The delays and cancellations kept me stuck in Miami for an additional 24 hours, and the whole thing seemed extremely disorganized
Again flight was awesome except British Airways lost both gate checked luggage’s. Still missing
Boarding took forever, the plane was cramped and cold, and the seatbelt song came on constantly throughout the red eye flight with a loud pre-recorded message playing each time
Uncomfortable seats and flight attendant was rude as she insisted on waking up my husband to ask him if he wanted a drink. When he said that he was sleeping, she replied “without an attitude “. He was seated at 8c
Between Las Vegas and Dallas was okay But, once in the Dallas airport, notice, I have disability and ask for a wheelchair, they leave in a middle of nowhere, the personal in charge try to push me on a cart where I couldn't sit because was to high. Then they don't care about me, they bulling, till I start to yelling and crying, ask to everyone around, who can help me. The man in charge make a despective movements and said you are to loosing the fly. The last name in his batch started with an H, I did not have the full name. A nightmare. After all, a woman in charge was walking very slowly and asking me for a tip cause she was helping me to reach the fly. For years, AA has been the preferred airline. The personal in charge of the disabled people are discriminate me. Thank you Kayak.
Excellent! The gate agents were kind enough to rebook me on an earlier flight saving me from a 6 hour layover. Even my luggage made it despite the fact that the connection was technically too narrow. The flight itself was very comfortable, roomy, and clean. Plenty of space for my carryon items with plugs to charge my phone. After a long international flight of 14 hours, this was an excellent way to end my travels!
I didn’t like anything, being platinum pro get you absolutely nowhere and does not increase the customer service treatment whatsoever anymore. My flight was canceled and they put me on a flight eight hours later that would’ve got me back in the middle of the night. They could’ve easily move me up to an hour Prior on an earlier flight. My second flight was unreasonable to take, the third flight was also canceled due to mechanical issues like the first flight. I don’t know what’s going on with American, but they are falling apart, after seven flight changes I finally got home, Unreasonable.
Flight didn’t get dinner on business. I was starving!
from Boston to Washington was good but return to Boston was terrible, Gate was changed and plane was so uncomfortable, I thought it would crash 🙈🤦♀️ also when I showed my bording pass they didn't know where to send me and finally gave me direction and at the plane they said to find free seat somewhere😬🤦♀️🫣
My seat was very worn. Otherwise I had an excellent flight
