Good, our flight was delayed but that was totally out of their control due to weather and a presidential visit.

When we boarded we were treated with care and it never stopped. Got towels before breakfast and after snacks was a lovely touch!

This flight is a quick way to get to Chicago, but a bit expensive.

We got delayed three hours and nobody thought to have the bathroom fixed while we were sitting waiting to board? took a full hour to have maintenance come and check it off. Had to shut the bathroom down twice so that the pilots could go to the bathroom. Everyone missed their connections.

Not good - outbound flight was delayed and missed my connection even though I got to the gate after running through the airport - the agent would not let me on because the door was closed (flight had not left). There was no notification from United - overall experience was very disappointing. Additionally, I was downgraded from first class to coach on the alternative flight

I liked that the flight was nonstop from ORD to CIU for $200 round trip.

Some sort of compensation for missing work because of a cancelled flight that was United’s fault

The baggage handlers broke the handle on my bag that they put under the plane that I checked on the jetway. They traded it out for a less quality bag in Tulsa. But, they said they would try to fix it. Bologna! There was no fixing that bag handle. Someone didn’t care how they treated the bag.

I was told we'd have a hot breakfast option in first class, so I chose not get a hot breakfast. It was a very strange meal, but the fresh fruit was very good quality. Service was excellent from ORD to ELP. No service from MBS to ORD, not even water. However, when flying American from FNT to ORD, which is a shorter flight, they at least pass out snacks and offer water.

Staff friendly and app worked really well. Modest delays were frustrating

I sat in seat 22D near the back right of the plane. My phone battery was getting low, so I plugged my charger into the power outlets below the seats in front of me. They did not work. When I asked the flight attendant whether this was the case for the whole plane he said, "No. It's only this one. It hasn't worked for months". This should be noted to whomever services this plane so that maintenance can fix this for future passengers. I was on Flight AA5614 from Grand Rapids to Philadelphia on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.

American airlines is always delayed in their flights. No access to wifi unless paid

The boarding and fllight were good. The reason for the ok rating was the long walk to get to the transport to finally get to the gate.

This flight was delayed but it worked in my favor because my Atlanta to Dallas flight was delayed.

They should have allowed for extra time to de-ice the plane before boarding passengers. This delayed us about 10-15 mins after we boarded. Overall experience was fine. Crew was friendly and on top of everything. We didn’t have any issues during the flight.

I wish the indicator on the side of each row was easier to decipher regarding which seat was the window, middle and row seat. Otherwise, no complains.

Turbulence was bad and flight attendants gossiped about going to the bar and dating. Could have better awareness.

First of all the check in was terrible . No customer service treated us like we are lucky to fly on American . And kayak never notified us of flight changes , I think we got a text at 3 in the morning before our flight . Charges for seats and luggage ! Really flying is just plain stressful .
