Pros: "The connecting BA flight from Houston to LHR was an old 747 and my broken window blind didn’t go down. The worst part was I paid for a bulkhead seat and once we got on the plane it turned out the configuration was different and the seat was not bulkhead."
Cons: "Accurate configuration. A more modern plane."
Cons: "Great flight"
Cons: "This plane needs to be retired! It was the most uncomfortable seat I’ve ever had! Also the plane was extremely warm. Like a sweat box or a sauna. Miserable flight. Glad it wasn’t long!"

Pros: "Nice comfortable plane"
Cons: "Takes to long to get off the ground but that really can’t be avoided... still left and arrived at destination on time"
Pros: "Very professional and timely. My last six flights with American have been without a hitch and right on time. If I were a business traveler, which I am not, American Airlines would be my go to carrier. Quite satisfied with this airline and have been for a long time. Thanks!"
Pros: "On time professional staff"
Cons: "Old plane for this fight."
Pros: "Everything went smoothly. The boarding process, the time of departure, the food, and but for an aborted landing we would’ve been on time. As it was we were only 15 minutes delayed"
Pros: "The flight entertainment is really nice."
Cons: "Boarding seemed very chaotic as staff tried to get people to check bags at the last minute. My chair would not decline properly."
Pros: "It was an early flight and it was very quick I experienced some difficulty during the flight with hypoglycemia, the male flight attendant was not as attentive to my needs as the lady was who recognized the potential disaster that could have occurred and aided me while following up at the end of the flight."
Cons: "Uncomfortable, no food or drinks were served, no entertainment for the duration of the flight."
Pros: "Plane had technical issues & we returned to gate; staff kept us informed, which reduces anxieties & American rescheduled US connector flights before we left Manchester"

Pros: "Everything"
Cons: "N/A"

Cons: "Nothing"
Cons: "Staff seemed tired with some minor conflicts between them at Toronto gate"
Pros: "I usually don't like or at the meal in coach, but I had a ravioli pasta dish that was great. Also the wine was a much better quality then what I have been getting on the other airlines."
Cons: "On my particular row of seats the power outlets were dead. The flight attendant tried to reset, which reset the entertainment but the outlet remained dead. Used the USB port to charge."
Pros: "Reasonably large leg room and overhead"
Cons: "Five times they tried to get us to pay for a seat assignment (even after they had assigned seats). Paying $32 for "priority" boarding is rediculous?"
Cons: "Audio jacks were not compatible with most headphones, healthier food choices could be offered"
Pros: "An early morning flight and all went well."
Pros: "The flight boarded really quickly with absolutely excellent service from the flight crew. The pilots and crew were so considerate, and helpful. They totally took care of all of us. From the time I got on to the flight to the time I got off the crew were there to make sure I was taken care of."
Pros: "crew"
Cons: "served warm orange juice and did not have ice available on jax to Dallas flight. Ran out of coffee on return flight Dallas to OKC."
Pros: "Boarding was quick and easy, no problems or hassles. Seat reclined and was reasonably comfortable. Left early, arrived even earlier."
Cons: "Crew was more robotic than human, which is bexoming a trend on AA. No smiles, no acknowledgment, just doing the job of handing out food and picking up trash. No personal touch whatsoever. Food was subpar for an AA flight, especially international. Entertainment system has many defects and problems, for example "search" is useless. Uninspiring and forgettable film choices as well. The knob to control air flow was broken which made it chilly. To finish as I started, a more engaged and pleasant crew could have made all the other things more palpable and acceptable. They were just too cold, like the temperature in the cabin and distant."
Cons: "Four hour layover on a flight from Edinburgh to Sacramento."
Pros: "Great crew."
Cons: "1 hour delay turned into a 3 hour delay. We waited at the airport for more than 4 hours and could've used that time to explore Chicago instead of rushing to the airport only to board, de-plane, and then board again. No vegetarian options were given for food."
Pros: "Super service from a great crew!"
Pros: "The flight crew was exceptionally kind"
Cons: "I rarely check bags but this was the second time in the last few months that I have and they were both terrible experiences. Last time, on my return flight home from Phoenix, I was forced to pay $250 for my long sports bag, even though the tag to get there was still on it and my receipt showed that it was the standard fare and was bluntly told the other attendant 'didn't do their job.' This time, after my travel mate already checked in and payed for two bags, when we brought the bags to the counter to drop off, we asked for future reference what the procedure was for AAdvantage card holders to get their first bag checked free. Her response was that she couldn't refund our money. I told her I wasn't asking for a refund and repeated my question - how to do it in the future, to which she responded that we should have come straight to the counter without checking in but all accounts are different and she had no idea what his was. To her credit, she did warm up after that, perhaps she heard how abrupt and unhelpful she was being but it was unfortunate to start yet another airport experience with coldness at American Airlines"
Pros: "I was in a seat in coach that was appalling. (28C?), one row behind the exit row seating. I am only 5' 8" but could not cross my legs. The guy to my left was KNITTING, so was constantly jogging my arm which I carefully had kept inside the armrest on my side. I will avoid flying in a BA 747 in future. Even Business is awful on those jets. I flew in Business once, and thought the head to tail layout was the worst I have experienced. I pulled down the joint divider and thought the person in the next bed was dead, he was lying there with his arms crossed over his chest! It's time to update the 747's or retire them."
Cons: "The pathetic little 4.5" times 3.5" screen in the seatback was a joke in today's environment."
Cons: "Very old plane. Seats uncomfortable. Miserable. Would never fly them again. This was an American Airlines flight through British Airlines."
Pros: "- The boarding process went very fast and smooth for such a packed plane."
Cons: "- food was HORRIBLE. I asked for the chicken dinner and it was COLD and disgusting. There should always be a pasta option on a flight. Also, they ran out of red wine before dinner. - the staff skipped over me TWICE when handing out beverages. I had to remind them that I existed twice and they didn't apologize for skipping over me."
Pros: "Crew helpful and friendly. Prompt cabin service."
Cons: "Old plane. No power source. Arrive 30 min early Miami and sat on runway an hour. Gate arrive at changed. Nearly missed connection due to wait on baggage of over 40 minutes in customs."
Pros: "-friendly staff -clean plane (inside) -smooth landings departure/return -first snack and beverage included -fast flight -confident pilots"
Cons: "-overhead crowded (luggage) -ac didn't really work well on the return. Was hot the whole ride. Started blowing cold air when landed. -paying extra for picking seat not worth it."
Cons: "Nice, clean and comfortable aircraft. Plane was new and very updated."
Pros: "Staff and customer service were great"
Cons: "Flight landed late. Had to rush to get on med plane"
Pros: "The movie screen was not working but fortunately no one was sitting next to me so I could move over a seat."
Cons: "I would have liked a second cup of coffee as the coffee was better than most airplane coffee. No one appeared with refills, however."
