Cons: "Offer more food and beverages due to long delay and sitting in the plane for over an hour before take off."
Pros: "nothing spectacular"

Pros: "I liked everything was excellent"
Cons: "There was a 10 minutes delay"
Pros: "Great cabin attendant!"
Cons: "Air conditioning on my feet got old."
Cons: "I didn't go on my trip. My course in SF was cancelled and United would n't refund my money or change the dates for my trips because of there basic economy package. They have 3 different economy packages and the economy basic doesn't get refunds and you can't change the flights if needed. It feels like they are banking on increasing there ROI with this basic economy ticket which is 40 -60 dollars cheaper than the next economy package. Intuitively they know people will pick that, but if something comes up the customer is screwed."
Pros: "Flight attendant decided this was a water-only flight. No particular reason, just lazy."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Plane"
Pros: "Boarding speed was too notch."
Cons: "I can't blame United for this, but we had to circle around Heathrow a couple of time and even had to perform and emergency pull up because there was an airplane still on the landing strip."
Pros: "I don't know why the 2-seats-per-side planes are so much more comfortable than the 3-per-side ones, but it was a much better experience than my previous one. As far as economy seats go, it was about as comfortable as I've had."
Cons: "4 hr DELAY"
Pros: "Nothing unusual every was smooth"
Cons: "Not applicable"
Cons: "I want to clarify that I boough tiquests with Lufthansa not with United... and I had to travel United most of the time to Africa and Bach to the USA... united socks terrible ... bad food and old plain to cross the Atlantic... besides the service and the bad actitude of the employees... when I travel international I want only Lufthansa. So, kayak you tricked me ....horribly!"
Cons: "Room for sitting."
Pros: "Nice spacious quick flight."
Cons: "No free Wi-Fi"
Pros: "Short flights"
Cons: "Chilly"
Cons: "Mechanical delay in fargo caused me to miss my connecting flight to Eugene by 5 minutes. Got to Denver airport asked the gate guy to call my connecting flight to see if they could hold the door for me, he said you got 10 mins go. I run 30 gates and the door just closed. I am 25 weeks preg so my running time is slower then normal. Then they rebooked me on a flight that had an additional connect and arrived 4 hours later then expected. By the time I got to my new flight gate- it was delayed so would miss my next connecting flight. Long story short it's 3 hours past when I was suppose to leave and settled for s flight to PDX tonight getting in at midnight. My friend From eugue is picking me up in Portland tomorrow. It has been an unsuccessful flight. Almost cancelled and wMechanical delay in fargo caused me to miss my connecting flight to Eugene by 5 minutes. Pros: "I liked that we didn't crash into snowy mountains. I like that we landed."
Cons: "OMG. First class seat "broken" - wasn't really able to lean back because it went "too far" into row behind me. Nope - that's actually how the chair is designed. Was asked to sit upright the entire 7 hour flight. IFE spotty at best. It kept rebooting and kicking me and others out. I guess food was "okay" as I honestly don't remember it at all. This is my last of 10 years at 1K with United. Moving airlines this year."
Cons: "No one could get their story straight and actually lied! I was sent a text (I was already at the airport) that the flight would be delayed due to "aircraft maintenance". Not true in the least bit. Then when we finally landed in Denver (nearly every person on that flight missed their connecting flights) we were told the system said the delay was "due to weather". Another lie. Then they announced there would be gate agents to meet us when we got off the plane to assist with connecting flights. First gate agent said "I have no information you have to go to gate 56". The person at gate 56 said "I don't open for another 15 minutes so you have to go to gate 39"! The real story? They made us change gates 5 times in Fargo! The gate attendant was using the "F-bomb"! It wasn't aircraft maintenance or the weather. They couldn't get the walkway to work! In the end, we still left from the original gate and had to walk outside on the tarmac to board the plane. Why didn't they just opt for that to begin with and avoid all the missed flights? My measly voucher isn't nearly enough compensation and if United ever expects me to fly with them again I am expecting a full refund (as other passengers received- I witnessed the manager in Denver authorize a full refund for another passenger but only offered me $50)"
Pros: "The staff and crew were great."
Cons: "I flew round trip to Bangkok from Chicago last year for $460. Why does one way from Fargo N.D. To Green Bay, WI cost $480?! My flight said it was late on the screen (6:40) but actually flew on time. I think a kid missed his flight because of it. My connecting flight in Chicago was way too tight because of a LONG delay waiting to unboard. Had to run, yes run through ORD to get to terminal 2 from 1 within minutes to catch my flight. It was too stressfu and expensive."
Pros: "Nothing what so ever!!"
Cons: "EVERYTHING..........I paid to fly ANA not god damn UNITED!!!!"
Pros: "Attendants were cordial and efficient."
Cons: "Because I was seated in the rear near the engines, the announcement from crew were incomprehensible."
Pros: "Everything"
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Boarding efficient and latest films available. Price excellent."
Cons: "Food ."
Cons: "My flight out of traverse city was cancelled but I rebooked on a different airlines through united to be able to get to my destination in time for an event that day. It was a long process but I made it and really appreciated all the work the agent on the phone did for me. When I arrived at the airport they had my resvervation but no ticket... luckily we worked it out"
Cons: "They"
Cons: "I had a flight from Los Angeles to Cleveland with a stop in Chicago on December 29, 2016; however, both flights were delayed. I am contacting customer care for compensation due to a severe delay for the departure and arrival for my flight from Chicago to Cleveland (Flight 786). I also wanted to report a very disappointing experience with the representatives at 1-800-864-8331. I was supposed to arrive at Cleveland, OH (CLE) on December 29, 2016 by 7:30 PM. However, it was closer to 11:20 PM when we finally arrived. The flight was delayed over an hour for departure when they announced the plane was not even ready and present at the gate. Due to this delay, we were not able to land on Cleveland, OH (CLE) because of snow on the runway. We circled Cleveland for roughly 40 minutes and then got redirected to the Detroit. We would've avoided the snow if the flight departed on time since the snow did not hit Cleveland until the delayed flight was airborne. We then landed in Detroit and spent another hour and a half in Detroit. At this time, I called the representatives at United and requested a refund. The representative completely understood my situation and said I would be refunded the full amount to my original payment method. She also assured me that I did not need a case number and that other representatives would be able to look up this information through my confirmation number. This was not the case when I contacted United again to see the progress on the refund. They said there were no annotations and that they could not provide a refund. They advised me that the previous representative had lied to me. While the flight experience caused me to miss the rehearsal dinner and bachelor party for a close friend I served with in the Army and almost caused me to miss the wedding, I feel very cheated and trashed for being lied to by your employees regarding my refund and its validity. This experience has left a very bad taste regarding United Airline's integrity and values."
Cons: "Lines, delays, at least the agent I called while in line was helpful."
Pros: "The flight attendants were nice. There was a doctor on board who was helpful in helping a distressed/ill passenger who was assisted off the aircraft for medical help The pilot did end up flying faster than usual to try to make up time for our delays, in order for most of us to made our connections in San Fransisco. That was appreciated."
Cons: "Flight was late due to Seattle's first snow of the season. The plane needed de-icing. Then as we pulled away from the gate, there was a medical emergency aboard and we had to taxi back to the gate for the ill passenger. After this was over, the plane needed deicing again, so that was yet another wait. Overall, we were sitting on the plane for an hour without being allowed to use the restroom because the pilot kept the seatbelt light on and we weren't allowed to get up."
Pros: "Good flight."
Pros: "Nothing special"
Cons: "After paying for the flight, $7.99 to view Direct TV. Don't be soooo cheep!"
Pros: "Flights were on time. Always a plus! Attendants were awesome"
Cons: "comfort"
Cons: "I got the last row, it smelled like pee from the very beginning and couldn't put back the seat because it was to close to the wall. It was a very early flight and I was super tired, the ac wasn't working correctly, it was hot."
Pros: "Smooth flight, nice staff, on time"
Cons: "Not enough leg room!!! The new planes cram us in even tighter. Unless you pay more, you suffer. Why should we have to pay more just because we are tall??!! Pocket for book etc is way too small."
Pros: "N/A"
Cons: "United was boarding at least TWO flights out of the same gate, at the SAME time. My luggage was delayed and the United agents in philly told me it would be in at 7 pm... It was in at 7 pm two days later. They sent it to Knoxville for some reason? Will not fly United again."
Cons: "took the redeye and the woman in front of me wouldn't stop talking. no one stopped her, Everyone else on the plane was trying to sleep."
Cons: "Flight was delayed 2 1/2 hours."
Pros: "The flight attendant worked very hard to keep everyone satisfied as she found seats together for a family of three small children and mother just as the passengers were settling in."
Cons: "The seating is very tight and uncomfortable in this plane."
Cons: "Didnt respected the "extra legroom" I bought in All my flights in this trip. It was the same as seating in the last row. Go to KLM and learn not to steal extra money."
Pros: "Flight times/ delay was changed 4 times. In the end we were 1 hr Late, not the worst, but not great either. Plane was nice and had charging outlets."
Cons: "considerate steward checked for wheelchair at ORD"
Cons: "Rows 20 to the back of the plane didn't get a beverage. Slow moving attendant. I was thirsty."
Pros: "The seat itself was comfortable but the leg room for my taller companion was a bit tight."
Cons: "It was a 5 hour flight and on the outgoing flight not even a snack was offered. On the return flight a very small bag of spicy pretzel bits was offered. When I went to get on the return flight I had a small sling purse, a small yarn bag (both hung on the same arm) and a bag of food for the lunch they wouldn't serve me. I was told I couldn't get on the flight with 3 bags, even though all 3 would fit under the seat. The free entertainment contained a grey box over part of the image reminding I could pay for more. Was only given a tiny glass of soda, I remember when they would give a can. I will consider another airline in the future."
Pros: "Blankets were provided"
Cons: "There wasn't any food or entrainment for me to rate."
