The cabin crew was great at boarding and organizing the overhead bin space. Also, ground staff didn’t start check roll aboards before the overheads bins were full. There is nothing more frustrating than getting on after forced to gate check your bag to empty bin space (ahem, United at SFO).
Couldn’t get the entertainment to work.
Potable water was down so no coffee, tea, or more important... water to wash hands. Then they didn’t have my second choice of beverages after coffee either.

Smooth flying and lots of respects to the pilots for their dedicated work. The entertainment really works very well.
Poor Service. The service of drinks is done very poorly. Really concerned with the attitude. Never need those complimentary drinks.
We got to our destination.
I am not a large person and yet I felt squeezed. There isn’t enough room to get out of one’s seat even when everyone in the aisle vacates.
There was a fair amount of leg room.
Boarding could be a little frustrating because groups 3 4 5 were 1 lane and there wasn't a lot of room in the airport. Also, there wasn't a lot of time to get from one side of the airport to the other to stop at the restroom and get a real meal, since there was nothing served on the previous flight. Due to turbulence there was nothing served on the flight, which is beyond the control of the crew. They knrw ahead of time about the turbulence, perhaps they could have quickly passed out pretzels or cookie before the flight took off.
Very nice flight attendant and the landing was very smooth.
I’m not a fan of the waffle cookies, wish they had a couple of choices of snacks.
There was plenty of room because I upgraded to 1st class. The crew was friendly.
My tv didn't work for the first 20 mins of the flight and had to be reset. They only had one of the drinks I wanted. I would have thought being that it was around lunchtime they would have served more than a bag of chips or banana. In coach, you get a bag of pretzels and/ or a cookie sometimes. American Airlines provides warm nuts and a fresh baked cookie and I had to pay more for the upgrade than I did on American for a longer flight.
There was no free in-flight entertainment available on the tv screens. Half of the screens didn't work. The seat belts were not long enough to accommodate the passenger sitting beside me. The space for my personal item was smaller than the other flight.

I finally got to Portland.
The plane did not arrive at gate, they gave us poor/invalid excuses as to why there was no plane. We moved from gate 73A to gate 82, in another terminal back to gate 73A for no explainable reason. Finally we left after having to checked in now at gate 73.....what a mess and over 2hrs late!
