Upon arrival to Mexico and other latin American destinations there is a standard plot "we do not to have what you have booked "customer have not returned the car" like BS ...and always sells to much more expensive product and services and taking advantage. The American CEOs for the rental companies need to crack down on this malpractices."

And so when I missed my SAS connection because of my delayed United connecting flight, nobody cared and nobody can assure me I'll ever get reimbursed. United said called SAS. SAS said call the travel agency... and on and on it went."

Fortunately, not many of stuff was lost, but the emotional experience was extremely negative. I got an exchange for the bag and filed a claim for lost items, but no one could explain what had happened to my bag."
