Cons: "A strong snowstorm prevented me from arriving to the airport on time (highway was closed). Flight was at 3:15. After over 5 hours on the highway I finally arrived to the airport at 2:27 and the Aeromexico counters were empty. A lady from Lufthansa told me the flight had just closed and suggested that I call aeromexico’s phone number. I did that and the gentleman on the phone told me I should go to the check-in counters. I mentioned they were empty and he had no other suggestions. After an hour on the airport and on the phone with no progress I booked a trip with United and traveled home."

Cons: "Delayed our flight and we missed our connection. They made us pick up our bags and wait overnight outside the terminal. It was cold (no doors). Only concrete slabs to sit on. It’s our honeymoon...no compensation given. Not even a blanket"

Cons: "I am only 5'2...a short woman so the seat does not fit me . My feet can not rest on the floor and the headrest does not adjust for me. It makes for a most uncomfortable 18 hours from Lima."

Very frustrating because I have to take other flight to Veracruz, it supposed that I have to pick up everything when arriving in Veracruz. Rosario"

Cons: "Out flight was supposed to leave by 11:10 PM. United kept delaying the flight until 2 AM when they announced they flight was delayed to 8AM the following morning. At that point we had to stand for 1.5 hours in line in customer service with no information as to why this had happened. By the time we were with customer service it was too late to go to a hotel to sleep, so we had to sleep in the floor of the airport. The flight boarded to leave by 8 AM but we were again delayed in the runway 2 more hours. The last explanation the gave us was that the copilot never showed up. I do not recommend flying with United Airlines."

Cons: "United sent timely notification that flight would be delayed. Sent no notice regarding missing connection in Chicago or rebooking the connection. The only notice that United automatically rebooked me was on the United app on my phone."

Pros: "The check in staff which was the same boarding staff was below average there was 3 agents who very poor, poor in attitude, poor in problem solving, wished at that moment I had booked on another airline."

Cons: "2nd leg of flight was delayed by 40 min, so I didn't arrive in Detroit until 12:30 am. Not convenient for the person picking me up at airport! :-("
They over charge on bags even when you pay online. I will never fly with Spirit again!

Pros: "A completely garbage airline. Has to pay for water!! Flight delayed 3 hours. Cramped seats, old plane. Not sure I could recommend Spirit to anybody. Please don't endorse this kind of air service."

Cons: "I had to pay for early boarding. I had a medical bag that I wanted to ensure was stowed in a safe place. They never called the early boarding for those that paid. They called those who needed assistance, military and those who were previously on the plane. Then all passengers. If you wanted a refreshment you had to pay for that choosing from a really dirty menu. I flew home on American Airlines, paid the same fare as Spirit, had a comfortable seat I didn't pay extra for and was also given drink and snack included. It was all considered cheaper than flying Spirit and less frustrating."

Cons: "-The fact that you have to pay for guaranteed seats together. -Seemingly large number of incompetent employees or maybe it was just an attitude of "I'm just here to punch a clock, I don't get paid to go the extra step" -Can't even offer complimentary water? There's cheap and there's whatever that is."
Cons: "i hate spirit and was only flying them because a friend bought me the ticket. If you're using a site other then their website to book your tickets it's easy to think they are the cheapest option but they charge you for you bag no matter if it's carry on or checked and that brings the price back up to what everyone else is, if not more."

Cons: "I was bumped from flight and I was confirmed for that flight-arrived at 11am for 12:57 bos- Chicago direct-two hours early- and finally got on a flight at 6:30pm , left at 7:00pm! So I get two free round trips, with Spirit!! That's like serving me bad food and then , to make up for it , giving me two helpings more , for free!! What a deal. If I want to arrive two days late for my sons wedding in February in DR, I'll be sure to give you a call."
