I didn't use the onboard amenities, so it is difficult to comment on those services. Otherwise, the flight from Nashville to Toronto was quite crowded, but the boarding process and the flight itself were perfectly fine.

Seats were old and very uncomfortable. Coach seating is way too tight

WiFi was a major problem and if it does not work on a 4 hour flight then that lowers the overall experience

Flight was delayed at airport with large backlog and WiFi was spotty

I don’t like mushrooms and that’s all they had with pasta

I Love Delta but one of the flight crew training in courtesy snd hospitality.

Could have been on time and not missed my connection

Wifi on this flight was very sketchy and not available for most of the trip.

Audio Visual Equipment lacking content and features. Could not connect to noise cancellation earpods
