These Delta 717 jets are ancient. No entertainment and you have to pay for WiFi that barely works and goes in and out the whole flight. Delta should be ashamed flying this garbage.

The staff and crew were wonderful. The delays were atrocious. The missed connections problematic. Getting home at 4am and having to go to work at 8 am, not a great situation. The gate agent in Huntsville was amazing. She helped everyone efficiently and with excellent problem solving skills. Her communication was helpful, timely, and thoughtful.

Breakfast before landing was a reheated breakfast “calzone” which was not good, at all. Otherwise, food was good. Crew not very attentive for taking trash from passengers being a little slow in eating.

It was delayed over an hour and a lot of announcements disrupting movie.

I didn't use the onboard amenities, so it is difficult to comment on those services. Otherwise, the flight from Nashville to Toronto was quite crowded, but the boarding process and the flight itself were perfectly fine.

Seats were old and very uncomfortable. Coach seating is way too tight

WiFi was a major problem and if it does not work on a 4 hour flight then that lowers the overall experience

Flight was delayed at airport with large backlog and WiFi was spotty

I don’t like mushrooms and that’s all they had with pasta

I Love Delta but one of the flight crew training in courtesy snd hospitality.

For the expense of first class, the seats could have been nicer and higher tier snacks would have been nice.

Efficient boarding and early departure. Very smooth flight. Early arrival in ATL. Great flight.

Flight attendants were friendly & good service, food sucks, seats uncomfortable, not many Asian movies or shows flying from Hong Kong

Very good. Because of the delays with my previous flight, I missed my connection, but I was able to book another flight through the United app easily.

Lost luggage, they need a baggage service representative available all times in Atlanta

I was charged for my daughters bag when I am supposed to receive two free checked bags with my United Explorer card.

I needed to make changes to my flights. When I called customer service, they assisted me with care professionalism.

Made all groups except 2 check despite ample bin space. Inflight WiFi and entertainment didn’t work most of the time.

I found that it seems that the space for personal bags or luggage is not enough( the cabinets for personal bags or luggage over the seats) .

The service was non existent . Crew did very little didn’t even answer call button . Premium economy in this long haul was the worst I have ever experienced . Never again flying with them .
