Cons: "I didn't realized we were on a code share flight from Seoul to Hanoi until we got to check in counter and they couldn't issue boarding pass even though it was a through check in for till Hanoi. In our booking itinerary it was printed as Korean air with a small print that said operated by jinair. It wasn't so bad but the hassle of going to another terminal to board and being in a smaller aircraft after a long flight wasn't the best."

This was my first time flying Korean Air, but it will not be my last!! My experience with Korean Air was fantastic!! I will definitely fly Korean Air again!! Thank you!!"

That Captain has much to teach all pilots wanting a higher standard to their skills and the recognition of these standards. That caption is worth his/her weight in gold, giving Koran Air a gold standard. To compare, the landing at Osaka April 12, late at night, was done by an apprentice who has much to learn from your gold star captain.."
Cons: "The same Sydney to Seoul flight, crossed the Qld Great Barrier Reef around 11am April 12. Having a window seat, so much detail of the Reef was visible which greatly surprised me. Beautiful colours galore. Having my face glued to the window at this time, I was unaware of cabin happenings. A male steward tapped me on the shoulder and said "Close your window blind". The beautiful scene outside my window was a first and being 76 old, likely not to happen again for me. Naturally, I ask the male steward "Why", He repeated 4 more times, "Close your window blind". Each time my reply was the same, "Why". On his last request, his voice raised, so in turn, my reply was raised. Sadly, he walked away silently, hands waving in disgust. Only then did I realise the cabin was completely black, no light seen. If at 11am, traditionally, this is a custom, a service to passengers on that particular flight, the male steward didn't say. He clearly expected to be obeyed and didn't expect a challenge. But also felt I didn't deserve a reason for his, what clearly was a demand. Would he have treated a male passenger differently. I flew economy because that is what my budget demands. Flying is not common for me but certainly a thrill that demands a window seat. I give much praise to all other staff, especially the captain landing that very craft at Seoul. At my age, years of experience allows me to be aware and notice. A beautifully presented mature female stewardess in economy, served me. When I requested a beer with the main meal, she said I will give you my favourite. I knew this was double talk for having only one brand beer left, that was a weak American beer. I watched this lovely lady many times being distracted by other staff with questions and 2 other passengers near me, asking for changes. She never blew it. And she passed me in the Sydney terminal, end of the day for her and believe it or not, she remembered me. She was not in such a hurry to get to her destination, that she gave time by turning her body, giving me a wide smile with eyes saying, Yes, I served you. You see, she's never off the job of customer service. I learned much, flying with Korean Air. Many thanks, Sally"

Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"

I have had this experience before but in this case the planes location was virtually on the other side of the terminal. By the time all were boarded, the plane was late by about 15 minutes to takeoff, and we experienced more delay after that so that on arrival we were an hour delayed. Many missed connections in Vienna as a result. Crew seemed tense and on edge."

The only way to talk to them is to find them at the end of the plane ( where they been chating with each other ) Secondly . The amount of snacks was limited where’s in Turkish airlines it’s unlimited and you can choose different sandwiches whereas in Austrian airilines can offer biscuits and Cookies ;( Thirdly . We are living in 21 century and most transatlantic airlines have WiFi ! Where’s Austrian did not have it!"

Cons: "My father and I were seated in biz class but were unable to sleep because of a fan noise directly over our seats in Row 9. We complained to the attendant about it but she was unable to determine the cause. Many hours later, a different crew member identified the noise source and stopped it by simply flipping a switch. This disruptive noise could have easily been avoided but the ignorance of the crew member to whom we complained failed to solve it. By the time the second crew member identified the problem there was not enough time to sleep. This experience was extremely disappointing. We paid extra to fly business class so we could sleep, but this ridiculous crew error fouled our plans. We asked the crew to file a report about it and they did. Look into it. We expect a refund of the extra fare we paid, or else we will never fly Austrian Airlines again. I am an affluent person and I travel internationally 6 times per year. You would be smart not to anger me and lose my business."

I flew with United Airlines not Lufthansa from San Francisco to London & same coming back. UA domestic flight from San Francisco to Honolulu could do better, it was delayed & once on board, passengers need 2 purchase wifi connection to see inflight entertainment. Terrible!!!
My baggage was lost several days
Excellent staff, overall good flight. However, quite a few crying toddlers for 10 hours makes it less pleasant
Chairs are hard could be better. Other then that everything is ok
We had something like 4 or 5 gate changes, plus a 30 minute delay. The cabin crew as somewhat more brusque than usual. Basically no food on the plane, but that's OK for a flight of this duration.

Cons: "New planes have 9 sits in the rove (economy class) which affects the passengers comfort."
Pros: "The crew was kind and attentive. The food and complementary drinks were satisfactory. There were many movie and television options."
Cons: "The lady next to me got into an argument and no one intervened to defuse it. Not sure what protocol is there. The seats reclined too far into my personal space making me feel uncomfortable."
Pros: "To not have 3 hours delay or at least be notified ahead of time"

Cons: "Flight was canceled one hour before departure. There was no explanation except that the crew decided not to fly from Boston to Washington DC. We waited for two hours in a line to get rebooked. We lost our tickets on another flight connecting us to our final destination. Therefore, we had to re-book that flight and incur charges. Lufthansa Considers this consequential loss not responsible for fees incurred. This service is unacceptable and will make us reconsider ever flying this airline again."
Pros: "the service from boston to frankfurt was flawless, great crew, great entertainment."
Cons: "i was promised the business lounge when i got to Riga because of the lengthy connecting time, i was refused entry and 2 out of the 3 staff were very rude and dismissive. my upgrade included the use of the lounge at both ends of the business class, i understand that it maybe should not of been promised but thats not what happened. i was very tired and ended having to walk round concourse A for 4 hrs with nowhere to go."

Pros: "The crew was very friendly an apologetic for the delay. We had more space on the 1h inner-German connection flight than on our 7h international overnight flight with Lufthansa."
Cons: "Flight departed Duesseldorf an hour late and waited ont he ground in Munich for another 10 minutes before the gateway was connected. Not a problem for us since we were at our final destination but clearly a frustration for many of our fellow passengers. The cereal bar was a nutritional disaster and the the artifical fruit taste was simply awful. Tastes as if LH gets paid for distributing it."

The aircraft was a brand new Airbus and next to me there was a rip on the wall cover. I could see what is underneath...i had a slight fear that it could get bigger..I understand that the fuselage expands in the air."

Cons: "The person at the Swiss/Lufthansa front desk, some Mohamed guy, was very rude when he did my check in"

Cons: "Not much. Left sitting on a plane for over an hour & 1/2. Then taken into a door where I illegally entered the country. My passports seized. No other flight available to Dallas. Sent to Newark, NJ & missed the next flight to Dallas because Lufthansa lost my scooter. Someone pulled it by a wire and it doesn't run correctly. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!"

Cons: "There was one flight attendant with a bad attitude. An African American who spoke German. She was saucy. I was scared to press the call button when My wine spilt from a bump in the flight cause I didn't want her to give me attitude. But everyone else was very nice and helpful."

Cons: "There was 1 hour layout, but the plane was late. i was leaving the plane at the boarding time for my next flight. the gates very extremely far away from each other it took me 20 minutes to get from the original gate to the next one and i was running all the time. by the time i got there i had no place to store my carry on luggage anywhere despite the fact the storage compartments very occupied by small backpack which could easily be stored underneath seats. i asked a flight attended to help me but she answered she was not on duty and left (what the hell!!!) what was she doing on the plane then. i wound up with my luggage underneath the seat, my bag in my lap squeezed and extremely uncomfortable. overall one of the worst flights i have ever had. i was lucky it was only one hour long."

Cons: "There was questionable social distancing at check-in and most definitely none from the arrival at the departure gate to using the suttles to get to the plane and boarding. While I appreciate the ever-evolving challenges the current global situation are brining, this was a failure on your behalf. Istanbul international airport = disappointment and a letdown."

Pros: "Our crew on the trip from DC to London was excellent- friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed the whole experience."
Cons: "The short trip from London to Vienna felt overcrowded with people lugging heavy suitcases on board. Also the fact that you have to purchase even water was a surprise because we were not aware of such a severe policy by BA. Plus our American credit cards were not accepted by the on board cc machine so we spent 2 hour flight without any refreshments"
Cons: "We had to beg for one cup of water on a 3 & 1/2 flight. Very poor customer service."

Cons: "This was American Airlines flight, not British Airways. The plane was old and quite uncomfortable. The entertainment system was subpar. The AA app was supposed to give opportunity to get more choice using personal devices but the system did not work on this old plane."
Cons: "Despite a 5 hour layover for our connection, one of our checked bags was left in London by British Airlines. Other bags made it. Makes no sense."
Pros: "Boarding was fast and efficient. Everyone went the same time. Had to come in via a small queue and then wait for the gate to open."
Cons: "No food or drinks given at all for free. You had to buy even a soft drink. Not a good experience at all. I waited and bought fast food at the airport after the flight."

Cons: "The bag drop off was awful, we queued 3 times and every time we got to the front the machine stopped working. Not enough staff to help solve the computer issues as there was one member of staff across all the drop in machines. Very frustrating to have to continually join new queues."
Pros: "The wheelchair services at both Rome and Heathrow were superb. The lady who checked us in in Rome was extremely helpful."
Cons: "Food in business class could be better. One toilett in business class was unusable. At leadt 1 in economy cladd was also unusable."

Cons: "This is a 3.5 hour flight, early in the morning (meaning people are up hours in advance). No snacks and no water are a terrible idea. It seems that this is something like a strategy for trips to/from Athens. It is not a small/fast flight by any means and water should be offered and not charged at ridiculously high prices. Not enough space for a slightly taller people. Emergency exit seats which have more legroom were priced extra and way expensive. PS: it was too cold in that plane."

Cons: "In Vienna, we were picked up by bus, rather than walking through a gangway... but since I was sitting in the last row, it didn't bother me. I wasn't going to get out of the plane quickly anyway."

Pros: "The boarding process was smooth and the crew was amazing. Not only the pilot kept us informed but also the crew was outstanding, very helpful and hardworking."
Cons: "The entertainment system failed as soon as we departed. They reset it for the entire plane but it didn't work for some passengers. Fortunately, mine worked well but I would not have survived such a long flight without the entertainment offered, so I can only imagine how painful it was for those affected. I know this, in hindsight, is a silly problem, but when flying it's important to have options, especially for an 11-hour flight. The crew handled it fantastically, by the way."

Cons: "Crew was rude except for pilot greetings while boarding. They couldn’t even take cash for food nor provide a free snack or beverage."
Cons: "It took FOREVER to get our boarding passes. We did wind up checking our bags, but there was no option to do self check and have boarding passes printed at a kiosk, so everyone had to go through the line and the line was incredibly slow. There were just as many lines for people who had checked in online and just needed to drop their bags - this made no sense to me! There should only have been one line for that and the rest should have been dedicated to getting the rest of the passengers checked in."
Cons: "The food choices were not appealing at all, and there wasn’t very much food either. Also, seats were narrow and uncomfortable. The seats seemed much better on the flight from London to Madrid."

Cons: "upon existing the airline, we were instructed to go to a certain gate, which ended up being the wrong gate and by the time we discovered that we were at the wrong place, we missed the flight! British Airways was unhelpful, not compassionate and completely oblivious to their own mistake! I had to purchase a new flight home and was stuck in the airport for over 6 hours! not to mention that they told us the air craft was smaller than the originally scheduled craft so they made us check everything including our carry ons. Thankfully I didn't need any of my medication. This was absolutely the WORST flight home!"

Cons: "1) I was booked on the next available flight. This flight was delayed too. I was really exhausted, and tired of waiting. 2) The refreshment was only for purchase. I understand,that non of the domestic flights provide food but 1 nonalcoholic drink or water, and small pretzels or nuts are always offered free of charge, and additional refreshment is charged. Sad, this was not an option."

Cons: "The BA agent Giles, was rude and spoke to us condescending. His inept handling of rescheduling my family caused us to not only be split up in our flight from London to Vienna, but the majority of us had to wait 10 hours for the next flight. He could've rescheduled us together, but instead he ignored my sister's request to do so, rudely told us to get back in line, and rescheduled another family on the same flight as my sister, thus eliminating our seats together, and forcing her to travel alone."
Pros: "I realize that you always have to pay for food on short haul flights these days but, considering that, I was pleased with the M&S food offerings. There was enough variety to please our young children, vegetarian and omnivores and the prices were reasonable for airline prices. It came in very handy as it was definitely lunch time."
Cons: "I was surprised to have to pay to reserve a seat on a BA flight beforehand. That's getting to close to Ryanair. Also, the boarding gate at Venice Marco Polo was awful, super overcrowded and confusing. We actually had two different flight lines getting merged. Expect better from BA facilities."
