The flight itself was fine, food was expired and gross, staff were mostly amazing! KLM messed up rebooking for our first two flights that got cancelled and we almost didn’t make it to Amsterdam for an additional two days
I think I previously submitted my feedback about flight lead Katherine in a different field by mistake. Please see those comments. Comments for Hyd to AMS are it was good. The flight lead and service met expectations for satisfactory high quality service but the flight lead did not stand out as exceptional as did the leads on the other two flights so I don’t remember anything specific one way or the other besides the fact I was satisfied.
Had to cancel and rebook, KLM connection was cancelled prior to departure, ended up flying to Munich on non-Delta carrier.
The crew were unprofessional with a racist element. I was physically abused as well from one of the crew members
They forgot to serve food and the crew was very unfriendly. Never experienced such a bad KLM flight. Usually fly from Toronto. New York was different.
Over 1 Hr delay. No APU so no AC on ground. Plane was hot during boarding and then they closed the doors over 20 minutes before engine start so interior of plane was steamy hot and stuffy. Could have been helped by opening doors until ready to depart.
My flight was delayed by 6 hours then I missed BOTH of my connecting flights, I then had to stay in the AIRPORT at JFK because soooooo many people also suffered from missing flights and there was no hotels available. I would like to be compensated for this experience! I had to stay in the airport for over 16 hours!
Cabin crew were excellent, very proffesional, polite and friendly, in flight snack was underwhelming, a packet of cheese biscuits, im sure KLM could run to a sandwich!
The flight was delayed for 2 hrs. Because they didn’t have a crew to fly. And it is not a first time for klm to do that. Last time they cancelled my filght and rebooked me 3 days later. Not reliable airline
The worst airline. Cancelled flight 30 min before boarding and rebooked on flight after 3 days.
All was fine. Small plane so no food or entertainment.

I love how the flight crews are now saying what the weather will be like, when we can expect to be able to get up and use the restrooms etc. I have to say also that our flight crews this trip were incredible - fast and courteous - and somehow managed to do the service even on these short flights with a few bumps. The only reason for an ok rating on entertainment was because these short flights are on planes without seatback displays but that's ok because I just download shows on my iPhone beforehand.
Our flight from Detroit to LaGuardia on Thursday 8/20 was delayed from 555 to 910 due to storms and a ground stop at LGA. It’s never fun to be stuck at the airport but I thought the desk crew and captain handled it well and kept us informed. I especially liked how they referred to us as their “LaGuardia family. ” I am a loyal delta customer and this is one of the reasons why.
The plane is old. There was water dripping fown from the air cooling system. The toilets were mot that clean
The meal tray was not usable it was completely uneven
Staff is friendly and helpful but flight was delayed by one hour from Detroit, making for tight window in Toronto to clear Canada Customs and pass through security screening in order to get to connecting flight on time.
Chaotic boarding at these gates, multiple gates squeezed in at the very end of a concourse, behind a restaurant. Agents gave up on boarding by individual zones. Flight itself was uneventful, which is all we hope for any more.
No wheel chair as requested at Atlanta arrival on first flight.
Even after a delay, getting off the ground, thanks for keeping me safe, the airline made certain that my connecting flight was rebooked to get me to my final destination. It was actually rebooked twice, and my luggage still managed to meet me. The airline gave me a credit for food and beverage to be used at the airport vendors, regretfully, the credit did not transfer to my final boarding pass. Oh, well…
Luggage transfer in Chicago was not performed in time. I received my luggage at my destination two days later.
On board Entertainment and crew services were absolutely trash! Neither me, nor any of my 40 family/friends members are flying Lufthansa again!
Plane was delayed for over 1 hour causing us to miss a connecting flight in Munich. We spent 10 hours waiting for the alternate flight which was delayed about 45 minutes. We had a service attendant who was very helpful with our missed flight. Later in the evening when consulting service attendant, he basically said, the plane will show when it shows!
I wasn’t able to make my flight due to Kayak’s inability to simply update my name on my trip from Nick to Nicholas. I would like a refund.
Food should be provided according to the passengers selection. In flight entertainment system must be updated with latest devices and applications. Proper over head headset must be provided rather than providing cheaper ones.
Very organized check in and boarding experience. Good crew very helpfull.
Deplaning at Frankfurt required ck=limbing steep stairs with no provision for escalator or elevator.
Flight comfort was good. However, due to delayed flight, waiting was too much while boarding. Moreover, food choices can be improved as well.
I purchased a tickket with Lufthansa but "operated by" United Airlines. At the airport United staff were unable to help me select a seat on the portion of the flight actually run by Lufthansa. Nor was I able to check in over the web, possibly to self-select my seat. The link given in the check in email claimed my flight record locator ID was invalid.
