My knees were up against the seat in front and my back is sore from having to spend most of the trip twisted to try to fit into the small space. Also, my seat was is row 16 and was called a “premium” seat and I was charged an extra $24 for it. I did not find it any different than all the seats around me. What was the extra charge for?"

It took,me some time to convince my fellow passengers that the loss of the APU was not a safety-of-flight issue. Also, a humongous passenger waddled down to our row and wedged herself into the window seat just before the doors closed. She immediately wanted to raise the seat divider, claiming that it was uncomfortable. The middle seat passenger insisted that she wanted to have it down, correctly pointing out that she had paid for a whole space. Despite the seat divider, the obese person's body oozed over and below into the middle seat during the flight, cramming the middle passenger. These folks Need to buy a second seat..."

Cons: "Although I paid for a first class ticket I was seated in coach. The plane was a commuter jet, and I suspect that Delta added one or more rows of seats because even though I'm of average height and less than average weight I had no leg room at all, and the hip room was minimal at best."

So, we were stuck in Atlanta airport with no good way to our final destination. Instead of waiting for 22 hours for the next available flight, or driving for 7 hours from Atlanta to Cincinnati, we had to fly into another city and drive to Cincinnati from there AT OUR OWN EXPENSE. It was a rebooking nightmare."

The other passenger seated with me was a very kind developmentally disabled young man. The placement in row 33 +/- only emphasized the many instances of turbulence on the flight to Chicago."

So we lost our flight to Cusco and ruined our entire first day of touring in Cusco..... your system or multiple check in/ cashier/customer service counters is a disaster and it makes zero sense. Incompetent, zero clue as to handle a delayed flight forced every passenger to hand over passports into communal plastic bags and took them for 2 hours somewhere in the airport unknown to us. I should never have to give up my passport into plastic bags/strangers EVER. They lost my customs paper, and then proceeded to accuse me of "selling it"--They took it after I passed through customs initially and if they put it back in passport after they threw them all in plastic bags- god knows where it is, or who's hands it was in who may have took it. They would not give us food vouchers, or water. They couldn't figure out how to get buses and hotel rooms for people- basic simple business skills-- add number of passengers going to hotel, calculate number of seats per bus and that will get you the number of buses needed--- they couldn't figure that out. I will call and give more detail, I promise."

I was in Nazca, so could have easily boarded in Lima which was 3 hours away, but the airline forced me to make the 14 hour trip back to Cusco instead, just so I could fly BACK to Lima on their plane, otherwise they would have cancelled my whole reservation. I will never fly with LATAM again."

We got charged more than what I understood from the official website but it was still decent price so didn´t say anything. We got twice the same snack on the flight of 3h30. Good thing the chocolate was good. I thought it could have been different and a bit bigger."
Cons: "We flown in few electric storms, suffered from a lot of bumps, and landed in a pretty cowboy way in clear sky. Didn´t appreciate the flying at all. Felt like the pilot was either not enough eperienced either not caring about passenger´s comfort. We had to collect our luggage and bicycle boxes at transit in Buenos Aires airport. One bicycle box got bumped and a piece of bicycle was exposed. Later on after the flight, we got problems on that piece (a front wheel) because of that bump and needed to repair it. We saw how the the crew was handling our boxes : didn´t care at all and placed it in all possible positions while it should stay in the same position. We arrived at AEP at 10:14PM and had a connection flight at 4:40AM the next day. Had to collect our luggage (and huge bicycle boxes) and wait until 2AM to check-in. It was a pain to carry everything and to live all over again the check in, and to not being able to do everything allready at arrival, espacially at that time of the night."
Cons: "I flew LAN many years ago and remembered this flight to be a lot better than it was this time around. The seats barely recline and in Economy leg room is comparable to AA flights going to South America (which is pretty bad). Forget about sleeping. I had some hopes for the food but it disappointed too. Breakfast, for example, was essentially a warm sandwich with a paper thin layer of ham and cheese. They stuff you with bread. Got there by 9:15 only to find out it’s been closed for checking bags. I beg , implore and there’s nothing to be done. Pay extra for 2 extra bags, for what? Nothing. Lost about $75 altogether non refundable. SUCKS."
