Cons: "The flight was delayed by 45 minutes... I don’t care about anything else just make the flights on time"

Pros: "Good crew on this leg. While not always the case, they left the lights off for the entire flight and only had them dimly on when doing their final checks. It was also nice that everybody was handed water bottles that wanted one."

Cons: "No seat-back entertainment on a long flight is not ok. If there was warning about that during the booking process, it was too subtle and I missed it. It was an unpleasant surprise. Also, the seats are just so stiff and uncomfortable. If this was a 3-hour flight, fine. But nearly 6 hours, no."

Cons: "My flight was late and I was not notified through any media, not Kayak not Alaska Airlines. I arrived early to the airport, asked the luggage check in and was told it was 30 minutes behind. Then burn up a little time, go through security only to find that it was 50 minutes late. None of the signage was updated at the terminal to say how late, it still said on time until I got on the plane. My flight was stressful due to being sat next to someone with no sense of personal space and in the two other seats next to me was a fussy baby with his father. Got to Portland, and had to run to the other half if the airport. I decided to postpone my flight until later due to that stress."

We had to renter security on our way given the terminal change and lost our tsa. General just really bad merger stuff. Hope it gets fixed. I'll wait to fly Alaska virgin for a while."

There was one flight attendant in particular who was so full of energy and made the unfortunate circumstances not so bad. She entertained us and kept us in the loop the entire time as did the pilots. It made the 2 hours not feel so bad which was appreciated."

Pros: "Cornell and Dorothy and the other flight attendants were the BEST! Cornell actually welcomed each passenger as they came onboard. Dorothy modeled the emergency info in such a graceful way... that you chose to pay attention because she made you feel secure. My colleagues and I have all agreed to fly Delta again ( specifically the Atlanta/ Milwaukee flight) Because of these courteous, caring, and professional people!"

Cons: "Stood by as people blocked aisle during boarding, making snide comments. Instead, the two should have assisted & encouraged the passengers to step out of the aisle & move along. Was very cold hit call light fir blanket. No response for 10 min so went to the bs k of plane where the crew was chatting & eating. When I asked about blanket, they didn’t look fir any & said they didn’t have any unopened. Upon leaving big plane, I saw a stack of about 5 packaged blankets in the front. Just rude & lazy older crew. Time for a different job fir them"

Cons: "The flight was delayed and the departure gate moved at the Atlanta airport 3 times to 3 different concourses before we were finally able to depart around 1 hour later than scheduled."

The snacks and monitors were limited on each flight. I felt my prices should have as well. I guess this was a learning experience for me. Now I know there is only 1st class and economy."

Cons: "The food selections are limited. The crew ran out of popular items in the economy cabin. The personal seat lighting on the B-767 never quite worked. I eventually gave up on it. The overhead bins were too small for many roller boards, which caused some passengers to be perplexed. Delta should offer some inducements to encourage passengers to gate check bags."

Pros: "First time I've seen Delta have zone boarding areas near the gate, kinda like what Southwest does with their boarding numbers. Kinda worked, kinda still a mess. One crewmember was nice to my son at the end of the flight, offered to get him into the cockpit for a photo op."

Seriously there a deadly flu and the fight attendant is concerned about the price difference and not making sure there is social distance. Tons of empty seats and they never offered for anyone to switch"

Cons: "The gentleman sitting next to me never turned his phone in to airplane mode. His phone rang several times while the flight attendant was going through the safety procedures right in front of us. This was after the announcement came that all electronic devices where to go into airplane mode. The flight attendant did not do anything and seemed to ignore the phone that kept ringing. The gentleman was even talking on the phone while the flight attendant was going through the safety procedures. Later while landing an announcement came over that we were to return to our seats, close all tray tables, and seats ts in the upright position. At this point the gentleman sitting next to me leaned his seat backwards. The flight attendant passed by the gentleman at least three times and never said anything about his seat back. Evidently this flight attendant did not care to do his job properly."

Cons: "The departure gate was changed four or five times, including after we had traipsed from one end of the concourse to the other, only to have the gate changed BACK to the one from which we came. This was at supper time; we wanted to eat in the terminal but were rousted from two different lines to change gates. We couldn't stop running back and forth long enough to eat! I got updated info more quickly from Kayak than from United, despite having signed up for email and text notifications and having the United app. Come on!! Eventually we were marched down to a narrow hallway, crowded with passengers from two other departing flights, held in formation by obviously harried gate agents and finally led outside to the ramp to board the plane. The worst boarding experience. Ever. Give me Southwest anytime."

I was told I could have a carry-on, but at the gate, I was told that all bags would need to be checked. My "carry-on," which met criteria, came back bent AF with items missing."

As long as it fits under the seat and I am not putting my feet in others space thats is all that matters. Check in people at least one guy in Denver needs to be retrained."

Pros: "I enjoy flying, despite the security checks, secondary security checks, the general lax nature of TSA agents who care not when your flight is leaving or how inconvenient it is to have to unpack your entire bag to show them a bar of soap is not, in fact, a plastic explosive. I do like to fly, but it seems to be increasingly difficult to adhere to the rules properly."
Cons: "I was in line to board with group 4 and the woman in front of me had a large duffle bag, a purse, and 3 small grocery bags. The gate agent let her through, but told her to consolidate her bags. I had one carry on and one purse and was forced to gate check my bag, only to find out I would have to go to baggage claim to pick it up. If the woman in front of me was forced to adhere to the rules, I would likely have fit my bag into an overhead. UNFAIR."

About 9 hours later with a new boarding pass, I went to the gate to board and was told once again that I was not on that flight even though I was holding a new boarding pass!! What is going on here!? How can this happen twice to the same person, let alone happen at all??!"

We were kindly and quickly rerouted from Milwaukee to Chicago and told to go to Milwaukee to pick up your luggage as soon as we arrive in Chicago. When we attempted to pick up our luggage there was no one from Frontier at the airport, no one. When I called Frontier they told me toy return the next day. We returned the next morning and again no one was there. After two hours of waiting airport operations had to open the door for me to get my luggage. At the very least, they could ask a neighboring airline permission to access Frontier's baggage storage."

Also, the plane was delayed 45 minutes in departure and this delayed my arrival such that I missed an important family event (a wedding)."

Pros: "One gate agent was very apologetic for the delay, and did try to keep us informed. She was the only professional we saw working that day."
Cons: "The flight was delayed by four hours due to a co-pilot who called in sick. They had to fly in another crewmember from Orlando to Atlanta. Frontier did not offer to help those needing to change flights to other airlines. When we were allowed to board, one woman tried to get her son to board as an unaccompanied minor ( a service which she had paid for), and was ignored by the flight attendants assisting with boarding. Once aboard the plane, a flight attendant got on the PA system and stated the delay was not the flight attendants fault, it was a pilot who delayed the plane. Very Unprofessional. No free or additional services were offered to the passengers aboard the flight, however we were given a $10 breakfast voucher during the delay. There were many other appalling aspects of the crew member's behavior. Too many to mention here. I will not fly Frontier again, nor will I recommend it to anyone else."

We left on time and arrived early. The desk crew and flight crew were polite. What was the entertainment...?"

Cons: "The ticket price doesn't include anything. Had to pay for seat. You can't have a carry on bag, you have to pay $30. 00 to $40. 00 for your carry on bag. You have to pay for water or soda etc. Nothing comes with the ticket price. By the end of the trip I paid more then if I would have gone with a different airline. Will never fly frontier again. Not worth it at all."
