Boarded 20 minutes late, dinner and beverages were provided but the "main" of dinner was freezing cold and had soggy lettuce. The seats were wildly uncomfortable! There was in-flight entertainment that you can access via your phone (vs. the TV on the seatback in front of you) but the wifi connection was weak and you could not actually play anything. With that said, the crew was very pleasant and friendly!
Flight crew made the flight very enjoyable as they were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Flight time was 3:40 compared to the 4:30 that was captured on our itinerary, so that was a pleasant surprise. In flight entertainment was good with plenty of selection, however some of the choices that my family tried were slow to load and stalled out a few times. We were able to restart and everyone finished watching their movies. Food was pretty basic: croissant, turkey or chicken lunch meat with Swiss cheese and a bag of Lay’s potato chips. Still a bonus considering most airlines offerings which is nothing but peanuts or a cookie.

Food could have been better, and internet that allows texting/WhatsApp and other basics on the phone instead of just inflight entertainment would have been nice.

The line at check in was so long and slow that we missed the gate close for our flight. We had to book another flight with a different airline.
Dogs. Dogs. Dogs ! Who the hell thought letting dogs on board was a good idea ? Yapping dogs on both flights ! They ruin the experience for everyone else around because you try to accommodate everyone. Please send me a refund.
Our trip was booked to be 2 hours after arriving in Calgary but it was changed until the next morning forcing us to stay overnight in Calgary with no compensation
There was no entertainment and no announcement till well after I and others asked about it, and no "compensation" (like a free snack)
We had to walk up a stairway at PVR which was not illuminated at all. I was carrying carry on luggage and stumbled a few times due to the poor lighting.
Great flight. Pilot was able to fully make up the 42 minute late arrival of the aircraft for an on time arrival in Toronto.
Westjet food has really gone downhill- bring snacks and food of your own as the meals are very tiny and heavy on potatoes bread and rice. Pasta with a side salad of potato salad or rice/quinoa salad doesn’t make nutritional sense. Overcooked green beans. Both Protein and veg/fruit deficient.
Long flight - free food options not reasonable. Drinks fine. Good flight crew.

The flight was with GOL, not AA. It was delayed and some people had to rush when they landed in Sao Paulo.
I was stuck in Miami for 24 hours! I waited in a line for 3 hours just for a hotel still at the airport. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

I would like a refund for the extra cost the seat I paid for. An oversized person sat next to me and I couldn’t fit on my seat and had to move to another seat.
I was originally scheduled on AA 1763. When I landed in Miami, I went to the counter for flight AA 2115 to try to move my flight to this one. I was in a first class seat on AA 1763. While they moved to me this flight, I was told that there were no other 1st class seats available and they assigned me into coach. However, when I was getting off the plane I noticed that one of the pilots who was also in line to go jump seat - somehow miraculously got a 1st class seat on this flight. It is actually infuriating that I had a paid 1st class seat yet somehow they would move an AA employee ahead of that. At a bare minimum, they should have compensated me for the fare difference and I really think paying customers should ALWAYs get the premiere seats.
We didn't take off until an hour after we boarded.
Flight was delayed again and again ultimately almost three hours getting us to our location at close to midnight by the time we got in and out of airport to destination. I had taken time off work to enjoy an evening at destination and that was now wasted
They took away my first class ticket for my plane ride from Ickx to Tucson because they’re plane was late getting there. They offered me nothing in return

This was my first time flying Air Canada. My first flight was delayed and then cancelled due to maintenance issues. They kept us informed and put me up in a nice hotel along with 2 food vouchers for my flight the next day. I understand things happen and they took care of the problem very well.I also like the fact that they don't charge for your first checked bag. The food was also hot, fresh and good.
Air Canada cancelled my flight without issuing a refund. I could not make this flight. Air Canada does not accept phone calls Aircanada.com is down.
Everything was fine, would have been excellent if there was a tv for the passengers to make the trip go faster. Crew was great and the flight was smooth. Snacks and beverages are always a plus.
The Air Canada experience wasn’t bad per se. It was the Toronto airport experience that was truly horrific. Terrible crowd, control, poor signage, and power, hungry security people who felt the need to tear open gifts in a hasty and careless fashion, causing damage to my items because they don’t know how to read a damn x-ray. On top of that the attitude was completely disrespectful and callous. I left feeling completely violated.
Headphones for the movies have too much bass and can't be adjusted. Almost impossible to hear. Great movie selections but can't really watch them because you can't hear them. Also the system is very slow.
The flight crew was nice and courteous. The food was terrible. There are no in-flight entertainment services, the plane is outdated and dilapidated, and the flight is delayed. Both from Newark and Montreal. Too bad.

Horrible - flight was delayed by 6 hours - we boarded, were made to de-board due some technical fault; aircraft changed; special meals request on new flight - all went awry. Landed in Dulles airport; breezed thru immigration; as Business Class passengers or baggage was delivered almost 90 minutes after landing; air tags indicated the bags were just near the carousel but the unhelpful BA staff - Maria and Ghina refused to give any update - palming it off on some imaginary invisible “manager” despite air tags evidence showing it right there. So about 50-60 passengers waiting and getting infuriatingly impatient for their bags coz one container was not delivered. Finally after much argument by some other passengers Maria condescended to go to the “ramp” and within 5 minutes the baggage was delivered miraculously. Question is why couldn’t she have done it one hour earlier ? Poor poor experience once again on Business Class BA.
Overall good, bigger chairs in the future would be nice.

No onboard entertainment. Seats that did not recline and food for purchase only for a flight where we in seat for 5 hours.
Have more options for food so folks can select what to eat. Entertainment was not great. I think that's one area they can greatly improve one. Update the movies and choices for entertainment. The crew was professional and very responsive and offered great service. Good job
