Our flight was 1.5 hours delayed. There was no weather for the inbound flight, so I don't understand why. This meant a VERY late arrival and only a quick nap before my morning flight.
The delays and cancellations kept me stuck in Miami for an additional 24 hours, and the whole thing seemed extremely disorganized
Uncomfortable seats and flight attendant was rude as she insisted on waking up my husband to ask him if he wanted a drink. When he said that he was sleeping, she replied “without an attitude “. He was seated at 8c
Worst seats I’ve ever had !!! The seats were very narrow and uncomfortable and misaligned with the seats in front of mine leading to bottom of the seat in front of mine pressing on my legs for 15.5 hours !
When I'm on a 5hr 22 minute flight I expect food to be purchased. Especially when American makes a very tight connection time where u have to run to make the long flight. Chips and nuts are unacceptable and being told you should be in first class to get a meal is also unacceptable. I didn't change the flight times American Airlines did.
Between Las Vegas and Dallas was okay But, once in the Dallas airport, notice, I have disability and ask for a wheelchair, they leave in a middle of nowhere, the personal in charge try to push me on a cart where I couldn't sit because was to high. Then they don't care about me, they bulling, till I start to yelling and crying, ask to everyone around, who can help me. The man in charge make a despective movements and said you are to loosing the fly. The last name in his batch started with an H, I did not have the full name. A nightmare. After all, a woman in charge was walking very slowly and asking me for a tip cause she was helping me to reach the fly. For years, AA has been the preferred airline. The personal in charge of the disabled people are discriminate me. Thank you Kayak.
I didn’t like anything, being platinum pro get you absolutely nowhere and does not increase the customer service treatment whatsoever anymore. My flight was canceled and they put me on a flight eight hours later that would’ve got me back in the middle of the night. They could’ve easily move me up to an hour Prior on an earlier flight. My second flight was unreasonable to take, the third flight was also canceled due to mechanical issues like the first flight. I don’t know what’s going on with American, but they are falling apart, after seven flight changes I finally got home, Unreasonable.
rushed onto the plane by inpatient staff just to sit on the taxiway just want to add, the flight out of Philadelphia and into Fort Worth Texas was terrible. canceled twice because of non-existent weather, and delayed.
Flight didn’t get dinner on business. I was starving!
AA can't control the weather. But the airplane was hot and stuffy while stuck on the runway with a broken entertainment system.
