When I got on the plane the flight attendant argued with me about whether my carry on would fit (it did, although she didn’t acknowledge that). No greeting (other than arguing with me) getting on or off the plane.

There was a delay with the plan which cause the flight to leave later and once arrived in Chicago there was another delay and some passengers missed their connecting flights

Never ontime and always delays. Long waits for customer service and often app doesn’t work

There was free WiFi (definitely a plus), but the flight was delayed 45 minutes waiting on a catering truck that never arrived. The pilot said there would be food vouchers given out at the end of the gangway to make up for the inconvenience, but there was no one offering those. Delay made me late for work!

AA should improve their in air internet & entertainment options. Seems unreasonable to charge $20/hr and should have some form of free connections. The entertainment options are also pretty limited, movies are outdated and the series only show 3-5 episodes.

Flight delay and multiple gate changes including a change near boarding time to another terminal, which in DFW is a pain. Pre-boarding delay and also a further delay on the ground after boarding. About an hour and a half total delay.

It was fine. No drinks nor snacks offered though. I thought that was unusual.

Did not get any refreshments. Crew was very nice but limited. Small seats

It was a typical flight. We had a delay which seems to be the normality now. And we had no in flight service due to conditions.

Our bags took a long time to get unloaded once we landed.
