I missed it because of the delay in the other flights. Attendants in the airport sent me from one side to the other many times due to poor information.

There was a delay in NYC, so to take the connection in Miami I had to run across the airport. Then the flight delayed in Miami, and the schedule in GRU - São Paulo was too tight, so I missed the flight to Porto Alegre. When coming from international flights, the connection time needs to be more spaced because of immigration bureaucracy.
Cons: "I never got to fly !!! I was flying to Rio de Janeiro from USA and my flight got canceled, so I never made it to Rio therefore I wasn’t able to fly to São Paulo . I called you guys and the airline to see what you could do for me . Very bad customer service considering there’s a pandemic. I understand certain flights are non refundable but during the circumstances you could’ve gave a voucher to use later but instead you tried to charge me more money to make changes when I didn’t even know when I was able to fly. To all this I lost my money and my chance to fly later . Never again I will buy anything from Kayak . You just lost a customer!!!"

Cons: "I've flown a lot and on a lot of different airlines budget or otherwise, and in my opinion this is the worst of the lot. Poor communication at the gate improper signage for departures, unprecedented delays with constantly shifting boarding times and gates. Little to no sympathy from staff just a complete plane wreck of an airline. Would never fly again."
Cons: "The boarding process IX too disorganized. No announcements in eff flash. Only Portuguese. They had everybody standing in lines 90 min us period to plane leaving."

Cons: "Sao Paulo to Floripa flight, did not pay for baggage. Floriap to Sao Paulo, paid 60 Real. I bought ticket through Kayak. Am 100% sure that I picked 1 bag for baggage claim. I don't understand how GOL missed that!!! It did not say on Kayak receipt. Am very angry!! Want refund of 60 Real!!!!!"

Cons: "Starting by the fact that if the system was actually working we could’ve done check in in the machine, and cut the 2 and half hours of line for check in and luggage drop off. The check in crew was not efficient at all, they would take 10 to 20 min to every costumer, no organization and poor trainin."

Cons: "My seat wasn’t clean. Dirt was visible. We used Clorox wipes to clean it before sitting down. If someone had previously sat there with an illness, we would certainly be at risk. Very disappointing to see during Covid-19 outbreak."
Cons: "Call for stewards was not working and the temperature of the flight was miserable. Kept asking to reduce the cold and nothing. I had a window seat and there was no way to avoid the air/ac on my face the entire flight. MISERABLE!"
Cons: "Boarding was a bit disorganized in Guayaquil, and once we landed we sat on the tarmac of JFK for an hour before unloading outside and being bussed to another terminal."

Cons: "They tried to charge more Money all the time. During the web check in, they give you the row where the sits are not able to decline. When you try to chance it, they pretend to charge extra fee"
Pros: "There was a blonde flight attendant who was extremely attractive which distracted from how hot the plane was during boarding and prior to take off since the air was not on."

Cons: "The flight was delayed and caused all sorts of problems and headaches. Had to book a new final destination and didn't even make it to my original final destination."

Cons: "Be on time and if not, communicate and offer remedies. There was NONE."
Cons: "Only one gate agent was boarding passengers, which made the boarding process very slow. I was assigned a seat on the aisle in front of the exit row. For a midnight flight, I was really bummed to find out that my seat would not recline! My leg room on the A321 was lacking in comparison with GOL."
Cons: "After getting off the shuttle to board the plane via stairs, men at the bottom and top of the stairs both stopped everyone and refused anyone to board. We were stuck on the tarmac for around 2-3 minutes. No entertainment options during the flight. No free food. Only water."
