Only other complaint I also noticed on my last Delta flight--the volume on the captain's announcements needs to be turned up. Hard to hear much of what he said. His explanation of de-icing, and how it might cause an odor or even haziness in the cabin was very helpful so that I didn't worry when the odor happened. I do like Delta very much."

Pros: "Direct flight from Indy to CDG is great. The plane was not so full, so I hope business improves so we can keep it going. Very smooth flight, with good and friendly crew."

Cons: "I did not like that i was in the bulkhead and there was not sufficient overhead storage for us. The bin was only big enough for 1 backpack. 2 of the 3 of us in that row had to go 2 rows back to store our luggage. This is very inconvenient when deboarding because I have to wait for many others to pass before I get a chance to walk towards the back of the plane to get my luggage."

Pros: "Very helpful cabin crew and did well to communicate in English to me. Flight was on time and landed ahead of schedule"
Cons: "Entertainment system had to be rebooted as it did not work Small screen handset was not working for the entire flight food selection was not as big as KLM or China Eastern Bathroom on board was smaller than KLM or China Eastern which meant changing into more comfortable clothing for the night flight"

Cons: "the delay of the flight, the drinks we had to pay in the lounge, some poeple got a 25$ compensation coupon and we didn’t. The connecting time was about 1 hour and the luggage was not put on the plane to beirut"

Cons: "Downgrade without notice or consent separating family. Paid full fare for family to travel business class together. AF without our knowledge downgraded one member, separating a mother from her 3 year old daughter. They offered no compensation, no apology, and CDG ground crew was terribly rude. All anyone said was, nothing to be done, now please Leave"

Pros: "I had a choice of movies, games and music that was very appealing. My concerns about not receiving the correct meal was handled professionally and promptly during the flight. I was surprised they couldn't discover I only ordered it for the second leg of my flight."
Cons: "Being placed into a window seat at 6' 5". Although I opted for general seating rather than paying for a extra leg room which is out of my budget. Not getting an aisle seat was disturbing at my height. Then there was the guy in front of me not willing to forego putting his seat back on my knees for over half the flight. It would be nice if the seat assignments for general boarding considered the height of the person being assigned."

Pros: "movies were great, watched a lot of them food, while nothing to write home about, was at least tasty and not inedible the staff was great, friendly, welcoming, hard working loved that we could have wine and snacks"
Cons: "we had paid for the exit row and had a luxurious amount of room. But when we tried to sleep, our fellow passengers came and stood at our feet and talked so loudly that we could not possibly sleep. They stayed there for more than an hour. Would have loved for the staff to maybe ask them to tone it down, if not move."
