Swiss messed up a Geneva-Zurich flight on a day with perfect weather. Then they didn’t even let people with almost no time to catch connections disembark first. Finally, luggage missed the connection of course and it took almost 24 hours for it to be delivered. We lost a whole day of vacation stuck in the hotel waiting for it.

Really BAD check in experience. My bag was left in Geneva and I have not received it yet. I have been in Stockholm 5 days without clothes to change. The flight was good but very unhappy with the post service support.

We still don't have our luggages... flight was Saturday Jan 3rd and today is Wed 7th...even after fling the delayed/missing baggage report on saturday night and contacting SWISS (which is not answering) we still dont have our luggages...

Made us gate check carry ons Then didn’t get them on the plane. Service they used didn’t deliver our carry ons for more than a day Total mess

I purchased a one way business class ticket from Geneva to Miami but the check in agent said I had an economy ticket and later upgraded to business class. This was not the case, I had a single business class transaction. I was forced to pay for my second checked bag. I am unsure of why this happened. But I won’t use Kayak again for business class tickets.

They didn't give us Nothing to eat, come on..... 1 package of chips and a glass of soda won't do anything to the company

We're talking about a short-haul in-country flight.. there is no confort, no food, just the bottle of water. The seats are squeezed like hell and I was in the back-end of the plane, with one spare row left for the crew and to store excess bags that could not fit in the overhead bin.. Speaking of carry-on, some passengers should be better screened as their bags were simply too big to fit in the overhead bins.. ! How can this happen, and it was an A310, with 2 columns of 3-seater rows.. There is a pseudo-Business class, which is simply a section in the front of the plane where the same seats are occupied only 2 out of 3, on each side, leaving more rooms for the passengers and their bags. That's it.

Flight was diverted from Firenze to Pisa causing delay and inconvenience.

The pilot was wonderful and enthusiastic and introduced himself over the intercom. We all felt in good hands. Crew were all super friendly and especially the young , gentleman crew member. Everything Swiss airlines represents. Hospitality, friendly and professional. Thank you. Truly a memorable short flight.

We so appreciated that our connecting flight waited for 6 of us!!!
