Cons: "The flight crew was short-tempered and seemed unwilling to help me figure out how to assemble my food tray and video monitor, which were in the emergency exit aisle. I had never flown in this type of seat before, and severely sleep deprived. One attendant even let out a loud yelp when a passenger accidentally kicked her while walking past. Terrible."

Pros: "It was a short trip of less than two hours. So, there was no entertainment, no charging stations for iPhones or iPads to watch personal electronic devices. All food including still water cost money. It’s advertised as this; the staff were very efficient and friendly."

Pros: "Flight itself was very smooth, especially the landing. Food was good also, both the chicken and pasta were prepared well. Pasta could have used a little more sauce. Quantities and variety were also good."
Cons: "I still don't understand why airlines don't board from the back to the front. Would make the entire process go much smoother. The bigger the plane the bigger the problem and delay. I don't mind storing a bag under the seat but there's more stuff taking up legroom so it's hard to get the feet comfortable which is important for those longer flights."

Cons: "Plane was incredibly old for a long haul flight, with no power socket and extremely outdated TV's. Seats were dirty and small. We were in row 34 (middle of the plane over the wing) and when they got to us with the food options, they had already run out of the second choice on both occasions. On the first service, we asked the attendant if the food had any fish/seafood ingredients (due to allergies) and she said no. We then read on the lid of the food tray that there was a possibility of fish traces so my husband could not eat it. When we told the attendant about it she told us they didn't have anything else. Hard to believe there was nothing they could do, we've never experienced this issue before. We then asked another flight attendant if there was any food available for purchase but she said no. Luckily, she was able to find a vegetarian dish that my husband could eat. We're grateful that she found this as the next food service was not until 6 hours later. Sad that we had to ask again, we were expecting that they cared a little more. Overall, BA didn't meet our expectations unfortunately. This was a trip to Europe in which we took 4 BA flights and overall, the experience was of that no better than a low cost. Would have a hard time thinking of choosing this airline again."

Cons: "Since it was British Air, we would have had to pay $800 total to get seat assignments in advance. Because I refused to pay this exorbitant amount, my wife and I got whatever seats were leftover as assigned by BA's computer. As it was, there computer was all screwed up and we couldn't see our seat assignments or check in online and had to do that at the airport. Others reported getting tangled up with BA's computer system."
Cons: "Flight attendant named IGOR skipped me when serving drinks and food. But then again when he he offered coffee, he again skipped my wife who was beside me. When I asked for coffee for my wife and that then again skipped us, he just responded, sarcastically, "Really?, really?" What a fool!"

Cons: "British Airways misplaced our luggage for three days, and would give us no further information than "it will arrive soon." So, we were stuck near the local address we had provided in case they called for 2 full days. They refused to give us a more precise time as to when they would be delivered. Well, at one point they did say that they would be delivered at noon, but they weren't. Throughout the entire time waiting for the luggage to be delivered, there was no sense of urgency or concern on the part of British Airways. It seems missing luggage is just Business as Usual at British Airways."

Cons: "The flight from Houston was delayed, but Captain said that he will make up, and we should arrive to London on time. Only when we landed I learned that we are still late by an hour, and I missed my connection in London by a few minutes. Whoever was assigning a seat for me in Houston, could seat me closer to the front, so I would have a better chance to catch my connection. Instead, I was placed at the very last row. (Very uncomfortable by the way)."

Cons: "I was only made aware of the change via email on Thursday, but the change was appearing in my aer lingus app on Tuesday. Why the delay in telling me?"
Pros: "After my last experience with WOW from Baltimore to Amsterdam, which was easily my worst flying experience, British Airways was just the opposite. On time, comfortable seats, polite and very helpful flight attendants, and I did not have to pay 2 Euros just for a glass of water. I will fly British Airways again."
