Cons: "The tickets we purchased should have taken us from Indianapolis to San Diego with a 2 hour-ish layover in San Francisco. Instead, we got changed to Indianapolis to San Diego with a 15 minute layover in Chicago. Our plane landed in Chicago 20 minutes early, but then we sat out on the runway for 45 minutes waiting for a gate despite being able to see 3 or 4 open gates from our window. We didn't get to deplane until after our connecting flight was already boarding and both my fiance and I had to use the restroom really bad. Needless to say we had to literally run to catch our connecting flight."

Cons: "The flight was half empty and when I tried to move a row ahead of me (from economy to economy plus), the flight attendance rudely told me I had to move back to my seat since the economy plus seat was $70 more. However, a reasonable airline would upgrade their customers to first or economy plus to not only appease their customers but to fill some empty seats. Therefore, I had to spend the entirety of my redeye flights crammed next to someone while I was looking at an almost empty economy plus section. Also, we boarded earlier than expected but we spend an extra hour on the flight waiting to take off. I would not have minded boarding early if we had taken off early, but we took off an hour later."

Cons: "United was very limited in options to get me to my destination so my whole trip had to be cancelled. A trip I had planned for a year. Will probably never fly United Again."

Pros: "There was a mechanical delay that caused us to leave 1.5hr late. The gate team did a good job keeping us informed of what was going on."
Cons: "Delay kept changing as they tried to fix the problems. Also, wifi did not work so I couldn't use free United entertainment via the app."

Cons: "Wifi was broken as it was on the way out there. So nothing to do for 8 hours in flight. Flight attendants were rude and snappy. Plane smelled if urine when entering and was verbally expressed by multiple passengers. All complaints were handled with a shoulder shrug and an "oh well"."

Cons: "Wifi never worked, mentioned several times to crew and didn't have decency to check or follow up. Attendants were crabby at best and were acting like they were doing passengers a favor by even. Wing there. Very rude and unprofessional to every question. Captain came out to go to bathroom twice and chatted up remaining flight attendant for several minutes- making it so passengers couldn't approach restrooms."

Cons: "We had to deplane 2X for maintenance issues. It was frustrating because it caused a 3-hour delay...however, we do appreciate the safety aspect and would rather be safe than sorry. You also ask us to rate food, but they do not provide food...what do we rate...the soda choices, the teeny bags of snack mix."

Cons: "The only negative thing about the trip back to Tulsa was when I was waiting in Chicago for my flight back home. I went to the lady at the front to see how much longer I had before boarding so I could figure out it I had enough time to get tea. When I asked her she signed really loudly and said five minutes. When I turned around, I looked over my shoulder and she was rolling her eyes at the guy next to her. I get that she probably has to do that a lot, but I spent money to use United and she shouldn't have responded a rude attitude or rolled her eyes. She has a job to do like everyone else."
