I use a knee scooter and I was in a lot of pain by the time we finally boarded. The crew seemed just a bit confused as to what was going to happen to my scooter, although it worked out just fine. I couldn't get the in-flight wifi to work either of my two devices, nor could my seat mate. :( We were served food very late in the fight -- I had about 15 minutes to eat before the seat tray had to be put up. But worst, my flight home has been cancelled and rescheduled for a much later flight. As mobility device user, I'm limited on who can pick me up and when. This means an over two hour wait for my pick up person, which is very hard on a one-legged person. I asked Alaska if they would be willing to waive the fee for a different flight when I can get a prompt pick up person with room for my mobility device. They said they would not. I'm a little surprised, as Alaska claims to be ADA and military friendly. I'm not sure I'll fly Alaska again."

Cons: "Our plane was delayed leaving Grand Rapids. Once in Houston there was no gate available causing another 10 minute delay. All bags were required to be checked plane side so once we finally got off the plane it took another 10 minutes to get our bags. Many passengers had tight connections and had to rush to their next flight. My connection was already tight as it was - and I had to go to a completely different terminal very far from where I was to catch it. Five of us were on that flight connecting to San Diego. We finally made it to the gate. The plane was still there but the door was closed so we were not allowed to board. It was the last flight out so we were stranded in Houston overnight. This caused me to miss a very important medical appointment this morning - and to have to cancel client sessions leading to a significant loss of income."

I explained that it was approved at Memphis and that if it was oversized it would cost forty dollars. Why is it higher in Denver-reply was-the closer you get to the plane the more it cost!! After a few questions another person said she would let me pay forty or it would go below. I explained that I had my computer in my bag and didn't want something to happen to it. I decided to pay the forty dollars(that I should not have to pay) I ask if I would get a receipt-she replied yes. After she ran my credit card, she said it would not print out. I asked if she charged forty dollars. She said yes--but I want know until I get my statement if she charged sixty or forty. I guess by now that I did not have good service in Denver. Customer service is awful. One more thing--While loading the plane a woman was carrying on a guitar(which was a lot bigger tan my bag) I asked if she had to pay to bring it on. She replied no!"

Because of the long wait many people didn't eat dinner, JetBlu decided to get coffee and donuts for all of their passengers (they said it over the loud speaker), Frontier didn't give us anything. When the plane landed at 8:15, the slowness of the workers couldn't have been any worse. Loading the bags slow, cleaning the plane slow. Plane gets here at 8:15 and we don't take off until 9:30. You'd think we would get some type of snack or drink for this horrible wait time right? Water is free on frontier, but nothing else. And they stuck with that. NOTHING FREE! Not even a soda or bag of chips! My friend is 6 foot 4 and I'm not sure how they get away with the nonexistent leg room. His knees were smashed against the chair in front of him the entire time. Funny for me, sucked for him (or anyone tall). He asked to change seats to 1 of the 2 open seats we had seen with more leg room (near the side emergency exit). They said no unless he wants to pay $50 right there. In the middle of the flight. I have no words for it. Customer service was horrible, food was nonexistent, drinks were nonexistent, leg room was nonexistent. And that sums up how I'll never be using frontier ever again. Pay $50 more for a better plane service seriously."
