Boarded 20 minutes late, dinner and beverages were provided but the "main" of dinner was freezing cold and had soggy lettuce. The seats were wildly uncomfortable! There was in-flight entertainment that you can access via your phone (vs. the TV on the seatback in front of you) but the wifi connection was weak and you could not actually play anything. With that said, the crew was very pleasant and friendly!
Flight crew made the flight very enjoyable as they were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Flight time was 3:40 compared to the 4:30 that was captured on our itinerary, so that was a pleasant surprise. In flight entertainment was good with plenty of selection, however some of the choices that my family tried were slow to load and stalled out a few times. We were able to restart and everyone finished watching their movies. Food was pretty basic: croissant, turkey or chicken lunch meat with Swiss cheese and a bag of Lay’s potato chips. Still a bonus considering most airlines offerings which is nothing but peanuts or a cookie.
Best experience ever. Crew were amazing, kept me informed throughout. Boarding was on time and spot on. Id book again most def
Food could have been better, and internet that allows texting/WhatsApp and other basics on the phone instead of just inflight entertainment would have been nice.
it was fine, decent flight... dont get food besides cookies or pretzels so not sure why you ask about food. same for entertainment..
We didn't take off until an hour after we boarded.
They only offered water for Group 6. Awful announcements from the Crew. Couldn't understand a single word. Barely came by for the trash afterwards. Man, I love water for a premium flight. Wow. Water in a cup.
American Airlines is a mediocre airlines: they do not maintain the highest standard of cleanliness in the cabins, and the food is not well thought out. Service is not at top of mind compared to other international airlines such as Singapore Airlines, JAL or others.
Our flight was 1.5 hours delayed. There was no weather for the inbound flight, so I don't understand why. This meant a VERY late arrival and only a quick nap before my morning flight.
Pathetic check in experience at JFK. Everything is self check in. Not enough staff present to help with when the check in process or the kiosk gets stuck. Staff present not welcoming or pleasant at all. On the other hand the NY based flight crew was great. Courteous and friendly throughout the flight. Special meals leave a lot to be desired. Kids meals should be made available when kids are flying and same goes for special kids meals too.
I didn't like that my paid for seat was changed 2 hours before my flight.
Flight delays numerous times. Everytime we would get close to boarding it would be delayed again. Strung along the entire time.
Flight was delayed again and again ultimately almost three hours getting us to our location at close to midnight by the time we got in and out of airport to destination. I had taken time off work to enjoy an evening at destination and that was now wasted
Again flight was awesome except British Airways lost both gate checked luggage’s. Still missing
Boarding was slow and our flight took off late. We paid extra for better seats, which were still too small and too close together. The food was horrible. Pasty and tasteless ( odd because the food from Toronto to Spain had been okay.) Disembarking was slow. Multiple exits should be used to disembark. The process takes too long.
Obviously the leg room...but I guess that's what business class would be ..expensive though.
The WiFi was down the whole flight, a flight that had no on board of any kind

No room when you sit. Fell very cramped. Food was only ok. Service was acceptable. Entertainment system was very buggy.
My luggage passed security but just before boarding the plane I watched as my luggage was thrown on the belt to enter the plane in Windsor and my luggage cover was half off. it was damaged before even making it onto the plane! I’ve had the luggage and covered for a year and have never had any issues. I mentioned it to an Air Canada employee who told me to use the app to make the crew aware of this (she said so they could fix it) but sure enough my luggage was damaged with no cover in sight! I sent an email to AC that was ignored. Awful experience! Also, a 4.5 hour flight and you are offered pretzels or a cheap single cookie?? Wow. The return flight did not have any entertainment available unless you used your own device and their wifi. The USB plug on the back of the seat did not charge my phone so my battery drained by using it for a short period of time. There was no warning that this was the case prior to boarding the aircraft. Lastly, the plane was freezing. I asked if they had any small blankets (which used to be standard) and was told they were only for the front section. Would never fly AC again!
Service Director cut all cabin lights and window screens defaulted to dark, but it was an afternoon flight going west. I spent hours trying to see what was reading as reading lights weren't working either. What the hell.
This was my first time flying Air Canada. My first flight was delayed and then cancelled due to maintenance issues. They kept us informed and put me up in a nice hotel along with 2 food vouchers for my flight the next day. I understand things happen and they took care of the problem very well.I also like the fact that they don't charge for your first checked bag. The food was also hot, fresh and good.
thee is no screen on these flights, smaller storage cabins scuffed my carry on, it was ok overall

Horrible leg room - coach seating with empty seat in middle on a 3 across seating. You buy business class for comfort which includes leg room. Absolutely no entertainment options either. Awful experience
My bags never made it on the flight and I now have to wait for them to arrive hopefully tomorrow. You can’t even track your bags in the app to see where they are since they didn’t arrive. You have to file a claim and then wait for them to inform you when you will receive your bag. We were already delayed for an hour due to baggage so I don’t understand how my bag didn’t make the flight.
No WiFi in either flight. No leg room, the seat in front of me left dents on my knees and the tray was so low my knees propped it up if I tried to use it.
Seating and food was the worst we have experienced in 35 years of traveling for both personal and busines .
THE CONFIGURATION OF THE BUSINESS CLASS SITS ARE AWFUL!!! I WILL NEVER FLY BUSINESS CLASS ON BRITSH AIRWAYS AGAIN.
what would have been better would have been that my booking not been canceled by the system and had I been informed that the booking had been cancelled by the system I could have immediately rebooked and not found out that there was an issue when I was told by the system that I needed to book in. It would have also been good if either the booking agent or BA or anyone been in anyway useful. In the end I had to rebook a flight at an additional cost of $350. So no I'm not impressed by BA any of the other parties involved.
We had a pretty good experience. Enjoyed both the flights. Crew was very good and helpful.
In-flight service was very good. The entertainment system keeps resetting, it happened at least 7 times.
They removed our booking without telling us. Cost us thousands to book last minute
