Pros:
The employees at the counter were helpful but Avis customer service was full of misinformation and led me astray.Cons:
The cleanliness of the original vehicle was awe full. The car smelled like a childcare trash can. Literally smelled like one hundred dirty diapers were in the backseat.10.0 Wonderful

My car was advertised as a premium/full size car. Staff states she had no cars but midsize. That’s it. The car was not clean. Crumbs and cookie wrappers found during the drive. Fuel charge ($8) tacked on at the end for .8 gallons due to ‘satellite’ reading of gas tank?!?? Staff removed after I asked10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Everything was fairly easy, staff was nice, the facility was clean and somewhat welcoming.Cons:
They didn’t have my reserved car available so I was given a sports car which was awesome. When they received a car, I had to go trade it. It was an unnecessary hassle. The new car smelled extremely bad when I picked it. It got somewhat better after leaving the windows down for some time though. One location in Wichita Falls

Pros:
Nothing at all.Cons:
I booked a rental car. They didn't have it. They didn't have anything. They made excuses over two days and kept saying they were looking for something. Claimed they were ordering a truckload of vehicles but that they had no idea when they would arrive. I finally had to book a flight. They didn't even apologize or give me a discount if they would have found me another vehicle which would have been too small for what I needed anyways.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The car was ready and fully gased.Cons:
Upon picking up my rental, the cost tripled from what I was quoted online. The agent informed me of special fees based on locations. I had to call the customer service line and make a complaint before the agent was able to return my costs to the original quoted amount. Last car rental I will make through Kayak or Hertz.3.2 Poor

Pros:
Nothing.Cons:
I booked a rental weeks in advanced but when I got to my destination I was turned down for the rental because my debit card did not pass a credit check. It was the same credit card that I used to make the reservation, so why didn't they process a credit check at that time. Instead I was stuck at an airport with no rental. Fortunately there was an Enterprise car rental booth and they honored my reservation cost and had a vehicle ready for me to go.2 locations in Wichita Falls
