Over a two hour delay for take off fir mechanical issues and having to unload and reload plane we finally took off for our nephew's graduation in Colorado Springs. When we arrived we foud that some of our luggage was lost. We were told it would arrive the next day and after two days they can't even locate it yet. We need to purchase new clothing and every 6 hours we get an update telling us they still haven't located the luggage. We were told if it wasn't located we could fill out a claim. Wonder what type of nightmare that will be."

Cons: "Original flight was cancelled. Had a crappy middle seat because the rebooked flight was over booked. New layover time was an hour and a half longer than the original. And THEN, the flight was delayed for 4 HOURS PLUS. different reasons were given for the flight delay each time. Gate staff didn't really seem to care. Horrible horrible experience."

Cons: "You had two excellent crew members and one who was in fact a little rude- was startled because usually flight attendants are very friendly. It made me even say something to the other crew member, who herself was incredibly nice, and eased the situation. Also, it was laughable how much leg room I had. I am not sure that I will fly united again for that reason. I normally don't ever write reviews, but the amount of space given was absolutely ridiculous."

Cons: "Honestly, the customer service with United was in need of serious improvement, from the moment we checked our bags to the time we were in flight, we were given very poor service, the man at baggage check in was extremely condescending, acting like we should know everything about United's processing instead of just helping us with our needs in the first place and it added unnecessary extra stress to our travels from Colorado to Hawaii. I don't even want to blame the employees as it was very obvious that they hated their jobs and just wanted the shift to be done with; something needs to be addressed about how they can accommodate both employees and paying customers alike. Let's just say I can't wait until Hawaiian Airlines expands to Denver flights so we never have to deal with United again, as this is the only reason we used this airline."

Cons: "Delayed 1hr45m from CUN to CHI 1hr was on the tarmac (really?). Had last seats that don't recline. On the way down we were first class and the processed chicken with rice was bad, also delayed an hour from ORD to MEX. TV did not work in economy, none in first. No power outlets in either flight. Maybe I'm done with united?"

I HAD RESERVED MY SEATS..MAKES NO FRICKEN SENSE.. The tkt guy was rude when I told him I reserved our seats and now we are all 3 scattered everywhere alone. I think that's WHY HE PUT US IN THE VERY BACK BEING HATEFUL BECAUSE I WAS NOT HAPPY THAT UNITED DECIDED TO SEPARATE US FROM ROW I TO 30.. Also I am paying to bring my children to Mexico and I can't get points for it. Just sayin..."

Cons: "My husband, sister, brother-in-law and myself flew into STL. We thought we had booked the same flight but when we got there found out our departure flight was different. We asked about moving them to our floght but it was over booked so we asked if we could move to there flight. They had 15 open seats. They told us no. There would be a charge of 500 dollars if we wanted to change. We decided to just fly out first and meet them there. We stood by the counter to speak about meeting. As we did we could hear them telling the next couple that they would have to move to the later flight. It was a huge problem for them as they would miss there connection. We then offered again to take the later flight so they could take our place on the over booked flight and make there connection. They where unwilling. Then we get on the flight and the plane was nasty and dirty. We put out tray table down and there was drink and dirt all over it. When asked if they could be cleaned we got an attitude. They never came back to do it. Luckily I had a wet wipe to do it. The plan smelled like urine. Same was true for our return flight. The plane was very old and not taken care of. This is not the first problem is we have had with United. We will not be flying with them any longer."

Their customer service stations Are apparently useless and can't do anything to actually assist anyone."
