about 9 HOURS in an Airport is great! I walked from where I landed coming from Calgary, to terminal 2 Gate F 17 because that was where the flight to Lexington was to leave from. Then I got notice it was leaving from terminal 1 Gate B 24 so (I'm sure I walked a mile there) to get there. Waited for a number of hours checked my phone and found the departure was back again at terminal 1 Gate F 17!?!?! So I walked another mile back to where I started. At no point was I offered a drink or meal voucher for the 9 hour delay/inconvenience in my flight to Lexington ky. Suffice to say that I will NEVER go on any flight if I have to go back through this airport. I also have horrible knees, which all the walking did not help."

Not that I am a world traveler; but this airport could take more than a page from Calgary international in terms of support to those with disabilities. I will NEVER and I do mean NEVER go through something like this again. I expected to be home in Lexington at 5:00pm and did NOT arrive until midnight.??!! This is in my opinion quite unacceptable! Pros: "Advised at outset that flight might be a bit bumpy so prepared us and no drink service. I just slept."
Pros: "Friendly and accommodating our requests."
Cons: "Lady directly behind me literally choking, couching, sneezing and constantly blowing her nose (really runny), that was not enjoyable at all. And her two (2) companions were not provide any relief for her."
Pros: "Brand new plane!"
Pros: "The United staff I interacted with were some of the friendliest people I'd worked with all day."
Cons: "Our first flight was delayed, which meant we'd miss our connecting flight. We were moved to a flight that would leave us in the airport for 8 hours. I called and someone got my onto an earlier flight, but when we showed up at the gate, we found out she hadn't finished the transaction and now there weren't enough seats for us. We were supposed to land in RIC by 2, but by the time we got a flight (which was again delayed), it was almost 10pm. The only helpful person I dealt with was John, who took my call to get us on another flight."
Pros: "There was nothing to like"
Cons: "Departed 45 mins late. Flight attendants too old, opinionated and grouchy for the job. Ground crew not any better."

Cons: "Didnt like the isle seat. Felt a little tight."
Cons: "Where do I begin with this experience, It all starts with a 200 dollar fee for surfboards. Highest of any airline I've ever seen. And ended with delays on every leg of the flight (all Maintnence issues ) and lost boards in Texas. Do not fly this airline, they are the worst"
Pros: "The flight attendants were great, and the in cabin experience went smoothly."
Cons: "It took over half an hour, for the plane to depart from the runway. In addition, the gate was changed three times without overhead announcements from O'Hare."
Pros: "The flight attendant worked very hard to keep everyone satisfied as she found seats together for a family of three small children and mother just as the passengers were settling in."
Cons: "The seating is very tight and uncomfortable in this plane."

Cons: "The man in charge of seat assignments and boarding refused to talk to any of us who hadn't been assigned seats until everyone else had fully boarded the plane. He just told us "wait 20 minutes. No wait 30 minutes. Wait." While he did end up giving us seats, he was extremely unhelpful through the process as he wouldn't give us any information and had us wait in line from well before the boarding process until the end. Then on the plane, the air was so cold as to be truly uncomfortable. The flight attendant did try to warm it up though after multiple people requested, so she was quite nice."
Pros: "Great flight crew. MSP airport was outstanding"

Pros: "I liked having multiple lines for each boarding group. I think it would make sense to board from back of plane to front. I think it would make it go quicker"
Cons: "Having to check my bag plane side."
Cons: "No flight to Denver both ways wee cancelled & we were rerouted to Chicago which put an extra 2 hours on trip"
