Pros: Flight canceled without notification

Pros: Trip was ok
Cons: The flight was delayed 1 hour

Cons: Given we left at 7:15 am, I would’ve liked some food options instead of biscuits and peanuts

Pros: I had heard about limited food options during covid flights but everything was tasty and generous. I always appreciate it when my initial flight books my check-in to my final stop and gives me all my boarding passes at once and Delta did just that. They were also really good at communicating updates like changes to the gate.
Cons: People should just be prepared to be asked more questions than usual. It can definitely make you feel nervous but just remember that the new covid restrictions are stressful for flight staff just as much as they are stressful for you. Be cooperative and honest and you shouldn't have any problems.

Pros: Kosher snacks! Thank you. Screens and outlets at every seat. Safe, controlled Covid protocols including de-boarding. Excellent!

Pros: Delta flight took extra precaution to keep all passengers safe before during and after the flight. They communicate effectively during the flight. I will be flying Delta again and again.
Cons: The trip was great

Pros: The crew very professional. My flight was on time.

Cons: We arrived around 39 minutes early and the whole process was very smooth

Pros: Super friendly and helpful with connections.
Cons: The music on the plane was a bit much. Lol

Pros: Crew was friendly, seats really comfortable!
Cons: Headphones sold for $ 2. Headphones preferably free

Pros: Nothing
Cons: We were traveling international in Twitter after contacting we were told we can carry one checked baggage but then we were not allowed and at gate they didn’t know the procedure and repeatedly checked our passport Poor customer service

Pros: Crew was attentive and accommodating.
Cons: Gates switched 3 times and all bags had to be checked because of a small aging plane.

Pros: Calm and safe, just like I like it.

Pros: Short lines
Cons: Seating arrangements

Cons: The carrots were hard and the bread was cold.

Pros: Comfortable plane due to few passengers
Cons: 7 hour delay after flight postponed.

Cons: I would ask that the gate does not share in detail reason for delay in seat assignment is related to getting a family sitting together when the basic rules should apply unilaterally.

Pros: Got to my destination without any issues
Cons: Seats/seating area are too small, and I'm not a big person.

Pros: No
Cons: The flight was delayed almost 6 hours, the crew was rude and the “comfort +” seats had very little leg room .

Pros: All good.
Cons: Price

Pros: The flight was on time, the crew was pleasant and looked like they enjoyed working in the air.
Cons: Our second time on a 787 Dreamliner across the Atlantic as about the same as the the first. The seat pitch is very tight so when a passenger reclines into the next row the seatback nearly touches your face. The Dreamliner seats seem to be very hard and it's difficult to get comfortable.

Cons: No AC for an hour before takeoff - very uncomfortable. Audio for tv did not work.

Cons: Seat assignment for me and my traveling companion was done at gate. We had to sit in 2 different rows.

Cons: Notify the delay quickly

Pros: Helpful
Cons: More print media to read on

Pros: Flight attendant in first class was amazing.

Pros: The boarding was fast and very well handled.

Cons: My flight from Chicago was two hours late and that's why I missed the flight from Atlanta to Buenos Aires. No one helped and did not know that the flight was delayed and I had to find a place to sleep. I'm not satisfied with the experience and I have not yet arrived in Argentina because of the whole

Cons: It was delayed

Pros: N/A
Cons: Chinese Eastern did not try to help and solve my problem.

Pros: There was a bit of a mixup in boarding the plane but otherwise the flight was good. There was no entertainment system on this short flight. The flight attendants were very pleasant & efficient. They only served snacks on this short flight but were very good at ensuring everyone had at least one or more beverages. The premium seats were very comfortable .

Pros: Short flight
Cons: Flight attendant was not willing to go above and beyond as he stated he would. My husband asked for a coke and the flight attendant told him he could only get water.

Pros: Snacks, cleanliness and crew
Cons: N/A

Pros: Nothing
Cons: They take them forever to find me another fly ,make miss my other fly, my work my time and my sleep

Pros: We had a 2 1/2 delay due to mechanical issues but the crews, flight and ground, did a great job. Thanks.

Pros: Staff were friendly and boarding was and getting off was easy because flight was super empty. Timeliness was appreciated too.
Cons: Seats don't recline far enough.

Cons: The leg from Atlanta to Pointe de Pitre had no wifi or even old style entertainment. Bring a book!

Pros: The crew and pilot were absolutely amazing.
Cons: This is my 3rd delta flight in a row that has been delayed. I understand these things happen, just extremely frustrating.

Cons: It takes time and worries to find the air train and Aeroflot registration.

Pros: I needed to run real fast to the connection flight and gladly got there on time.

Pros: Very friendly and professional gate agent and flight attendant

Cons: I was unable to fly at all due to a spelling error on my ticket. The airline refused to alter the ticket. Worst experience of my life, ruined my Christmas

Pros: Very nice flight and attentive staff. Enjoyed the view of NYC as we flew up the East River, then looped over Nassau County to approach LGA.
Cons: The male flight attendant who handed out the complimentary drinks and snacks acted a bit strangely. I was very thirsty, and I asked him if I could keep the rest of the can of soda. He neither said yes nor no, but rather completely ignored what I said and just poured my drink and moved on. I was a mildly annoyed, but figured maybe it was policy and he was shy and didn't want to debate the matter. When he took care of the older couple behind us, however, things got really strange. He asked them whether they wanted pretzels or peanuts, but they misheard him and asked for a ginger ale. I happened to know that he did have ginger ale, since my wife had just gotten one, but rather than just pouring the old folks a drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" They misheard again and asked him whether he had a diet ginger ale. Again, rather than just pour them the drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" This went round and round a few more times -- like a poorly designed computer UI that refuses to accept anything except the correct input -- before the old couple finally figured out the disconnect and picked their snacks before their drinks. Very weird.

Cons: Layover

Pros: Short flight
Cons: Too cold Not friendly boarding agent

Pros: N/A
Cons: 2.5 hour delay for no apparent reason at first (supposed mechanical issues with plane) and then waited on plane at gate for a missing pilot who never got picked up from his airport and got stuck in Chicago traffic trying to get to O'Hare. Eventually had to take pilot from another flight before leaving at 8:45 when flight was scheduled for 6:00am.

Cons: Had a death in the family and no one would help me get back home

Pros: Seats were comfortable. Snacks!!! Nice flight crew.
Cons: I liked everything.

Cons: Plane was sat broken at gate and needed part to be flown in. 150 minutes delayed. Not acceptable.

Pros: Nice crew
Cons: Not loose my luggage:)

Cons: Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.

Pros: The seats were much more comfortable then my last flight. The entertainment system was also updated from the 1980’s remote and cord ones on my flight from DC to Paris.
Cons: There was no food between the two meals on an 8 hour flight. I had a flight attendant rudely tell me that there is nothing to offer until the next meal. No one reached out to me about the horrible flight and comments I made from the last flight.

Cons: Short and sweet

Pros: The seats were spacious and the crew was wonderful. The crew actually made the long flight more tolerable. Will seek out Delta/Air France for further international flights.

Pros: The crew was excellent and surprisingly the seats were comfortable.
Cons: I think more attention should be paid to cleaning the plane and eeek, there was no liqueur in economy class. Music selection in entertainment should be wider too

Cons: First class bathroom could have been cleaner and wider - very narrow, hard to maneuver

Pros: Amazing crew and on time flight
Cons: None

Cons: This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on. Both planes were downright filthy. The flight from Dallas to Barcelona had several broken toilets. Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving.

Pros: Great newer plane, great service!

Pros: Incredible staff. Super polite

Cons: Seat was super uncomfortable. Could not fit in my legs at all, could not recline it enough. Maybe sufficient for a one hour flight, definitely not on an intercontinental flight.

Pros: Crew was amazing. Service and food was good.
Cons: Random TSA check was not needed at the end when boarding.

Pros: The crew was friendly and always came around with water.
Cons: The “vegetarian” option was tuna which isn’t vegetarian and there was no vegetarian snack. With the hundreds of dietary and religious food restrictions you would think having a vegetarian option would be much more attainable.. They also didn’t make an announcement about our flight being late.

Pros: The crew was amazingly helpful. My son was having some anxiety and they went out their way to make him comfortable. They were the best!

Pros: Crew was very nice and the food was excellent.

Cons: It was great trip thank you Air France

Pros: Crew members
Cons: Up to 1 hour late and they leaved my baggage in Paris

Pros: Crew was nice although one fellow was a little too “nervous” and looked bossy
Cons: Food was awful. Asked for vegan meal they got it half right, as vegan is not vegetarian. And the second meal or snack as they say was not vegetarian or vegan at all.

Pros: It was only 2 hours
Cons: Small plane, no movies

Pros: Crew was nice movie selection was good.
Cons: Plane was late which caused a 5 hour layover in Paris CDG. Food not very good. Entertainment system clumsy to operate.

Pros: SFO - CDG (Air France) was a great journey in all respects. But the one major reason for that was, the middle seat was empty. I was so fresh after the journey, would definitely recommend this flight to anyone.
Cons: The flight was delayed by atleast 45 mins and therefore had to rush at the CDG airport to catch the next flight.

Pros: Everything

Pros: Very quiet
Cons: We were in the last few rows on a turbulent route. The yaw damper constantly overcorrected, resulting in lots of side to side motion for the passengers

Pros: The crew worked hard, but the food was below the French standards.
Cons: The flight was delayed for 2.5 hours and the passengers spent this time in the cabin without a/c.

Pros: Crew and boarding were very good. Very helpful to foreigners. Thank you Coffe was really good didn’t eat food. Sleeping.
Cons: Business class seats weren’t comfortable and too narrow no entertainment.

Pros: From the boarding, to the friendly hostesses to the food and the business class seat, I was impressed all the way. My first time to fly Air France business to the US and it was great. I recommend it!
Cons: I just expected better toilet bag for business but what was given out was just basic.

Cons: The food was the worst airline food I have ever been served. I could not eat it. This is very disappointing for an airline like AirFrance which usually serves very good meals.

Cons: Security services at Manchester airport...too long and not friendly at all

Pros: Very helpful cabin crew and did well to communicate in English to me. Flight was on time and landed ahead of schedule
Cons: Entertainment system had to be rebooted as it did not work Small screen handset was not working for the entire flight food selection was not as big as KLM or China Eastern Bathroom on board was smaller than KLM or China Eastern which meant changing into more comfortable clothing for the night flight

Pros: Fine for a 45-50 minute regional flight.
Cons: Wouldn’t be great for long-haul flights.

Pros: Courteous crew

Pros: In cabin crew was attentive and friendly. Food was good and came at good times. Middle bathroom on Airbus 380 was big and comfy.
Cons: Boarding was not too well organized and I followed Security's direction who put me in wrong line and I wasn't able to board with my priority group. Sitting in exit row with no floor storage so this delay made it hard to find overhead storage above my seat. (Grrrr) Entertainment system didn't work which made the flight feel LOOONG. (They offered an in-flight credit, but I'd paid for premium exit row seat and had to choose between moving to working system in crowded middle seat or keep premium, exit seat. I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight.

Pros: Nothing... and we were late which made me miss my connecting flight and I wasn’t reimbursed because it was with a different airline
Cons: See above and the food was disgusting

Pros: The airbus 380 was great and the staff very nice
Cons: Too mych bad smells after a few hours

Pros: Everything was very prefect and would love to fly again.
Cons: NA

Pros: nothing
Cons: very old planes we waited 1 hour to drop our bags as their belt had an issue we had to pay extra 70 pounds to reserve a baby cot on the plane

Pros: Missed connection and it was airport not Delta that was the problem. Not a good way to start a vacation. Rating is for the Paris Airport, not the flight crew or Air France employees. Still sitting in the airport when we should be at our destination.
Cons: Hundreds of people missed their flights. Delta had us into Paris with an hour and a half to get to connecting flight. Missed flight due to huge delay in passport approval. They seemed completely unprepared.

Pros: It was a 30min flight not much to say The crew on the ground really took care of us
Cons: Na

Pros: Seats were comfortable with good recline. Food was good, but not excellent.
Cons: They forgot the snack/breakfast service for the front right section of economy then had to rush it. Overall, the service was good, but some things just seemed off. An attendant call was never answered, etc.

Cons: I think I caught a stomach bug on one of the 3 legs of this route. More likely on last 2, i.e. Mumbai to RDU, as I fell sick almost 10-12 hrs after my last flight meal.

Cons: Each time the space in this planes is smaller. Surprising, it was very hot all the time.

Pros: It was clean The crew was very kind Food was very good Flight was on time
Cons: Seats were exceedingly close Screens for entertainment were small and game controls were difficult to use

Pros: Good entertainment selection, and staff all very friendly. Food was pretty mediocre - main course was nice but the breakfast especially left a lot to be desired.

Pros: Other crew members were very polite to us, in particular a younger tall woman.
Cons: 2 crew members, one named Terri were quite rude and short with us. I even heard her say she was ready to get off the flight. She also asked everyone around me if they liked their flight but did not ask me. She basically threw my coffee condiments at me and dismissed my concerns about the food. I was unsure if the fruit was expired and she quickly dismissed my question without any real explanation.

Pros: Boeing 777 had a lot of space. Good legroom. Timely departure and arrival, hassle free, safe trip all the way. Enjoyed the red wine; very delicious!
Cons: Seat didn't recline. The entertainment unit was very difficult to dislodge and raise to use (We were in the front). Movies were kind of older ones but I had reading to do so entertainment wasn't that important.

Pros: After riding in premium economy for the 8 hour flight we had, this one wasn't the same. No tvs, way less leg room, we were able to have a window seat which was great for my sister since before we didn't have the window seat option. The snack was good also.
Cons: After riding in premium economy for the 8 hour flight we had, this one wasn't the same. No tvs, way less leg room.

Cons: Left a little late for no apparent reason.

Pros: Ticket price
Cons: Long check in wait in Dubai. Food was shocking - inedible!

Pros: The plane was really clean and they had lots of overhead storage.
Cons: It was too crowded and cramped and UNCOMFORTABLE and there was a REALLY LOUD kid that would not shut up and nothing was done about it.

Cons: On time take off would be nice

Cons: The Terminal in Chicago had no open amenities and overcrowded.

Pros: The plane is amazing and the crew was very nice and helpful
Cons: Everything was all good.

Cons: We didn’t even have a pilot, had to call and find one because our pilot that was scheduled “forgot to call in sick”. We were already delayed by 4 hrs so this made it delayed by an hour more!

Pros: Glad we made it back.
Cons: Flight could have been on time. Attendants in the airline could have communicated much better to give update on delay, but they did not give any information despite several times getting up to ask questions at the main check-in. Many of the passengers were very discouraged. Plane left nearly 2 hours late due to an unclear maintenance issue, paperwork and also no fuel put in the plane until all passengers we on board.

Cons: Change your fist class cabin. If we’re paying that much for a 4 hour flight we should be in a better cabin. The flight from Lax to O’Hare was great but the plane coming back is old and ragged

Pros: Fell asleep
Cons: Nothing

Pros: I like the ability to watch movies
Cons: The cabin was hot... air didn’t blow well... the crew was abrasive and rude. I asked simple questions and got long explanations for no reason

Pros: Crew was excellent especially the first class attendant very attentive and always checking on you
Cons: The food needs to be back to normal for first class and also baggage is very slow almost over 30 min wait

Pros: The aircraft was very clean, neat and well maintained. The crew was friendly. Process of checked-in luggage was seamless and straightforward.
Cons: I found the istructions on some restricted items to be confusing and contradictory between instructions at the airport, the AA website and the TSA website. The agent at the counter was well-informed, though, and it all ended up going well.

Pros: Great crew
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Everything was how should be
Cons: I like how you are now.

Pros: The fact that no one sat next to me believe me it was not a my choice there was just not a body to put in the seat
Cons: The staff was not friendly or say hello or goodbye

Cons: None of the USB outlets were working in isle 7 A-C

Cons: More comfortable seats you can sleep in

Cons: Leave a seat empty in the middle could be good for social distancing

Pros: Roomy, comfy seats. Thanks for the snack and bottle water provided during covid
Cons: Nothing really

Pros: The crew was fine, friendly enough, although I was incredibly disappointed that they didn't force people to wear their masks as they boarded. They also didn't enforce masks over noses--rendering masks useless.
Cons: The flight was completely full. And people weren't wearing masks as they boarded, and the flight attendants did nothing about that. Also, there was no distancing IN the airport during boarding. It's NOT DIFFICULT to put tape marks on the ground to ensure physical distancing. It is THEIR responsibility to make sure the process is safe, since half of the people seem to not care about distancing (or mask wearing). I'm incredibly disappointed and I will be flying Southwest for the time being: I hear they're better at enforcing distancing.

Cons: Plane had to land in a different city due to inclement weather. Very disorganized process, huge traveling setback, never got my travel voucher.

Cons: Made it a smaller flight. It was a lot of people on the plane! We could not practice social distancing

Pros: The crew were wonderful and understanding and good sports.
Cons: There were problems as soon as the plane got to the gate. After the passengers got off the plane, the man at the counter came on the P.A and said it’ll be a few minutes, they’re catering the plane now from the back to the front. The flight crew still needed to get on a preform safety checks. He apologized again. Then it was 8:40, time to take off and we’re still waiting to even board. The man at the counter said again, thank you for your patience and relayed the same message, only this time the flight attendants were walking away from the gate. Around 9 some lady higher up told the man to announce that the flight crew had timed out and stand by crew was on the way to the gate, said sorry again. A little later the man says sorry, there’s a gate change. You’re going to K6 now. When we get to the new gate it’s almost 9:30pm and while we were all gathered at the gate, the flight crew that supposedly “timed out” showed up and proceeded to get on the plane. Passengers started getting mad and saying we were lied to and to just tell us the truth. Chicago PD started showing up. We finally got on the plane but it would be another 30 minutes before we moved because of issues getting our bags off the original plane. We ended up being almost 2 hours delayed.

Pros: The crew serving the plane didn't look like they wanted to be there. Somewhat abrasive. The entertainment was poor and not very easy to access through your mobile, Iphone and Ipad. If you want to provide a better customer experience, equip all your planes with seats video screens. Passengers on a 4 to 5 hours flight don't want to have to figure out what do to watch a movie or TV. I don't fly American that often, but wanted to give it a try to see the difference between you and the other airlines. I have to say that on the return segment (ORD to SFO), I was not that impressed.
Cons: See above

Pros: The crew skipped me for breakfast and i had to ask for food.
Cons: The food was not very good. Bread rolls stale and inedible. The rest of the flight was good.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The cliff notes of this debacle are, inbound flight arrived late to Montreal, I contacted AA social media team to make sure they could notify the gate of my connecting flight, they didn’t after they said they did. Flight arrived in Chicago a little early, I have to wait 15 min for my bags from the valet, I run to the next gate and arrive with 13 min to spare, the gate agent (not nice) goes I’m sorry we already closed the door. I’m like, huh? Then he has the gall to tell me, “well had someone called us we could of held your seat”. That’s when I lost it. Needless to say I’m now flying to Dayton and back to Dallas. That’s in lieu of a 3:50 PM flight TOMORROW!

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Waiting for 30 minutes a Dublin to dock.

Pros: Outbound, it was on time, plenty of legroom, plenty of good snacks, drinks and food. An enjoyable flight. Score 10.0
Cons: Return flight - The flight departed 4 hours late. The seating was so cramped my husband couldn't move his legs at all, never mind try to sleep. The staff members were not smart in appearance, some with long untidy hair, and did not interact with passengers except to hand out food. The food was reasonable. We disembarked feeling like wrecks. Score 2.0

Cons: Our last 6 flights have all been changed or delayed significantly. Then they loose our bags on a direct flight. Won’t fly America airlines again!

Cons: The flight was delayed. The food was not great. There is not a lot of space in these planes, and it was a long flight. There is no power supply.

Pros: Eventually, the actual flight was fine.
Cons: Initially delayed by 3hours (mechanical) which was American Eagle couldn’t get their “bucket of bolts” to Springfield, MO on time so we missed our flight out of Charlotte to Barcelona. Then we were rerouted through Chicago, but lost our first class seats and were bumped back to coach. This was after I had bought first class tickets for the entire trip only to be told 3 months before leaving that AA decided to switch planes on our domestic flight so there’s were no first class seats. THEN, in Chicago we tried to get first class seats on British Airways which would have been fine but After being sent to another terminal (after the bus to that terminal had stopped running) we were turned back because British Airways wouldn’t accept the boarding pass that AA had issued us. Now, having to go back to the first terminal to DISCUSS all this, we miss that flight and wind up stuck in Chicago for another 24 hours. Then, that flight was delayed by 3 hours, so we lost a day and a half of our vacation.

Pros: I got here.
Cons: Everything else. American cancelled my first flight from MSP to ORD. And when I got to Chicago, it cancelled my next flight to Nashville. The flight I managed to get on departed two hours late. There was no explanation for each of these cancellations/delays. There was virtually zero inclement weather anywhere, save for most of the country’s temperature being nearly equivalent to the surface of Neptune. And, the surly, clueless Chicago-based gate agent was the coupe de grace in my search for a reasonable explanation after which I waited impatiently for this episode to conclude. American get your act together.

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: I was traveling today with my daughter, who is 6 months pregnant, my 3 1/2 & 18 month old grandsons, my husband & son-in law on an international flight from Chicago to Manchester. I was very disappointed a 757 was used for an international flight! No attempt was made by staff to accomodate our family with a extra seat for the infant, even though there were a large number of rows with empty middle seats (4 of which were directly behind them!) The 1st indication of the beginning of the NIGHTMARE was when the plane arrived in Chicago and overshot the gate, this caused almost an hour delay! (We heard our crew saying "oops" while looking out the window at the plane arriving & then again when they were discussing it would have been faster if the plane had used a different method to get to the gate again.) This was then followed by a mechanical problem with a frozen water valve, requiring us to be de-iced x2! Then we started to taxi out and again had to return because of a hydraulic problem that required repair. I think we were delayed almost 3.5 hours. The crew did bring a round of water during the onground delays, and offered free drinks later in the flight. The icing on the cake was not getting the stroller back at the gate because there were no baggage handlers. I can't tell you how much FUN that was trying to corral a toddler & 3yr old with all our carry-on bags while getting thru customs! Did I mention in our haste to get off that plane we overlooked my daughter's winter maternity coat in the overhead! May be time to switch to the Friendlier Skies of United for our UK travel!

Cons: American completely missed the mark. AA did not successfully change our reservation when the initial leg of our trip was delayed by an hour due to a fuel issue, which caused us to miss your connection in Chicago. Since American partners with Alaskan Airlines, American should have changed my reservations with regards to Alaska Airlines, but they failed to do that. I stood at the Alaskan Airlines counter as the plane left the gate with our empty seats because there was not a ticket. American Airlines did not change a reservation successfully and so although we had boarding passes with our names and seats and the flight number, the plane left without us. I was stranded and Seattle airport at midnight with a child and an infant with one diaper and one bottle left and it was a terrible experience with American Airlines. I do not recommend flying American they cannot get it together when problems happen with delays.

Pros: The flight itself was fine
Cons: I bought the tickets together, but was informed at the ticket counter that i had only purchased tickets—not boarding passes. Boarding passes needed to be purchased by paying extra if my husband and I wanted to sit next to each other. I tried calling the customer service line through kayak and waited on hold for a long time with no indication of wait time. When the gate agent arrived, we asked and were moved to seats next to each other right away. The ticket agent at initial check in was very abrasive and non-solution oriented. if what she was saying was true— that we only paid for tickets and had to pay extra for boarding passes together— that was never made clear during the booking process. It’s unlikely I’ll use kayak again unless I know for sure what I’m buying.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: I chose a package on the cheap flights that has a left hand side for choosing number of baggage which invariably inreases fare depending on the number of baggage and i choose 2 and paid for 2 baggage but the ticket came with 1 baggage and i contacted both by phone call, email and your website but did not get any fsvourable response. Had to pay again at the airport for the extra bag. This is highly unfair.

Pros: The entertainment was good. Lots of choices. Food was about what I would expect for airline food.
Cons: The seats were terrible. I don't know what it was about them, but I've never had a more uncomfortable flight. My husband had leg cramps for much of the flight and couldn't get comfortable. The rest of the flight was fine, but the uncomfortable seats were a huge minus. We'll probably try to avoid 787s from now on. The window-darkening system was annoying. They darkened the windows when it was dark outside and they darkened the cabin, so we couldn't look out the window. It was dark outside--why the need to darken the windows?? My husband requests window seats so he can look out the window.

Pros: Flight was on time.

Pros: It was on time. Crew were very good.
Cons: Plane seemed very dated. No individual entertainment No USB chargers Not much space

Cons: The airline "randomly" selected me for extra security. Even though I have TSA pre-check I was jostled around, sent to multiple security lines without any reasoning and the local Chicago TSA and airport staff didn't seem to know what to do. Once it was figured out I was subjected to what was essentially a cavity search. Again I HAVE TSA-pre-check but apparently that means nothing if an airline flags you. It was an extremely upsetting experience but you were in a situation of either agree to the invasive search or get stranded over 1000 miles from home. I will NEVER fly Iberia again after a cancelled flight and being stranded in the wrong country on the way to my vacation and the horrible security experience on the way back. I seriously may never go to Chicago either after seeing the complete lack of organization and traumatizing personal invasion. I fly a lot for work and have never had such a horrible experience. I would really like to know how many terrorists are caught with these invasive searches and would love to know the justification for sticking your hands inside someone's pants and grabbing their privates after they have already gone through a metal detector AND the body scanner. Especially for someone who has already passed a federal background check to obtain pre-check status. Absolutely ridiculous.

Pros: Seats quite comfortable. Crew ok.
Cons: Pitiful food offering and no entertainment at all when on previous 1.5 hour AA flight choice of movies.

Pros: I have nothing good to say about the flight to LA or the flight back to Chicago from LA.
Cons: 3 of the 4 flights were late, and the 4th was canceled. The canceled flight was due to weather, but AA's response was to connect those of us stranded with a 3rd party vendor - Travelliance - with the promise of a SUBSTANTIAL discount for a hotel (SINCE THE NEXT FLIGHT I WAS GIVEN WAS 17 HOURS LATER!) - and there was, effectively, NO DISCOUNT. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with you over the years, but this was a bucker of water in the face. I'm sure I'll fly with you again, but any sort of good will I held for AA is gone.

Pros: we landed. flight was on time
Cons: Female flight attendants were rude. I think that if they would have smiled, their faces would have cracked. Even a complete stranger said to me, while waiting for the restroom, "I think that they hate us". One young male attendant was friendly and I believe that he was training. I fear for his training experience with this group of women. One of the lavatories was out of order {....on an international flight! Are you kidding!?!}. I think that they searched for the most antiquated plane that could limp across the ocean for this flight. Nine hours of pure discomfort. My poor 71 year old mother! Zero leg room. Tiny little screen for movies on the ceiling of the middle row. trays were not clean. We paid extra for our seats and wondered how bad the seats were for those that didn't. My mother and I determined that this was ranked as one of the worst flight experiences we have ever had. We are grateful for an amazing experience for our return flight or we would have reconsidered ever flying AA again.

Pros: The water was clean
Cons: Everything else! We were first sold a British airlines flight, and then we got switched to American Airlines. I don't know if that is actually an okay thing for them to do. When we got onto to plane we were stuck on the runway for over 2 1/2 hours, where the outside temperature was 95 degrees and the AC in the plane didn't work. The delay was all due to a mechanical difficulty with the engine, this did not give us peace of mind when flying over the atlantic. while up in the air my newly wedded wife and I were hoping maybe we could watch a movie to help keep our minds off the creaking of the wings, the pool of sweat from the delay, and the grumpy flight attendants. Seeing as it was a 9 hour international flight, you would have expected some sort of entertainment. Maybe a personal TV.... nope. Maybe a community TV... nope. At least they have to have a radio....... nope. All we got were our two thumbs to twiddle. After a much needed nap. We woke up hoping maybe for a hot breakfast, but to put the cherry on top of some terrible ice cream, we got a mediocre cold breakfast. All in all I will not fly American Airlines again. I would happily and quickly pay double for any other airlines but them. It's such a poor reprisentation of our country.

Cons: Dry / borderline rude staff and hostess. Dated plane. Tiny seats. But that is pretty much the baseline of airlines in the US. When will carriers start to take note from International carriers..leaps and bounds ahead.

Pros: We arrived on time.
Cons: I booked with British Airways and later noticed the plane was operated for American Airlines. The seats were cramped and the online entertainment was terrible. On an overseas flight, I expect in 2017 that there will be on-screen entertainment on the back of the seat in front of me. Instead, the movie was projected on a screen in the middle seats on an overhead that was about 10 rows away. Plus, you didn't get to pick your movie. You were stuck with the selections provided by the airline. I would have brought along my DVD player or laptop had I know this was going to happen. American flight crews are not as friendly and accommodating as European flight crews, which is why I try not to select an American carrier. Seats are less comfortable on American carriers also.

Cons: Timeliness

Cons: Terrible. Flights delayed by 90 minutes. Then on boarding we as a couple weren’t sat next to each other on the four across plane, but in the two aisle seats. This was bad. But then no one was sat next to my wife. So an empty seat, my wife, me, then a stranger. C’mon Air Canada, figures it out.

Cons: Good flight

Cons: Travel agency did not notify me that I needed to get a Yellow Fever immunization

Cons: The flight was delayed I had to wait for more than an hour

Pros: I got upgraded to first class!

Pros: We had a very good experience with Air canada and will use Air Canada again.

Pros: Very short flight, not much to say

Cons: The flight was delayed twice causing us to miss our connecting flight to Copenhagen. Air Canada then put us on a flight to London and then connecting to Copenhagen we arrived at 4 PM instead of 10AM .

Cons: The seats are large, but they tilt forward. I'm 6'2" and have anxiety issues related to spinal problems. That forward pitch in the seat (half way up the seat) is an painful problem for people like me.

Cons: See above.

Pros: Long wait for ticketing and at customs during transfer

Pros: One kind guy at air Canada in Toronto who was very helpful considering the lack of help from every one else. Arrived at 2 in morning exhausted.
Cons: Attitude of staff

Pros: The pilot seemed good and the staff on the plane were nice overall
Cons: Customer service from the group staff that checked us in was horrendous... (Lisa from Chicago ). We were not aware one of us needed eTA to fly through Canada and the agent was so belittling, rude and plane wrong with her information, that if it had not for our smarts, we might have not made it to our destination. I do not spend so much money to fly with an airline, whose agents treat it me like this! She really should be fired for her terrible manners and for giving customers wrong information..the second supervisor we talked to helped us, but the impression we got from the agent was so terrible, that it was hard to feel any good...no food on a flight during lunch hour, seems unfitting.

Cons: My original flight was delayed by 3 hours, causing me to miss my connecting flight. Instead of arriving at 9:30 at my final destination I arrived at 1:30 am. Exhausted.

Pros: I am sad to say I have little positive things to say about this experience.
Cons: To begin, our flight was delayed an hour into Toronto. We asked the flight attendant about our connecting flight and they said they would find an answer. It ended up that we landed just as the flight was scheduled to leave. Why they could delay pur flight but would not hold another flight by 20 minutes is very questionable. Then we got to customer service, the rep told us that we could only get on the next flight going out tomorrow at the same time which meant 24 hours lost. Of our vacation- which hotels already booked and tours already booked. When I asked if there was anyway we could get in earlier the service person told me "I should be grateful because some people have had to wait multiple days to get to their destinations." When we finally did board the flight the next day we were not served any food, no snacks, and no drink for the entire overnight flight.

Pros: Crew
Cons: Boarding gate very small

Pros: I liked that we got a lot of food, and the movies were very good. Groups for boarding made sense and we boarded quickly
Cons: it was late and despite being 4.5 hours there were no free snacks or food. Only one toilet which we could never use bc of constant turbulence.

Cons: Airline list baggage. Had to wait 3 hours to get luggage which was put it the next flight

Pros: Poor airline, always delayed, dreadful and unfriendly customer service. The only reason I flew with them this short trip was due to price

Pros: Smooth take off and landing.
Cons: The numbers above the seating arrangement cause a lot of confusion for people and some almost want to argue for the window seat.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Flight was late from Barcelona to Mintreal by an hour. I needed a wheelchair - didn't show up! Then pulled a muscle trying to get through customs and they barely held my flight to Chicago. Made it, with No Help. Late into Chicago and still no wheelchair. There was no one from whom to get help. Finally a United Airlines employee took pity on me and got a wheelchair to me and got me to the flight - again, just barely. Over 20 hours in the air, no assistance and poor food. I will never fly air canada again - ever. Not worth the savings. I've spent an entire week recovering and spent the savings on physical therapy due to the damage to my legs.

Cons: horrible

Pros: short trip
Cons: delayed but didn't update the screen as delayed even though it was delayed an hour it still said on time.

Cons: Taxied to runway, but had to go back to terminal due to one seat not staying in upright position. Flight was about an hour late then.

Cons: No personal tv on an international flight. The tickets were pretty expensive, I would have expected a personal tv instead of having to use my cell phone- especially with spotty wifi. Chairs weren't very comfortable and the food was so so.

Cons: We weren't notified via email, text, or phone call that our flight had been delayed almost 2 hours. Found out at the airport. Didn't get into Montreal until 2 am. Plans were wrecked for the night. Flight crew not very friendly.

Pros: Clean, prompt, attentive staff

Pros: Great Pilots The pilots were great! The weather was not optimal, but they did a great job of making us as comfortable as possible.
Cons: Better Quality Food Needed The salted plate served was sub-standard. Also, it was full of salt and poses health risk for many people. In the past, better food was served including a pot pie. Also, the staff should be more aware of the wines to be served. And there is not enough attention paid to service in the executive cabin as the attendant runs back and forth between both cabins.

Cons: This is the third time that I flight with Air Canada and the third time that my flight got delayed. Never again!

Pros: Plane was super old...peeling paint, barely any full size luggage space, no in flight tv and always late or delayed. 4/4 flights we took were delayed. This airline is the worst and were terrible at keeping us updated on delays or cancellations.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Never flying Air Canada again!!!!

Pros: The flight seats were great. Spacious, charging ports, cheap flight, and had entertainment in-flight.

Pros: Nothing to like about this airline. Horrible people especially in toronto, really unhelpful, extremely rude.
Cons: Air line decided they didn't want me to take my connecting flight. Removed my luggage without consulting with me. Offered me a disgusting hotel. Forced me to pay out of pocket for food, taxis, transfers and my own hotel choice. Staff were so rude. No explanation to why they removed my bags. I made it in plenty of time for my connecting flight but airline had just decided. No staff member was interested in answering my questions or helping. They all just wanted to sod off home. they just didn't care.

Pros: Despite weather travel delayed I was taken care of very well. Comfortable seats. More leg room. Friendly, calm crew.
Cons: We were not given the option to change our flight out from Chicago when we knew we wouldn't make the connection in Montreal due to weather.

Pros: The plane was new and pretty clean
Cons: Food was horrible. Crew was useless. No organization.

Cons: The departure time for the flight was 6:00am and there was no one in the check in counter until 4:15am. There was a long queue for the check in. Not a pleasant waiting time for the check in

Cons: The engine was making an unusually loud whirring sound. Felt concerned that the plane was not fit to fly.

Pros: The plane was delayed and I had a short layover so I was maybe not going to make it to my next flight so they transferred me to another airline and was upgraded to first class for free!
Cons: I disliked that my flight was originally at 4 pm and the one that I was changed to didn't leave until 8 pm

Cons: Did not appreciate not having a movie screen. Renting an iPad for such an expensive flight is not good business.

Pros: The food was very good, and the alcohol was free even the second time around which i liked

Pros: Very friendly staff.
Cons: Left late so missed connection. Was put up in a mediocre hotel.

Cons: Deplaning and entering the terminal was delayed substantially.

Pros: Very friendly crew. Smooth flight.
Cons: No entertainment. Great person sat next to me.

Pros: The crew on the flight was nice, and the entertainment was good.
Cons: Our first Air Canada flight was 2hr delayed due to mechanical error. After a 2hr delay, we finally flew for 1hr, had awful turbulence on the way down, and got to Toronto only to find out there was no customer service desk. We missed our connection with Luftanza and had to fly Air Canada again. First off, we couldn't get on another flight until the next morning. Then the desk never called the hotel they gave us the voucher for, so when we showed up at midnight the hotel was fully booked and had no room for us. We had to fly into Heathrow instead of Gatwick (final destination was Brighton for an international conference). We missed the entire first day of the meeting and had to rent a car for 65 pounds each to take us to Brighton from Heathrow, finally arriving at our hotel by midnight. The customer service was non-existent for Air Canada. We literally are going to have to email them.

Pros: The flight was comfortable. Entertainment choices were varied and generous.
Cons: o'Hare needs an upgrade.

Pros: How quick it waz
Cons: How close the seats were

Pros: I liked the way they handled the rain delay. Although inconvenient, they were transparent with the process
Cons: The lack of certainty whether we were removed or stilling our connecting flight to delay.

Pros: On board service Comfortable seating and space On time dep. & arrival
Cons: None

Pros: I like having the trip map in front of me so I can track progress. Usually I don't get it on flights this short.
