Pros:
Nothing! Whilst the staff were pleasant the car was a wreck, the seats were torn, the front bumper was bolted on with 4screws, my credit card was charged €400 but when I dropped the car back I was told it would be 7 days before I would get the balance released back to me. The car smelled strongly for the duration, the seats internally were rusted, and based on the pictures I took on receiving the car, it had been in an “altercation” (or several) prior to my renting it. When I collected the car I was told there were some dents on it that they were aware of, however as I checked several dents and scrapes were not documented, I returned to the office and the nice lady came and visually inspected the car with me, then she added several extra pieces of information to the sheet and initialed it. As it was now late we took the car. As we drove around there was a constant rattle from the boot... the only saving grace being we were in New Providence for one whole day (it cost us $12 to fill it so we didn’t travel much partly due to the wreck we had rented. We were very disappointed and doubt we would ever book with budget ever againCons:

Cons:
Their offices were closed in spite of us having a pickup scheduled. They then made us taxi all the way out to the airport to pick up our car from a different location after we were finally able to reach them. Called maybe 10-15 times on the day of our reservation and only got through once to finally get our car 6 hours after our initial reservation started2 locations in Nassau
