Germany has never been known for its superb coffee, but this coffee was very good. None of that fakey airline taste to it at all. Could easily be the gourmet coffee you'd serve at home. You DO serve gourmet coffee at home, right? And water and juice and then more water and more juice, all served up by very nice people--not just good service personnel, good people. Baggage pickup was quick and smooth--I travel with my cat, so pickup can be rocky. Nothing to it here."

As I was waiting for the dinner to be served it took more time and I felt asleep watching a bad movie, so I missed dinner when I finally woke up. This is the reason I have no opinion about the food. My sole complaint is about the general practice in all airlines that they serve first the slim minority that does not eat meat. Democracy means that the majority should be served first. Unless the airlines consider the vegetarians as some kind of sick people! 2. The crew didn't offered us enough liquids during the flight and the excuse that they didn't wish to disturb our sleep is too lame."

They shut down the airport in Frankfurt so we couldn't take off at our destination and when they allowed us to fly into Frankfurt, Lufthansa didn't wait and hundreds of people were stranded from different areas because of the closed airport to all flights. We waited 5 hours to rebook a destination back to the USA and traveling lasted 24hours. Right now I'm not sure if I'll be refunded my tickets for thedomestic airline flight. WE will NEVER want to fly out of Frankfurt and especially with Lufthansa. I have to say the people at the service counters were very nice and helpful but it took 5 hours to get serviced and were missed 2 possible connecting flights. Lufthansa was a good airline but that was 20 years ago. The airport is too big now has too many delays so I'll avoid it at all cost."

Cons: "My video player did not work properly for the whole 11.5hrs of flight from Munich to LA. It was extremely tough to get it to play a movie. I am not blaming the crew, but their only suggestion was to restart it... Which I did... several times... but the player had a life of its own. Eventually I found a way to be able to get to a movie and get it to play, but it was not easy. I wish that there would be an extra player that could be provided as a replacement... Thank you."

Crew served meal 2.5 hours into 9 hour flight and about an hour after complimentary drink. My can of Coke was well gone when the mediocre dinner arrived and I got an earful for daring to ask for another one. It finally arrived after dinner with the creditcard machine etc. Yes, it was $4.00. I passed. As the coffee service was in full swing."

Cons: "Normally, I am not picky regarding airline food. In SAS's economy or "Go" class, there is no choice of food. I can think of plenty of dishes that would be appealing to many people. Yet the meal that was served, beef stew, posed a problem as I don't eat red meet. Since many people also do not eat beef due to religious beliefs, I am appalled by SAS's decision to only serve this dish to its economy class passengers. As I ordered my ticket through Kayak, I didn't have the option to request a special diet, nor did I think to do so as airlines generally do not serve serve a beef dish as their one and only."

For guests who wanted to sleep during the red eye, the lights were not turned off until after dinner and cleanup, which meant only 2 or so hours of sleep in dark."

We do not know if she is training , being rediculously conscientious, being too social or a power/control thing. We had plenty of time, I feel sorry for people who had tight connections. LOTS of people switched lines but we didn't know it would continue to be rediculous. There are stairs to climb from the gate which will be a problem for people with any physical issues ( bad knees). The plane took off late and this time we were nervous with a tight connection in Stockholm Location of Gate display is slower than most airports and we were told It changes at the last minute. We will avoid the Oslo airport in the future."

When I landed in Copenhagen, I had several hours before the next flight. I went through immigration and went to the SAS counter where my gate was. Woman told me I could not print the ticket there until an hour before the flight, but if I wanted to go back through immigration, I could get it printed there. I opted to just wait. One hour before the flight there was a huge line of people like me who had not tickets. I stood for about 30 minutes until I finally got it. Then flight was delayed an hour... Everyone was really nice and the flight was enjoyable, I just don't get what the heck is up with their ticketing system. Why can't I print a ticket at any SAS counter with printing capabilities? Why doesn't the phone app work? Why can I print connecting flights at kiosk?"

After more than 24 hours stranded in Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport due to power outage on Dec 17th, 2017, I was so relieved as I sat on my seat, when an air hostess asked if I would like a seat in business class. She said they randomly upgrade passengers to business class when seats are available. So it all ended well, I got home to Toronto safely in (business) class. Thank you Air Canada !"

We over 90 minutes for in-person assistance, only to be directed to a telephone to re-book our flight. We missed an entire day of our trip to Japan. I'm very disappointed in my experience flying Air Canada."

I got my bags on the day I was scheduled to leave. They had no way to track my bag and offered me $50. I had over $7000 of gear in the bag and I lost my $2600 deposit for the hunt. Not to mention the time a way from work where I just sat around in the bush doing nothing. On the way home, they lost my bag again. No one ever came to customer service desk and I had to call a number to India who was zero help. Terrible experience. Never fly Air Canada!!!!!"

Pros: "I was very impressed today when one of the airline stewardess went back into the Terminal waiting area to get a passenger's phone charge she left behind. We were all seated when the passenger noticed she had forgotten it and to her credit she walked back to the front of the plane to ask about retrieving the charge. She was particularly concerned because she had just bought it. She came back to her seat and was told they would see what they could do. To our surprise after the doors were closed, the stewardess came back to hand the passenger her charger. She was very grateful! Well done Air Canada."

Cons: "Delayed departure and while I was rebooked for the possibly missed connections already in Sydney it was a premature decision as I would have made the connection in Vancouver. Food on a long flight is important - lousy meals and worst sandwich ever!"

Cons: "Being upgraded last minute to only find out when the ticket is in my hand that my wife doesn't get upgraded even though we were told she was getting her new upgraded ticket printed. Doesn't end there. Immediately tried to return upgrade with the response that my seat was gone. Get on the not sold out plane and sat in my original seat anyways which I had to pay business upgrade for. The plane was apparently sold out. WRONG! Not impressed at all! Don't upgrade"

The flight back to Toronto from Atlanta was delayed by 2 hours and a half, which put me in risk to miss my connection flight. The plane was small and there was not enough space for mid size people."

Cons: "Small child violently kicked me seat the entire flight. I asked the parent (politely) to ask his son to stop but he didnt think he should have to. (They also thought it was fine for their toddler daugther to crawl into another sleeping passengers lap during flight. The crew was no help. I get that kids are kids but this was excessive. A crying baby would have been a welcone change. I think the crew should have stepped in."

Perhaps if updates were given as to why the delay was taking place, it would have settled some of the passengers."

Because of a storm, they went to Hannover. They announced that the time we will stay in Hannover is unknown. Maybe 2 hours... but then no news from the crew during our stop. 3. Several passeNgers asked to get out in Hannover. The crew said they will ask if possible. After one hour waiting in Hannover they did not even ask the airport authorities. Passengers insisted. The crew then said no because they do not want to go through the luggage finding process. 4. Weather was too hot. Waiting time was too long. Passengers Needed drinks and food. Crew only sold these without even offering free snacks, sandwitches, or drinks. 5. Babies and kids were there. No food nor drinks. They survived during 5 extra hours on the plane schedule on biscuits and water. Personnel did not even think of ordering food from hannover airport while waiting there. They only SOLD the snacks they have. 6. We returned to humburg with 5 hours delay over our original schedule. Stayed 2 hours until we got our luggages on the belt 7. Some passengers had to go back to hannover by train. We discover that all trains were stopped die to problems caused by the storm on the railway. They had the choice either to take very expensive taxis or to sleep over in Hamburg!! 8. This could have been avoided if brussel airline had some good will to at least help those passengers get their luggage and leave in Hannover! 9. Overall: very bad experience and crue attitude in Brussel Airlines!"

I don't know what her name was but she was the younger of the two flight attendants and she provided the drinks in the main cabin. My girlfriend experienced sudden and traumatic pain due to the pressure change on the descent and so I hit the call button and when the flight attendant came over and saw what was going on she knew exactly what to do: she ran to the back of the plane to gather some cups and fill them with hot water-soaked napkins then sprinted back to give them to my girlfriend to show her how to hold them. She was so fast, so kind, and so effective. I wish I knew her name so I could tell her thank you one last time. Please pass this along to her if possible!"

Pros: "I hated that I had to do my own check in, the flight check in and the luggage dropping. I was unsure as id I had done it correctly, and even after the staff revised my luggage drop reciept, the luggae was not delivred appropriately. The flight was delayed, which made me have to o rush all over LHR, where I pretended to have breakfast."
Cons: "Unpolite and stressed, rushy staff on board. On top of that, all the running throgh costumes and pretty much the whole LHR airport, and what I hated the most was my luggage arriving 12hrs late."

Cons: "The flight was canceled. I found out the day before my departure - the airlines didn't even contact me to let me know - and I never got reimbursed for the canceled flight. I had to purchase a $1500 new ticket to get back home in time. I wrote to the Brussels Airlines and they never addressed these complains."

Pros: "The entertainment system is great and they provide a lot of food. The crew is very available and efficient."
Cons: "We had delays in Brussels because of a communication issue and because we were waiting on a vehicle to help us push off from the gate, which was a bit odd. The movie selection was good but a little outdated."
