The food in a plane is a little sandwich, when I say Little is litteraly, is a mini sandwich.

Check-in process was quite good.

Flight delayed and longer than avg. Checked baggage was opened and some stuffs were stolen.

I receive message that my flight changed from 2;40 pm to 1:30 pm. Yesterday I was trying to find new flight on line and was not able to do so, call TAME nobody answer finally drove to airport 9am in the morning to find out my flight is leaving at 10am. Why you did not e mail me?? I would like to receive voucher for partial reimbursement for future booking. I paid 375$ for one way 3 hours flight. Spent 7 hours at Guyaquil airport which cost a lot to buy bad food. Elizabeth Banach,

nice staff, timely departure, efficient operation

TAME moved the departure time back 3 hrs after booking. I had to take 4 hr busride instead to make my flight to Galapagos. To make matters worse, none of the contact information provided worked.

Plane is not well equiped.

Excellent service ,starting with the counter they make us feel welcome and the service on the fly is 5 stars,this was my first time flying with Avianca and I definitely will fly with Avianca again .
