These super jumbos overload the support systems at both ends. Economy seats are very close pitch and A/C is cranked up to high. Bring a thick coat."

Cons: "1, It isn't really a 100% complaint because I'm also responsible. As I was waiting for the dinner to be served it took more time and I felt asleep watching a bad movie, so I missed dinner when I finally woke up. This is the reason I have no opinion about the food. My sole complaint is about the general practice in all airlines that they serve first the slim minority that does not eat meat. Democracy means that the majority should be served first. Unless the airlines consider the vegetarians as some kind of sick people! 2. The crew didn't offered us enough liquids during the flight and the excuse that they didn't wish to disturb our sleep is too lame."

Cons: "The crew didn’t bother to confirm who had requested the special meals, and they perhaps were confused by the size of the wide body rows, so they served my dinner to the passenger in the window seat (seat K) instead of me (seat H) By the time I realized what had happened, my row mate had eaten half the meal. The crew also rammed my knee with a beverage cart while I was dozing. Not the best showing ever..."

Not a fault of Lufthansa but something that made the flight HORRIBLE was an extremelly smelly and very heavy guy seated next to me that used half of my seat and made me be really uncomfortable."

Breakfast ‘special diet request’ meal was cold hard bagel with colourful lump of cream cheese, which seemed to be what everyone else had. No orange juice, grapefruit that can’t take medication with, so had nothing to drink except allotted splash of water into small paper cup. Dreadful journey"

When it was all said & done, 1 flight attendant had a broken nose, 1 had a concussion, I hit my head in 2 spots, and a little boy hit his head & threw up. I am not a dramatic person, but I've never been on a plane & thought I was going to die – until this flight. Emergency landing in St. Louis instead of Chicago. The EMT crew on the ground? Felt like amateur hour. I have photos to back these events up."

How much worse could it possibly get!"

I made all the call possible to resolve my flight issue and no one could help me either Brussels airline personnel or the kayak customer service. until today i didnt have not even a email to let me know what happen."

We had to wait for the stairs and shuttle to arrive to get us to the airport terminal. It was especially frustrating because we had nearly no time to get to our connecting flight. The hosts and hostesses were mediocre at best."

They left one of my bags behind in Brussels as well, and I have yet to receive an update on where it is."

We reached the flight, however bags did not make the connection. We received bags next day at hotel. Travelling home, the flight was delayed 1h30m, the gates were shifted 3 times for departure, we had to sprint this time for conmection again B to A terminals. On the flight we were told Edinburgh connection would be rebooked so go to desk, however we made the flight just and so did the luggage, if we had waitied as told to rebook our luggage would have landed in Edinburgh with us stuck in Brussels. Won't be using again."

I think that they canceled the flight just because it was not full. I had to spend the night in the airport. The flight in the morning was overbooked. No one should fly UA if they can avoid them."
