Can you make the seats any smaller? Cabin space is tight and for people who suffer from claustrophobia it makes it difficult traveling. More cabin space with raising the fares would be great!

1. Been lied to several times about the issue that prevented us from leaving the ground. 1st excuse was they needed to unload a passenger luggage, then they need to return to gate to fix one of the lights.. 3rd oh we really do not know what is going on...but yet they kept passengers in the plane..just gave as a cookie and a cup of water bc of the delay... UNACCEPTABLE

Nothing, this was a miserable flight.

Gate at Philadelphia was tiny with not enough space for everyone on the plane, it was a 6 hour flight and no snacks beyond pretzels were available-not even for purchase. I'd just come off an 8 hour international flight where I was provided lunch, ice cream, a pot pie snack and frequent beverage service. Somehow as soon as you are flying domestic on a slightly shorter flight American Airlines thinks its okay to treat customers like garbage-nothing but some sad pretzels and 2 rounds of drink service was provided for a 6 hour flight. The seats were super uncomfortable with no head rest, no personal entertainment devices were provided, and there was no general entertainment for the whole plane-seriously I've never been so bored. I would have fallen asleep from boredom but the seat was too uncomfortable so I couldn't even do that. The plane landed in Seattle but sat without unloading passengers for 20 minutes because the gate crew wasn't ready. We didn't get our checked baggage for over an hour after landing. When asked, customer service reps said that the S gate was far from baggage claim-seriously I'm not sure how that is a reasonable excuse. Other airlines arrive into S gates and have timely baggage claim service. American Airlines has no standard for timely baggage claim service like other airlines (Alaska) so there were no repercussions for such late baggage service. We left the airport with our luggage over 90 minutes after the plane landed. The entire experience is just another example of American Airlines of why the terrorists won't even fly American Airlines. I was seriously disappointed to find out that the British Airways flights we booked were operated by American instead of BA crews. I seriously will never select this option (or fly American) again if I can help it.

Lots of food and wine/beer were provided at no additional cost and the first checked bag was free as is standard with British Airways. Basically I liked that American Airlines followed British Airways standards for the flight.

There were no personal entertainment devices, just a central tv for everyone to watch, and there were no charging outlets. The plane was probably from a museum it was so old. After boarding we sat in the plane without moving to the runway for 30 minutes just making the 8 hour flight even longer. The gate at the Lisbon airport was overly small and restrictive with everyone crammed in and unable to leave after initially entering.

We landed in NYC -- although it was first announced as Dulles.

This flight was on Canadian Air under the auspices of United. I was not allowed into the United Club lounge despite the fact that I had business class ticket. I was informed that a business class ticket isn't sufficient for using the lounge when flying domestic. It is only good when flying international. They call that customer service. I generally avoid domestic airlines because of the customer service. The flight attendants were not happy to serve you. It's a small flight but they didn't even offer a snack -- you had to ask for it. And then they brought over a small basket with nuts, chips, candy bars, and a muffin. I took a muffin and it stuck to the roof of my mouth -- very poor quality. When I asked for a snack the flight attendant replied cocktail or soft drink never saying whether or not a snack was available.. She said this a couple of times before I could repeat that I wanted a snack to which she replied you want something to drink with that. I've been on many short flights in Asia and they will deliver a full meal and you don't have to ask for it. There was no entertainment but United did send an email explaining how I could purchase entertainment to play on my own device.

The jet was nice. I was in Economy Plus. So, I had a little more room. There were no TV’s in the back of the seats in front of me. You have to have an tablet, and connect it to their wifi to watch a movie. (You don’t have to go through paying for internet. Just Connect to the wireless access point and then go to www.unitedwifi.com. From there you can click on Entertainment to watch movies for free. Or, you can see flight details like ETA, altitude, and speed from clicking on the top-right of the page.)

I didn’t like that the flight attendant didn’t even ask me if I wanted to buy a snack pack. I was starving, and had read the menu in their magazine in preparation to order food. She came by and asked me if I wanted something to drink. I said Coke please. She gave me a tiny cup of Coke which contained a little more than a swig of Coke, and then handed me a tiny pack of pretzels before turning away to serve the next guest. This was a 2hr flight. So, no big deal really. I wasn’t going to starve to death. But, I never got to eat. By the time the food service cleared and they were making their rounds to gather trash before landing, it was really too late to address the issue with them. So, I just sucked it up and spent my $9.99 elsewhere.

To start, I had paid extra to upgrade to a seat with more leg room only to find I had been reassigned to the back of the plane. This was after I had already done an online check-in for the appropriate seat. Then I was told by the AA agent at the desk that my upgrade was in the system but that it was “fake”. Apparently the money I paid two months before was no good on this flight. I was traveling with my boyfriend and they would not allow us at the same counter because we were not married. After much haggling we were finally able to rectify the situation. Horrible start. Then, once on the plane, the in- flight entertainment system as well as the lights broke right before take off so there was nothing to watch or see for an almost 8 hour flight.

American Airlines couldn’t make plane seats anymore cramped. Cabin was very cold with no way to control climate. If you don’t buy first class or premium be ready for very uncomfortable flight.

The 2 hour delay due to the ground crew not having it together, this reason coming from the pilot. Flight attendant was complaining more than any of us passages. Even though 85% of us missed our connecting flights. After boarding the plane, the smell of the restroom, we all had to deplane.

The flight attendant was super awesome. She was personable and had a great attitude. I didnt get her name, but she was by far the best! Blonde lady, smelled wonderful, very refreshing and funny conversation...(Ua1412 to LaGuardia) yeah yeah! Amazing!

I wanted the salami and cheese crackers but the flight wasn’t given any, so I chose the veggie smash/pita bread/quinoa/almond thing. Not too bad, but definitely no match for salami and cheese crackers. You know?

We left the airport with our luggage over 90 minutes after the plane landed. The entire experience is just another example of American Airlines of why the terrorists won't even fly American Airlines. I was seriously disappointed to find out that the British Airways flights we booked were operated by American instead of BA crews. Been lied to several times about the issue that prevented us from leaving the ground. 1st excuse was they needed to unload a passenger luggage, then they need to return to gate to fix one of the lights.. 3rd oh we really do not know what is going on...but yet they kept passengers in the plane..just gave as a cookie and a cup of water bc of the delay... UNACCEPTABLE

Lots of food and wine/beer were provided at no additional cost and the first checked bag was free as is standard with British Airways. Basically I liked that American Airlines followed British Airways standards for the flight.

There were no personal entertainment devices, just a central tv for everyone to watch, and there were no charging outlets. The plane was probably from a museum it was so old. After boarding we sat in the plane without moving to the runway for 30 minutes just making the 8 hour flight even longer. The gate at the Lisbon airport was overly small and restrictive with everyone crammed in and unable to leave after initially entering.

The jet was nice. I was in Economy Plus. So, I had a little more room. There were no TV’s in the back of the seats in front of me. You have to have an tablet, and connect it to their wifi to watch a movie. (You don’t have to go through paying for internet. Just Connect to the wireless access point and then go to www.unitedwifi.com. From there you can click on Entertainment to watch movies for free. Or, you can see flight details like ETA, altitude, and speed from clicking on the top-right of the page.)

I didn’t like that the flight attendant didn’t even ask me if I wanted to buy a snack pack. I was starving, and had read the menu in their magazine in preparation to order food. She came by and asked me if I wanted something to drink. I said Coke please. She gave me a tiny cup of Coke which contained a little more than a swig of Coke, and then handed me a tiny pack of pretzels before turning away to serve the next guest. This was a 2hr flight. So, no big deal really. I wasn’t going to starve to death. But, I never got to eat. By the time the food service cleared and they were making their rounds to gather trash before landing, it was really too late to address the issue with them. So, I just sucked it up and spent my $9.99 elsewhere.

Nothing, this was a miserable flight.

Gate at Philadelphia was tiny with not enough space for everyone on the plane, it was a 6 hour flight and no snacks beyond pretzels were available-not even for purchase. I'd just come off an 8 hour international flight where I was provided lunch, ice cream, a pot pie snack and frequent beverage service. Somehow as soon as you are flying domestic on a slightly shorter flight American Airlines thinks its okay to treat customers like garbage-nothing but some sad pretzels and 2 rounds of drink service was provided for a 6 hour flight. The seats were super uncomfortable with no head rest, no personal entertainment devices were provided, and there was no general entertainment for the whole plane-seriously I've never been so bored. I would have fallen asleep from boredom but the seat was too uncomfortable so I couldn't even do that. The plane landed in Seattle but sat without unloading passengers for 20 minutes because the gate crew wasn't ready. We didn't get our checked baggage for over an hour after landing. When asked, customer service reps said that the S gate was far from baggage claim-seriously I'm not sure how that is a reasonable excuse. Other airlines arrive into S gates and have timely baggage claim service. American Airlines has no standard for timely baggage claim service like other airlines (Alaska) so there were no repercussions for such late baggage service. Seats are comfortable and didn’t mind staying with the back upright. Flight attendants veery friendly and boarding was fast and easy.

Headrest was too short and there’s no seat back screen. More communication from the cockpit at the end would have been nice. Announcements were very hard to hear over the background plane noise.

United flight delayed and caused me to have to change my connecting fight. Then that flight was delayed causing an extremely late arrival into Ithaca. Last time I flew United I said NEVER again. After this last delay, I will NEVER fly United again!

We landed in NYC -- although it was first announced as Dulles.

This flight was on Canadian Air under the auspices of United. I was not allowed into the United Club lounge despite the fact that I had business class ticket. I was informed that a business class ticket isn't sufficient for using the lounge when flying domestic. It is only good when flying international. They call that customer service. I generally avoid domestic airlines because of the customer service. The flight attendants were not happy to serve you. It's a small flight but they didn't even offer a snack -- you had to ask for it. And then they brought over a small basket with nuts, chips, candy bars, and a muffin. I took a muffin and it stuck to the roof of my mouth -- very poor quality. When I asked for a snack the flight attendant replied cocktail or soft drink never saying whether or not a snack was available.. She said this a couple of times before I could repeat that I wanted a snack to which she replied you want something to drink with that. I've been on many short flights in Asia and they will deliver a full meal and you don't have to ask for it. There was no entertainment but United did send an email explaining how I could purchase entertainment to play on my own device.

American Airlines couldn’t make plane seats anymore cramped. Cabin was very cold with no way to control climate. If you don’t buy first class or premium be ready for very uncomfortable flight.

The 2 hour delay due to the ground crew not having it together, this reason coming from the pilot. Flight attendant was complaining more than any of us passages. Even though 85% of us missed our connecting flights. After boarding the plane, the smell of the restroom, we all had to deplane.
