Cons: I got bumped to first class. Which sounds amazing, until you realize it’s the worst first class you’ve ever experienced.

Cons: The seats were terrible. We had to pay for drinks. The baggage check area was closed until an hour and a half before the flight.

Pros: The staff was excellent and the boarding process was quick and smooth. While the flight was delayed, staff really did a great job moving everyone along quickly and safely.

Cons: This was my first time flying Frontier. The flight was 2 and 1/2 hours delayed. While the boarding process was quick, the delay really put a damper on the flight. Seats were very uncomfortabe and seemed smaller than other airlines I have traveled more frequently. The carpet had gum all over it.

Cons: I bought two return tickets from Orlando to Albany. Wed,March 6 and Sat, March 9. The 3/6 was cancelled. I was never informed. After 3am trip to the airport, I had to pay an additional $300 for a fligt with a different vendor. Offered $88 refund. I will Never fly Frontier again.

Cons: I booked a business class ticket through klm, but it was a delta code share flight. Delta was unable to locate me in their system, and I had to contact klm myself to straighten it out.

Cons: They asked who would give there seat up for 600$ future flight credit and The first two people could be eligible. They ignored me (who was first) for a white couple who Came after me, and they got chosen and got the flight credit, but I was as clearly first. So I think it was more of a racist matter

Cons: Too often the video screen I’m given doesn’t charge up and it has to be replaced mid flight. This happened again during this flight when 2 screens didn’t charge and had to be replaced before the movie ended. The crew was helpful, but this problem is annoying.

Pros: Good, cheap flight that gets the job done. No issues boarding, seats were fine. Cannot comment on most things as I fell asleep almost immediately.

We also didn't get our luggage until two days later (which happens, and I completely understand). But what I absolutely didn't understand was that nobody could ever tell me when we would get it.

The flight was over 4 hrs long so that says a lot!I would like to especially mention Paula who went out of her way to make me comfortable. Also we were in the exit row so of course we had tons of leg room.

Pros: The crew was nice and boarding was easy. The plane was on-time. That was the only good things. Seats didn't recline and there was very little leg room.

Cons: Don't be fooled by the cheap price unless you plan to bring no luggage or pick your seat. After getting charged for each piece of luggage plus carry on and choosing our seat the price was much higher than it would have cost had we gone with another airline that included these items. Disappointing.
