Pros: "Delta is the airline to fly if you have to fly (like I did) during a pandemic. They made sure at every turn we felt as safe as possible. They had passengers distanced from each other the whole time, handed out sanitizing wipes as we walked on the plane, made sure folks kept their masks on, gave us individual little baggies with snacks and water bottles that also had individual hand sanitizer packets. I felt so much more safe flying Delta on my way home to Hawaii in July than I did when I flew American Airlines on my way to the mainland in June."

First bag arrived quickly enough but second bag was delayed almost 15 minute more before appearing on the caroussel. Going back through securuitY was slow despite a special line for connectin passengers. Result-- missed flight by about 10 minutes and reschedule was for a flight 3 hours later. Luckily, bags never made it onto original flight so arrived with me on later flight. Inconvenient but understandable. Mexico City requires more than an hour (at least 1hr and about 40 minutes more) to make connections."

Cons: "I didn't go on my trip. My course in SF was cancelled and United would n't refund my money or change the dates for my trips because of there basic economy package. They have 3 different economy packages and the economy basic doesn't get refunds and you can't change the flights if needed. It feels like they are banking on increasing there ROI with this basic economy ticket which is 40 -60 dollars cheaper than the next economy package. Intuitively they know people will pick that, but if something comes up the customer is screwed."

I am 25 weeks preg so my running time is slower then normal. Then they rebooked me on a flight that had an additional connect and arrived 4 hours later then expected. By the time I got to my new flight gate- it was delayed so would miss my next connecting flight. Long story short it's 3 hours past when I was suppose to leave and settled for s flight to PDX tonight getting in at midnight. My friend From eugue is picking me up in Portland tomorrow. Cons: "No one could get their story straight and actually lied! I was sent a text (I was already at the airport) that the flight would be delayed due to "aircraft maintenance". Not true in the least bit. Then when we finally landed in Denver (nearly every person on that flight missed their connecting flights) we were told the system said the delay was "due to weather". Another lie. Then they announced there would be gate agents to meet us when we got off the plane to assist with connecting flights. First gate agent said "I have no information you have to go to gate 56". The person at gate 56 said "I don't open for another 15 minutes so you have to go to gate 39"! The real story? They made us change gates 5 times in Fargo! The gate attendant was using the "F-bomb"! It wasn't aircraft maintenance or the weather. They couldn't get the walkway to work! In the end, we still left from the original gate and had to walk outside on the tarmac to board the plane. Why didn't they just opt for that to begin with and avoid all the missed flights? My measly voucher isn't nearly enough compensation and if United ever expects me to fly with them again I am expecting a full refund (as other passengers received- I witnessed the manager in Denver authorize a full refund for another passenger but only offered me $50)"

Cons: "I flew round trip to Bangkok from Chicago last year for $460. Why does one way from Fargo N.D. To Green Bay, WI cost $480?! My flight said it was late on the screen (6:40) but actually flew on time. I think a kid missed his flight because of it. My connecting flight in Chicago was way too tight because of a LONG delay waiting to unboard. Had to run, yes run through ORD to get to terminal 2 from 1 within minutes to catch my flight. It was too stressfu and expensive."

Pros: "Arriving to my destination is what I liked about this experience."
Cons: "The flight crew was rude, walking through the aisle acting bossy, not courteous. I've flown united in the past and not had issues but on both united flights this trip, highly disappointed in the experience. The commercial ads blasting in my face without the option to turn down the volume is insulting."

Entire flight was smooth all the way back in, though at 6'1" I found the seats a bit cramped, the crew did a great job making sure people were taken care of - it wasn't their fault, and I'd prefer they take their time so we actually make it where we need to go."
Cons: "The wifi did not work at all for my girlfriend, even after paying the $18 and trying for the entire 4hr flight, the weak signal dropped out continuously. She followed up with customer service about the issue, but the website has yet to process her refund for it; it keeps crashing. I don't see how you DON'T offer free, and functional WiFi on a 4hr flight in 2016 - I have it at my dealership for customers waiting on a 45 min oil change."

Pros: "The plane was on time, the boarding process was fast, and the flight crew was friendly. Since the boarding took place at 5:30am the security line was short, there was a lot of space to wait, and people usually miss the early flights so we had empty seats and a lot of room on the plane."
Cons: "The flight was very cold to the point where several people were asking for a blanket but the crew did not, or could not, provide one and I was even willing to pay. Also since it was a 6am flight they only offered water cups and I would have appreciated maybe juice or coffee since it was almost 2.5hours flying and early."

Cons: "United is a bare bones airline with poor everything. Flight attendants that project ther roll MAINLY as safety technicians, uncomfortable seats (not to mention right packing. Booked this flight when it was listed as Luftstansa, but should have made another choice when I saw it was United."

Cons: "United is a poor carrier, there's nothing more to say. I struggled with my check in (I had just had a spine procedure done 48 hrs prior).... and by the time I got help from an agent it was 7:03 am, so... They wouldn't give me a boarding pass for my 8 am flight. Add to that an extremely rude ticket agent who couldn't care less about helping me, and almost seemed to enjoy my predicament, and that sums up my experience with this airline. I will never fly with them again, that's for sure; there's so many other airlines that actually care about their customers, this is not one of them."

Multiple employees lied/gave misinformation, adding heavily to the feeling that Frontier cares little about customer service. Terrible experience!!"

Cons: "I am a frequent flyer -not without frontier but with other airlines-and this aircraft has by far the worst seat. It does not recline At all and its hard. My whole body was aching after the 4.5 hour flight. The flight attendants had no proper attire I could not even recognize who was a crew member and who wasn't unless I looked really hard at their badge hanging around their neck. They did not treat us professionally as well, complete lack of respect . This does not cost money to the company to improve."

Pros: "And not much else on Frontoer. Flight was 45 minutes late but arrived safely."

Cons: "Absolutely awful experience. Arrived 3 hrs ahead of time to check luggage and the line was wrapped all the way around the airport. No one working to direct the lines. Only 3 people working to check luggage the week before christmas. Almost missed our flight because the line was so long. Was advertised as some free seating options but when checked into flight 24 hr ahead of time had to pay $16 a piece for middle row seats at the very back of the airplane. Flight was delayed 3 hrs because one of the flight attendants did not show up. Will never fly frontier again."

Cons: "They don't tell you about all the hidden fees. Higher baggage rates than the competitors, having to pay for your seat as well if your request in advance. Seats that don't recline to top everything off. I will not be flying this airline anytime in the near future unless they change their gimmicks."

Pros: "The crew was fantastic! The seats were comfortable for how minimalistic they were. The flight was delayed due to all earlier flights being delayed from weather, but the crew made up for that disappointment."
Cons: "If I didn't bring a jacket to put behind my neck, my head and neck would have been very uncomfortable. We sat in the plane for almost an hour before it departed (partially due to weather and partially due waiting for water to arrive to be pumped on)."

Cons: "I hated that I arrived 2 hours before our flight and then got notified that our flight was going to be delayed not once but 3 difference times. so we waited from 4:00 pm pacific time to 10:30 pm to board the plane and 11:00 take off that is 6 hours waiting at the aiport. THAT IS INSANE!! getting to the Denver airport we got there at 2:30 am and had to walk over a mile getting to our hotel till 3:30 am and having my meeting at 7:00 a.m, coming back from Denver to San Diego the same thing our flight was delayed by one hour and 30 minutes. by far this is the worst experience EVER!!! and the only compensation I got was 100.00 dollars off my next flight a free round trip would of made it seem like they actually cared about my time and money."
