Great staff. Clean plane, but we were delayed for more than an hour due to maintenance issues and had to board another plane.
I was very disappointed with my experience at the United Airlines baggage check. The representative was rude and unhelpful. I was required to remove approximately 1.5 pounds from my two checked bags, even though it was a very small amount over the limit. The interaction was unnecessarily unpleasant, and I expected much better customer service. I hope United will review this incident and provide additional customer service training to its staff.
No extra snacks were available. Meals quality is terrible. Crew was not friendly.
This flight is a quick way to get to Chicago, but a bit expensive.
We got delayed three hours and nobody thought to have the bathroom fixed while we were sitting waiting to board? took a full hour to have maintenance come and check it off. Had to shut the bathroom down twice so that the pilots could go to the bathroom. Everyone missed their connections.
Not good - outbound flight was delayed and missed my connection even though I got to the gate after running through the airport - the agent would not let me on because the door was closed (flight had not left). There was no notification from United - overall experience was very disappointing. Additionally, I was downgraded from first class to coach on the alternative flight
I liked that the flight was nonstop from ORD to CIU for $200 round trip.
Some sort of compensation for missing work because of a cancelled flight that was United’s fault
I was told we'd have a hot breakfast option in first class, so I chose not get a hot breakfast. It was a very strange meal, but the fresh fruit was very good quality. Service was excellent from ORD to ELP. No service from MBS to ORD, not even water. However, when flying American from FNT to ORD, which is a shorter flight, they at least pass out snacks and offer water.

Even after a delay, getting off the ground, thanks for keeping me safe, the airline made certain that my connecting flight was rebooked to get me to my final destination. It was actually rebooked twice, and my luggage still managed to meet me. The airline gave me a credit for food and beverage to be used at the airport vendors, regretfully, the credit did not transfer to my final boarding pass. Oh, well…
Luggage transfer in Chicago was not performed in time. I received my luggage at my destination two days later.
On board Entertainment and crew services were absolutely trash! Neither me, nor any of my 40 family/friends members are flying Lufthansa again!
Plane was delayed for over 1 hour causing us to miss a connecting flight in Munich. We spent 10 hours waiting for the alternate flight which was delayed about 45 minutes. We had a service attendant who was very helpful with our missed flight. Later in the evening when consulting service attendant, he basically said, the plane will show when it shows!
I wasn’t able to make my flight due to Kayak’s inability to simply update my name on my trip from Nick to Nicholas. I would like a refund.
Food should be provided according to the passengers selection. In flight entertainment system must be updated with latest devices and applications. Proper over head headset must be provided rather than providing cheaper ones.
Very organized check in and boarding experience. Good crew very helpfull.
Deplaning at Frankfurt required ck=limbing steep stairs with no provision for escalator or elevator.
Flight comfort was good. However, due to delayed flight, waiting was too much while boarding. Moreover, food choices can be improved as well.
I purchased a tickket with Lufthansa but "operated by" United Airlines. At the airport United staff were unable to help me select a seat on the portion of the flight actually run by Lufthansa. Nor was I able to check in over the web, possibly to self-select my seat. The link given in the check in email claimed my flight record locator ID was invalid.
